This diploma work analyse financial situation on the basis of chosen methods of financial analysis in the copany form the years 2005 – 2008. It contains suggestions of possible solutions of recognized financial status, which will contribute to improvement of the financial situation in the firm in coming years.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of territorial marketing in selected location. Specifically the location of the city of Zlin. The aim of this thesis is to design the development of the explored area with using of tools of territorial marketing in selected location.

The public sector is a special category of entities whose importance is often neglected and not properly set. The vision of the first part of the thesis is to provide theoretical knowledge and perspective on the issue of risk management in critical infrastructure in the public sector. The second part contains an analysis of the current state of a specific subject of critical infrastructure in the area of a public administration and provides and subsequent draft measures to make it more effective.

Master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of the financial situation in Adélka, a.s. in years 2004 – 2009, using the specific indicators of financial analysis. Thesis includes proposals to improvement the situation in the firm, proposals are based on analysis of the initial situation and financial analysis.

This diploma thesis on the topic "Use of financial analysis as an instrument of investment decision-making" processes the financial evaluation of the economy and the effectiveness of selected investment decisions in the past years using methods of financial analysis. For this purpose, I chose the monitored period from 2012 to 2018. In the first part of the thesis, attention is paid to the evaluation of performance and financial sustainability in terms of implemented and planned investments of the theoretical base. The methods and analyzes used also include the methodology of their calculation. The second part deals with the individual indicators applied to Škoda Auto a.s., based in Mladá Boleslav a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. In addition, this section addresses the approach and decision making of the management of the company on investment projects that have already been planned or are planned in the near future, and recommendations are proposed for improving.
