The subject of the thesis is to create a Business Plan for the establishment of a fitness center in Brno. The first part defines the theoretical background that characterizes the business environment in the Czech Republic and which gives us the basis for processing the analytical part. The analytical part of this work is devoted to complex analysis, marketing research and evaluation of the current market conditions. In the final part, based on the performed analyzes, the business plan itself is created, including all legal requirements within the Czech business environment.

This master´s thesis is focused on creating its own business plan, which is the establishment of a private kindergarden based in Brno – Královo Pole on Sadová. The work is divided into three parts. The first part refers to the theory, where theoretical poinst are established, which give the basis for the processing of the analytical part. The second – the analytical part – explores the business environment, competition and potential customers. In the last part the business plan is created.

The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a selected company operating in the food industry in the period 2013-2018. The thesis uses PEST analysis, regression analysis and time series analysis in Maple software and benchmarking. Using these tools and the results of analyses, proposals are made to improve the company's performance and also future potential development of the company is descripted.

The first part of thesis is dealing with theoretical aspects, which are necessary to know for setting up a financial plan. My thesis describes an analysis of the current state of the company and subsequent proposals to improve the system, which should bring to the company to improve work efficiency. The suggestions for improvement themselves are based on analyzes of the current situation.

This master's thesis deals with an assessment of specific information system of the Red Hat Inc. company, and consequent suggestions of potential changes. The thesis is divided into three parts. The introductory one is focused on theoretical knowledge which together with performed analysis has become a fundamental base for the system assessment and suggestions of changes leading to process improvements.

Praktická část obsahuje analýzu firmy a současné situace reportingu. Cílem práce je rozšíření a zlepšení reportingu v české pobočce na základě analýzy současné situace.
