Цифровая трансформация бизнес–процессов по налоговому контролю на базе решений SAP : магистерская диссертация / Digital transformation of business processes for tax control based on SAP solutions

С., Kosareva, A. S. January 2020 (has links)
The relevance of the topic “Digital transformation of tax control business processes based on SAP solutions” based on the example of PJSC Aeroflot is due to the active development of information technologies that automate the process of tax monitoring and the rapid growth of participants in this tax regime, each of which is a representative of large business. The novelty of the topic used is proved by the fact that right now the trend for the digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation is gaining momentum. At this stage, tax monitoring in Russia is experimental in nature and is applied only to the largest taxpayers, but in the future, the possibility of entering the tax monitoring regime may be extended to medium-sized businesses. Tax control will be built into the internal business processes of organizations and will be carried out unnoticed by taxpayers.

SynopSys: Large Graph Analytics in the SAP HANA Database Through Summarization

Rudolf, Michael, Paradies, Marcus, Bornhövd, Christof, Lehner, Wolfgang 19 September 2022 (has links)
Graph-structured data is ubiquitous and with the advent of social networking platforms has recently seen a significant increase in popularity amongst researchers. However, also many business applications deal with this kind of data and can therefore benefit greatly from graph processing functionality offered directly by the underlying database. This paper summarizes the current state of graph data processing capabilities in the SAP HANA database and describes our efforts to enable large graph analytics in the context of our research project SynopSys. With powerful graph pattern matching support at the core, we envision OLAP-like evaluation functionality exposed to the user in the form of easy-to-apply graph summarization templates. By combining them, the user is able to produce concise summaries of large graph-structured datasets. We also point out open questions and challenges that we plan to tackle in the future developments on our way towards large graph analytics.

ERP-system i praktiken : Erfarenheter, användning och avgörande faktorer vid integration / ERP-systems in practice : Experiences, usage and critical factors in integration

Radojevic, Maja, Hansson, Malin January 2024 (has links)
The study aims to investigate experiences and utilization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within a company and thereby increase the understanding of critical factors in the integration and usage of such systems. The method employed in the study is qualitative, involving semi-structured interviews and structured observations of employees using the ERP-system to collect data. The respondents in the study possess extensive experience and knowledge of working with the ERP-system. The examined company utilizes the EPR-system, System Analysis Program Development (SAP), which is a well-known and globally dominant business system. SAP-system can integrate data across the entire organization, and the company uses the system to manage various business functions, including production planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory, sales and finance. By incorporating processes such as these, the system serves as a central platform for daily information sharing among departments, necessitating its functionality across all processes to avoid inaccuracies. A well-integrated ERP-system can positively impact a company’s performance and is often seen as crucial for reducing complexity and improving efficiency. The integration of ERP-systems post-implementation is a continuous process occurring during what is termed the user phase and the operational phase. These phases entail ongoing challenges such as dissatisfaction, resistance, lack of system training, system errors, and insufficient standardization that need to be addressed to achieve effectively integrated operations. The study results indicate that the ERP-system plays a crucial role for users and has a positive impact on the company's performance. However, the integration of the system poses some challenges during the user and operational phases, necessitating continuous problem-solving. With the assistance of the company’s well-experienced Key Users, who serves as SAP-support, there is the opportunity to maintain the effective operational processes even amidst challenges.

The role of crack willow in the wetland water balance, Moutere region, New Zealand

Amaravathi, Kiran Kumar January 2010 (has links)
The Waiwhero wetland (16 ha) is one of the largest wetlands in the Rosedale Hills, 35 km north-west of Nelson, New Zealand. It has an extensive cover of Salix fragilis L. (crack willow) and has been hypothesised to be a source of groundwater recharge for the Moutere aquifers, an important local groundwater system. However the wetland could also be a groundwater discharge zone, because of the geological boundary that it straddles. The overall aim of this study was to determine the direction of groundwater flux of the wetland by measuring the water balance, with particular emphasis on the transpiration rates from the crack willow trees. The average daily transpiration (measurement was for 230 days) of crack willows in the wetland (6.4 mm/day) was close to twice the potential evapotranspiration (PET) for grassland (3.9 mm/day). The highest measured willow transpiration rate was 12.4 mm/day and the lowest was 0.8 mm/day. High transpiration from crack willows was due to the horizontal energy fluxes (advective energy), tree physiological characters and high soil water content. The study established that the wetland is a groundwater discharge zone with, on average for the two summer periods (2008 and 2009), the net groundwater discharge being 4.8 mm/day. The daily water balance results between two major rainfall events showed that the initial discharge source was from the surrounding hills and later stabilized at around 6 to 14 mm/day. It was believed to be a contribution from the shallow and deep aquifers or a combination of local region inflow and aquifers. The water balance showed that the main loss of water through the hydrological system of the wetland during summer was from the high transpiration of willows (7.7 mm/day). The extent of water savings estimated for the 16 ha wetland through a hypothetical situation of willow removal, and the assumption that it is filled with open water without any canopy cover, was 688 m3/day. However this water savings rate if applied to a large area of crack willow stands would be quite high. On similar lines it is important to understand the transpiration rates of other wetland tree species in New Zealand. This information would help in preparing regional council plans for the introduction of tree species in the wetland for better management of the water resources and sustainable ecosystem management.

