A adolescência é um momento de intensos remanejamentos em que são colocadas à prova as bases de constituição do narcisismo e da identidade do sujeito. Nos adolescentes em que não houve um cuidado suficientemente bom que possibilitasse a construção sólida dessas bases da organização psíquica, ou que apresentaram falhas ao longo do seu desenvolvimento precoce, nas primeiras relações objetais, esse período pode ser particularmente difícil, e a passagem ao ato pode se constituir em uma saída. Discute-se a hipótese de que, particularmente nos adolescentes que passam ao ato sexual violento, a problemática narcísica torna-se evidente, com dificuldades em lidar com os limites entre o interior e o exterior e com a posição passiva. Participaram da pesquisa quatro adolescentes que cometeram atos sexuais violentos com idades entre 15 e 18 anos. Dois adolescentes estavam sendo acompanhados em uma clínica-escola e dois estavam sob medida socioeducativa em unidades de internação. O método utilizado na pesquisa foi o clínico-qualitativo com estudo de caso clínico, na perspectiva de grupo único. Como instrumentos foram utilizados entrevistas semidirigidas, que possibilitaram a organização da história do adolescente, e o método de Rorschach, na perspectiva teórica da Escola de Paris. A análise dos protocolos privilegiou o investimento dos limites; o investimento libidinal na representação de si; os investimentos narcísicos sobre a relação de objeto e as defesas narcísicas. Primeiramente, os dados dos quatro protocolos de Rorschach foram considerados de maneira conjunta e, logo em seguida, dois casos clínicos foram apreciados mais detalhadamente, abordando também a histórica desses adolescentes. As análises evidenciaram a inexistência de um perfil único dos adolescentes que passam ao ato sexual violento, no entanto, identificaram-se fragilidades narcísicas e identitárias; dificuldade de investimento nos limites e na representação de si. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This study aims at understanding the psychic functioning of teenagers that have violent sexual intercourses regarding the sense of self and narcissistic functioning aspects. Teenage is a period of intense rearrangement when all the bases of the subject’s constitution of narcissism and of the self are tested. This period can be particularly difficult for teenagers that haven’t received enough care regarding a solid basis on the construction of their psychic organization or who had shown some lacks during the premature development of their first object relations, thus the passage to the sexual act can constitute a solution. There is an hypothesis that, specifically in teenagers that have come to violent sexual intercourses, the narcissistic problematic becomes evident, showing their difficulties in dealing with inner and outer limits and with the passive position. Four 15 to 18 year old teenagers who committed sexual abuse took part in this research. Two of them had been assisted in a school clinic and the other two were responding to social-educative penalties in detention units. The clinical-qualitative method and a clinical case study were used in this work. Semi-directed interviews were conducted in order to promote the historical organization of the teenagers and the method of Rorschach was analyzed through the theoretical perspective of the Paris school. The protocols analyses privileged the investment on limits, the libidinal investments on the representation of the self, the narcissistic investments regarding the relation with the object and the narcissistic defenses. Firstly, the data of the four protocols of Rorschach were collectively analyzed. Afterwards, two clinical cases were assessed with some particularity, taking into consideration the background of the teenagers The analyses have shown the inexistence of a single profile of teenagers who have had violent sexual intercourses. Nevertheless, some narcissistic and identitary frailties, difficulties in investing on limits and on the representation of the self were identified.
