Master thesis „Multifunctional Building“ is composed in the form of project documentation. Designed building is situated close to the Svitava river. The supporting structure in the basement is designed from shutter shaped pieces Best and the other storages from the system Ytong. The armoured concreted slab is designed for the ceilings. The roof is drawn as platform. The whole building will be insulated for recommended values. The facade in the first storage is designed as ventilated Novabrick and in the other storeys the facade will be from plaster Cemix. The building has three storages and partly basement. The building consists of centre for rehabilitation, shop and three flats. The drawings are compiled in CAD program.

Subject of this master-thesis is perpendicular bridging over „railway “ČD Břeclav – Přerov v km 180,287 033.Its content is the design of the construction of the bicameral multipole concrete bridge. The chosen option is formed by two additionally prestressed chambers connected by slab. The total length of 10-pin bridge is 307,20 metres. The calculation of effects of the load is done by software NEXIS. The assessment of construction is done manually according to standard ČSN-EN 1992-1-1. The calculation is done including time analysis.

This thesis deals with the detailed documentation of the medical center . Estimated location of this building is on land No. 677/1 in Kutna Hora in the hospital Kutna Hora in the administrative area of Kutna Hora in Central Bohemia. Currently no land use. The land is owned by the investor , which is the Central Region. Newly built four-storey medical center will serve mainly for the provision of outpatient health care professional doctors and pharmacy , then there will be placed exit station emergency medical services and emergency medical call center services 155, 112 and emergency office space. The project was based on the layout of the study. The result of this work is to complete detailed documentation of the A building. Documentation includes drawings situation , surveying the situation , floor plans , sections, elevations , drawings, foundations , ceilings and details. Furthermore, a technical report , listing the elements of fire safety of the building , Thermal and acoustic assessment of the construction , specializing processed from concrete structures and building ventilation .

In the first floor there are two comercial areas, technical room and parking lot. The roof of parking lot serves as a terace for the second floor. In other floors are situated flats. Whole building is covered by flat roof. The ETICS is applied. The insulation from mineral wool is used. The master thesis includes the blue prints of the building.

Solved elements are locally supported slab, stiffening perimeter beam, column, wall and fundamention strip. Components of master thesis are also drawings of shape and reinforcement. Calculation of internal forces was performed by computer program SCIA Engineer. It was control by simplified method of replacement frames and results were compared.

Functionally, the building is divided into parts for commercial, administrative and housing. The shape of the building is terraced with flat roof. Structural systém is a frame with locally supported ceilings founded on reinforced concrete slab supported by piles. The building envelope is partly of ceramics blocks, concrete wtih ETICS and curtain wall. The aim of project is to create documentation for realization based on building physics solution.

This diploma thesis solves the project of materniti house in moderate terrain. Kindergarten is located on the lands p.č. 967/1, st. p.č. 2354, st. p.č. 1553/1 in Hradec Králové. The building has two floors. Kindergarten is designed for a maximum of 40 children and more than 10 employees. The building serves as a pre-school education for children. The building has a load-bearing wall systém. The external walls, load-bearing walls and partition walls are lined with sand-lime bricks KM BETA SENDWIX. The external walls are insulated with mineral wool thickness 180mm. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow core slabs spiroll thickness of 250mm. The building´s roof is warm flat roof. The facade is unventilated. Wooden windows are from Slavona. Entrance doors are wooden double doors from Slavona.

In the structural analysis of the bridge structure is assessed at the ultimate limit state and serviceability by European standards – Eurocodes. It is developed drawings and visualization of the bridge.