Srovnání různých přístupů k hodnocení energetické bilance stromů / Comparison of various approaches to evaluation of tree energetic balance

Tomková, Alžběta January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with the tree energetic balance closely related to the phenomenon of plant transpiration. Living systems have a unique ability to equilibrate gradients in the nature. Storing energy of the incoming solar radiation into a latent heat of water evaporation is an example of such tree feature. It dissipates energy and simultaneously recycles nutrients and water in the ecosystem. There are few possible ways of energy balance detection shown in this work. The thermal imagining can be used as a method for an indirect indication of transpiration - transpiring plants have lower leaf surface temperature. An alternative method for determining the rate of transpiration is a direct measurement of transpiration on leaves or transpiration flow in a tree trunk. However, extrapolation of the above mentioned methods to entire stands can encounter some difficulties. The first part of the thesis presents a description of a physical background of energetic processes and the ways in which plants operate with water, the biotic pump theory is being discussed. The practical part begins with experiments on single leaves. These experiments are carried out to test the usability of the methods for the following experiments, which are performed on the entire living trees. They are focused on the relationship of the...

Avaliação da expressão gênica da proteína aspartil secretada 2, 5 e 9 (SAP-2, SAP-5 e SAP-9) e sua correlação com a invasão epitelial por Candida albicans em modelo experimetal de estomatite protéica in vivo / Evaluation of gene expression of secreted aspartyl proteinase -2, -5 and -9 (SAP-2, SAP-5 and SAP-9) and its correlation with epithelial invasion by Candida albicans in a in vivo denture stomatitis experimental model

Tobouti, Priscila Lie 13 May 2011 (has links)
Denture stomatitis (D.S.) affects the oral mucosa in contact with removable dentures, and clinically characterized by erythema with varying degrees of inflammation. This disease is considered a multifactorial etiology, with a combination of factors such as trauma, lack of hygiene, continuous use of stents, hypersensitivity to the material used for dentures, diabetes, immunosuppressive therapy and fungal infection, such as different species of Candida. The main virulence factors of the fungus are the formation of hyphae, dimorphism, phenotypic changes, adherence, persistence, synergism with bacteria, interference with the host defense system and the production of hydrolytic proteins. Among the hydrolytic proteins, the secreted aspartyl proteinase (SAP) is one of the most important in the pathogenesis of C. albicans. SAP is harmful to both the epithelial tissue and to the host\'s immune system. It is not fully understood the real penetration of the fungus in the epithelium tissue and its correlation with the presence of SAP, in denture stomatitis. This difficulty in evaluation can be justified by the intrinsic and extrinsic differences observed in many aspects, different customs, social`s habits, emotional and physiological state. Using an experimental animal model may minimize these differences and provide more standardized conditions for the experiment. In the present work, the aim was to evaluate quantitatively the gene expression of enzymes SAP-2, SAP-5 and SAP-9 of the biofilm formed in internal surface of rat`s upper acrylic plates, and to analysis microscopically, the fungal invasion in palatal epithelial tissue. 49 Wistar rats were selected, 90 days old, weighing on average 300g. They were divided into three groups: Control Group, Plate/Candida and Plate, follow by 2, 4 and 6 days of the use of the plates. The results demonstrated, in four days of use of the acrylic plate, clinical signs of inflammation in the hard palate; microscopically epithelial hyperplasia, hyperkeratinization, fungal invasion in the superficial layers of the epithelial lining, Munro`s microabscess and papillary hyperplasia; and higher percentage of neutrophils in the Plate/Candida Group, compared to Control and Plate Groups. In the period of 4 days, the relative gene expression of the SAPs-2, -5 and -9 in biofilm also showed to be higher in Plate/Candida Group, compared with the periods of 2 and 6 days. Thus, the fungal invasion in the epithelial lining of the hard palate may be correlated with high mRNA expressionn of SAPs -2, -5 e -9.

