Conjugando a análise histórica diacrônica com a investigação sincrônica etnográfica, este estudo fornece uma abordagem interdisciplinar – Antropológica, Etnocenológica e Etnomusicológica – baseada em categorias nativas. / This thesis is a “dense description” of the Sama (audition) ritual – the spiritual concert composed by prayer, recitation, song, music and dance, inspired by the Persian Jalaluddin Rumi or Mevlana (1207-1273) in Konya (Turkey), in the thirteen century – as is practiced nowadays. Conjugating the diachronic historical analysis with the synchronic ethnographic inquiring, this study provides an interdisciplinary approach – Anthropological, Ethnoscenological and Ethnomusicological – based on native categories.

The topic of the work is an impact of digital self-tracking technologies such as wearable fitness trackers and smartphone self-tracking applications on an individual. I used the methodology of semi-structured interviews, conducted with students engaged in self-tracking and comparative discourse analysis, when data received from the interviews were compared with healthy lifestyle discourse, partly manifested in the Czech internet media portals. The research question of "How self-trackers perceive the impact of the technology of self-tracking on their physical activities and lifestyle, respectively differentiated among themselves in terms of impact and usage of self-tracking technology, and to what extent they perceive it similarly to the way self- tracking is presented in Czech internet media portals?" was answered in the following way: the participants were categorized as 'engaged' and 'sportspeople' users, and their relation to discourse was not complete, although they were using the conceptualization of a healthy lifestyle proposed by media. In addition, the work proposes a theoretical overview of the issue of self-tracking and discusses the possibilities for future research.

伊斯蘭蘇非主義靈修活動主要表現於道團(Tariqa)的儀式，如Dhikr、Sama‘。本論文以土耳其梅拉維道團(Mevleviyeh)之儀式為主要考察對象，以探討靈修活動中的Sama‘儀式。Sama‘意為對神啟示訊息(Wahy)的聆聽，以旋轉動作配以音樂之展演而呈現出整套完整的儀式。梅拉維道團的成員通常藉由Sama‘而達到出神無我之境界，以期能達到接近真主的精神昇華(Qurba)。本論文的內容主要分為下列幾項: (一)伊斯蘭蘇非主義的起源與意義、蘇非道團之興起以及中世紀波斯地區之各個頗具代表性的蘇非道團作一界定、描述與比較；(二)探討梅拉維道團之精神導師陸彌(Jalal al-Din Rumi)的生平、思想及其對後世梅拉維道團發展之影響；(三)討論梅拉維道團之發展及其歷史，並試圖將陸彌的思想與梅拉維道團之發展做連結；(四)探討分析Sama‘之儀式: 界定Sama‘、分析詮釋其儀式之內涵、靈修之意義。 / The most common Sufi rituals are expressed in the order (tariqa)’s activities, mainly the Dhikr or Sama‘. This study focuses on the Turkish Sufi tariqa, the Mevleviyah which is attributed to the great medieval Sufi master Jalal al-Din Rumi. The contents of this thesis will deal with the brief history of Sufism in medieval period, the life and thought of Rumi, history of the development of Mevleviyeh tariqa, the analysis of Sama‘ ritual which is the core ritual of Mevleviyeh tariqa. The aim of this thesis is to show the importance of Islamic studies in term of human spiritual achievement.

This dissertation applies anthropology analysis to study a specie of a tree frog, living in the northern Amazonia, called Kambo. The wax-like substance, which the frog releases upon irritation, is used for its healing potential around the world. A basic conceptual framework is used to analyse the frog from the perspective of modernity, globalisation, and diffusion of cultural dimensions. The dissertation anticipates their influences on multiple parties. The geographical scope of the dissertation is limited on Amazonia and the Czech Republic. Kambo is a host of numerous biochemical interactions; in addition, it is used in socio-material context; in rituals; for gaining, or circulation of experience; or it is part of various techniques of understanding oneself, as described in later works of Michel Foucault. Due to Kambo's alleged participation on creation of human's subjective thinking, the dissertation answers the question on the extent to which Kambo could be responsible, through ethnographic lens. The results show that for those respondents who were experienced Kambo users; using the substance as a potion for treating physiological and mental issues and who were subsequently influenced by New Age movement; Kambo stands as a milestone in their life trajectories. This thesis provides details about historical background of American Transcendentalism, a theological, philosophical and literary tradition of the first half of the nineteenth century in United States and of New Age religion originating roughly at the turn of the same century and maturing in the 1970's in a form of the New Age movement. The work focuses on the influence of American Transcendentalism as one of the shaping factors, which contributed to the emergence of New Age. The attention is placed primarily on the work of Ralph Waldo Emerson. Through a detailed analysis of selected Emerson's essays parallels are drawn between the beliefs held by the Transcendentalists, mainly Emerson, and general beliefs shared with the New Age community. Following the historical development of both traditions, we discover the point of convergence, namely the New Thought movement originating in the second half of the nineteenth century.

The work is focusing on children personality development in the sense of developing ability to live meaningful life, positive thinking and programming of own goals. Theoreti- cally are described key laws of life that children learn through the completed project. This projecttakesintoaccountandusesthepsychologicalassumptionsofrelevantagegroup.The project also applies methods and techniques of dramatic education.The result of the project is evaluation of the successfulness and effectiveness from the long term perspective and thereforeitscontributioninrelationtochildrenandtheirabilitytolivetheirlivesmeaningfully.
