This master thesis deals with motivation of emplyees in the company Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o. In the initial part of this thesis are summarized theoretical knowledge concerning the topic of motivation. The following is an analysis of existing motivational factors in the company, which is followed by a survey. On the results of this survey are based final recommendations to increase employee motivation.

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part reviews some theories of motivation as well as theories of work motivation. Secondly, it describes the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Thirdly, there is a description of job satisfaction factors. In the practical part, job satisfaction was analysed in the particular company and a few recommendations to the company management were made. The company situation was revised after ten months and other recommendations to the management were made.

The aim of this thesis is to propose ways for improving work motivation in the company operating in field of financial services. In the introduction there are discussed theoretical knowledge concerning the motivation, stimulation, handling, motivation of individuals and others. There are mentioned world´s renowned authors of motivational theories, their specific theories of motivation, recommendations and strategies in motivation of managers. In the context of the work there are mentioned characteristics of the company, questionnaire survey and analysis of contemporary status in the company. At the end there are brought up problematical areas and proposed recommendations and ways to improve current situation in the company. This thesis was made for being used as a supportive material, which contains basic information that allow orientation in problems of work motivation and increase of work efficiency.

Lietuvai atkūrus nepriklausomybę, staiga keitėsi gyvenimo būdas, atsirado naujų gyvenimo iššūkių - atviresnių tarpusavio santykiai, vis atsinaujinančios technologijos, įvairios reformos, reorganizacijos ir pan. Daug ką kopijuojame ar tiesiog perimame iš kitų šalių, nes mąstymas, sąmonė, tradicijos, įpročiai nespėja keistis. Mokykla pasuko vakarietiško demokratėjimo kryptimi. Todėl keičiasi mokyklos klimatas, kartu keičiasi ir mokyklos bendruomenės narių tarpusavio santykiai, kuriamos sąlygos asmenybės ugdymui. Visuomenė mokyklai iškelia dvejopą vaidmenį: mokyklą turi suteikti mokiniams kokybišką išsilavinimą ir ugdyti laisvai bei kritiškai mąstančius asmenis, gebančius priimti savarankiškus sprendimus ir mokančius prisitaikyti kintančiame pasaulyje. Master's thesis entitled Motivating factors influencing the work of directors of nursery schools aims to identify motivational factors influencing the work of headmasters. The main objective of the research is to determine which of motivation, stimulation, and demotivating factors affect headmasters of nursery schools of the Pardubice Region. Based on quantitative and qualitative research lead to the fulfillment of specific objectives. The first partial objective is to conclude from created questions for a research and carrying out research among nursery schools among Managers of Pardubice region through a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the data,what motivational factors, stimulation, demotivating and to what extent, affect the work of directors of nursery schools in Pardubice region. The second partial objective is to compare the motivational factors influencing the work of selected directors surveyed of nursery schools in Pardubice region at different stages of their professional development and to identify changes in the scope of these factors of motivation. В магистерской диссертации разработана методика стимулирования и оплаты труда персонала при внедрении изменений, учитывающая специфику деятельности сбытовых организаций, при этом акцент сделан на выявлении типа изменений, причины сопротивлений, бальной оценки сотрудников, напрямую задействованных в реализации продукции и установлении процента вознаграждения, позволяющая лучшим образом подавить сопротивление, мотивировать персонал и достигать целевых показателей деятельности организации. / With the transition to a market economy, organizations gained independence in choosing a model, form and system of incentives and remuneration. In trade, the only source of funds for wages is the proceeds from the sale of goods. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop effective methods of incentivizing and remunerating personnel when introducing changes in the activities of sales organizations. In the master's thesis, a methodology was developed to stimulate and remunerate personnel when introducing changes, taking into account the specifics of the activities of sales organizations, while the emphasis is on identifying the type of changes, the reasons for resistance, the score of employees directly involved in the sale of products and setting the percentage of remuneration, which allows you to better suppress resistance, motivate staff and achieve organizational performance targets.