Medida e modelagem da evapo(transpi)ração de um canavial irrigado em função do manejo da palhada / Evapo(transpi)ration measument and modeling of irrigated sugarcane depending on trash management

Carvalho, Kassio dos Santos 13 January 2017 (has links)
Cane culture is important for Brazilian agribusiness. Proper management of sugarcane trash in the soil can influence the development and growth of the crop, which can result in environmental and economic gains. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of trash management (CP) and without trash (SP) on the evapotranspiration of an irrigated sugar cane. An experiment was conducted in irrigated sugar cane fields with two treatments (100% of the trash and without trash cover on the soil). In this experiment, evapotranspiration was measured from soil water balance (ETc-BHS) and the Bowen ratio method (ETc-MRB) and transpiration using sap flow sensors (FS). Soil evaporation was estimated based on crop and meteorological data. The modeling of the transpiration and its components was based on the approach in the \"big leaf model\" proposed by Monteith. For that, submodels were defined and evaluated for the simulation of canopy radiation balance, aerodynamic resistance, and cover resistance in the culture environment. Throughout the crop cycle, biometric analyzes were performed every 30 days and these data were used in the parameterization of the model. The performance of the submodels and the parameterized model of Penman-Monteith (PM) was statistically evaluated. A model for estimation of evaporation is evaluated as a function of the trash cover. The cultivation of sugarcane using the vegetal residues favors the increase of transpiration, evapotranspiration of the crop (ETc) and reduces the evaporation of water in the soil. The trash influenced the biometric variables of the crop, such as tillering, fresh mass of aerial part (MFPA) and dry mass of aerial part (MSPA). When correlating the estimated transpiration with the PM model with the FS measurement, it is verified a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.72 and 0.48 and an angular coefficient (a) of 1.22 and 0.92, for the managed area CP and SP, respectively. The water evaporation in the soil is higher in the SP area, especially in periods with rainfall above 40 mm. When ETc-BHS and ETc-MRB are related to ETc estimated on the basis of the PM method, an R2 of 0.67 and 0.54 is observed in the CP area and 0.59 and 0.54 for the area SP, respectively. Regardless of the management adopted, at 302 days after cutting, the sugarcane plantation presented ATR, POL and% of fiber ideal for commercialization. The chlorophyll content in the managed area CP is superior to the managed SP. The cultivation of sugarcane using the vegetal residues favors the increase of the transpiration, ETc and reduces the evaporation of water in the soil.

Estimativa da transpiração de pinhão-manso com a utilização do método de dissipação térmica / Estimation of Jatropha perspiration using the thermal dissipation method

Francisco, João Paulo 10 March 2017 (has links)
Today the world is going through a phase of changing the energy matrix, where cleaner and renewable sources of energy are being used more and more. Considering the imminent scenario of scarcity of water resources, in addition to the need to produce cleaner energy, there is a need to rationalize the use of water and for this we must study the water consumption of crops. Thus, this project will aim to calibrate and use sap flow measurements obtained by the thermal dissipation probe to determine Jatropha curcas L. transpiration. For the calibration, jatropha plants grown under greenhouse conditions were used in 250 L vessels. These vessels were placed on weighing lysimeters and had their surface covered to avoid evaporation of soil water. The calibration was carried out during 60 consecutive days, which during the first 15 days the soil was maintained with humidity near the pot capacity by means of frequent irrigations, followed by 30 days of soil moisture reduction due to suppression of irrigation and of 15 days with the return of irrigation to the recovery of plant hydration. The transpiration was determined in the lysimeters and these data were used to calibrate the measurements obtained by sap flow sensors inserted in the trunk of the plants. After the calibration, the sensors were installed in the field to monitor the transpiration of plants cultivated under central pivot irrigation, drip irrigation and without irrigation. Allied to the different types of pruning to which the plants were submitted, the combination of the water consumption of the jatropha plants associated to these pruning treatments was evaluated. As expected, the thermal dissipation method proved to be reliable for the determination of perspiration of Jatropha, allowing the methodology to be used in the field. It was verified a significant effect of irrigation, pruning types and evaluation period after pruning for plant height, canopy diameter and volume and LAI. ETc values of 6.96; 7.54 and 6.57 mm day-1 for the treatments of localized irrigation, central pivot and without irrigation, respectively.
