Para tanto, partiu-se da problem?tica na qual as universidades federais brasileiras, sendo autarquias integrantes da Administra??o Indireta do Poder Executivo, vinculadas ao Minist?rio da Educa??o (MEC) e respons?veis pelas atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens?o, passaram por um recente processo de expans?o denominado Plano de Reestrutura??o e Expans?o das Universidades Federais (REUNI). O estudo foi desenvolvido com 29 servidores da Divis?o de Acompanhamento e Controle Acad?mico (DICON) da Pr?-Reitoria de Ensino de Gradua??o (PROEN) de todos os campi da UFSJ, universidade situada no interior mineiro. Para tanto, foram utilizadas ferramentas de gest?o empresarial (an?lise de organogramas parciais, confec??o do quadro de distribui??o de trabalho e estudo do Layout), an?lise documental de avalia??es de desempenho e aplica??o de question?rio de satisfa??o e insatisfa??o no trabalho entre os servidores investigados. Os dados foram coletados no m?s de junho de 2016 ap?s aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica da Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM). Posteriormente, foram tratados qualitativa e quantitativamente mediante an?lise das porcentagens das respostas das avalia??es de desempenho e do question?rio de satisfa??o e insatisfa??o no trabalho, al?m da an?lise qualitativa das ferramentas gerenciais, a fim de correlacionar o desempenho e a satisfa??o dos servidores com suas condi??es objetivas de trabalho. Concluiu-se que ? poss?vel que as condi??es objetivas de trabalho estejam influenciando a satisfa??o dos servidores para a maioria dos aspectos investigados, mas que n?o exerce influ?ncia sobre o desempenho deles apesar de terem relatado algumas dificuldades no ambiente de trabalho. / Disserta??o (Mestrado Profissional) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / The present study proposed a case study, whose main objective was to investigate the objective working conditions of the technical-administrative staff of an Academic Division of the Federal University of S?o Jo?o del-Rei (UFSJ) and the influence of these conditions on their satisfaction and performance. In order to do so, it started from the problem in which Brazilian federal universities, which are members of the Indirect Administration of the Executive Branch, linked to the Ministry of Education (MEC) and responsible for teaching, research and extension activities underwent a recent process of Expansion called Federal University Restructuring and Expansion Plan (REUNI). The study was developed with 29 servers of the Division of Academic Monitoring and Control (DICON) of the Pro-Rectory of Undergraduate Education (PROEN) of all UFSJ campuses, a university located in the interior of Minas Gerais. In order to do so, we used business management tools (analysis of partial organization charts, preparation of the work distribution table and study of the layout), documentary analysis of performance evaluations and questionnaire application of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction among the servers investigated. The data were collected in June 2016 after approval by the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM). Subsequently, they were treated qualitatively and quantitatively by analyzing the percentages of the performance evaluations and the satisfaction and dissatisfaction questionnaire responses, as well as the qualitative analysis of the management tools, in order to correlate the performance and satisfaction of the employees with their objective conditions of work. It was concluded that it is possible that objective work conditions are influencing server satisfaction for most of the aspects investigated, but that it does not influence their performance despite having reported some difficulties in the work environment.

It is closely related to the physical and mental health of the worker. However, the association between job dissatisfaction and mental illness has been little explored in the literature. The present study aimed to analyze the job dissatisfaction, referred to by the health care workers of basic care and medium complexity, considering their determinants and effects on mental health (occurrence of common mental disorders - CMD), with specific objectives: describe job dissatisfaction according to sociodemographic aspects and general characteristics of work; to estimate levels of dissatisfaction; to estimate the frequency of CMD; to investigate the association between occupational stress and job dissatisfaction; investigating the association between job dissatisfaction and CMD; considering gender differentials in the estimated associations. A cross-sectional study was conducted in five counties, in Bahia, with 3084 health workers from the medium complexity and primary care services between 2011 and 2012. The results of this dissertation are presented in the format of three scientific articles. In the first article, the job dissatisfaction was evaluated considering the sociodemographic characteristics and general information about the work, the analysis was stratified by gender. It was verified that aspects related to the sexual division of work were positively associated with the levels of job dissatisfaction. In the second article, was evaluated the association of psychosocial aspects of work and job dissatisfaction, based on the combination of occupational stress models (Effort-Reward Imbalance - ERI (mensured by Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale) and Demand-Control Model ?DCM (measured by Job Content Questionnaire - JCQ). The combination of the models proved to be advantageous in investigating the outcome. The third article, analyzed the relationship between job dissatisfaction, referred to by health care workers of basic care and medium complexity, and the occurrence of CMD, using modeling of structural equations. The job dissatisfaction had a direct and positive effect on CMD. The findings reinforce the impact of psychosocial aspects on job dissatisfaction and the impact of job dissatisfaction onmental health with women being the group in which these relationships were more expressive, indicating greater exposure. / A insatisfa??o com o trabalho ? um fen?meno complexo e dependente de influ?ncias internas e externas ao ambiente laboral, podendo estar intimamente relacionada ? sa?de f?sica e mental do trabalhador. Contudo, a associa??o entre insatisfa??o com trabalho e o adoecimento mental, tem sido pouco explorada na literatura. Estudo transversal, conduzido em cinco munic?pios baianos, com 3084 trabalhadores de sa?de dos servi?os de m?dia complexidade e da aten??o b?sica, entre os anos de 2011 a 2012. Os resultados desta disserta??o s?o apresentados no formato de tr?s artigos cient?ficos. No primeiro artigo a insatisfa??o com o trabalho foi avaliada considerando-se as caracter?sticas sociodemogr?ficas e informa??es gerais sobre o trabalho, a an?lise foi estratificada por g?nero, verificou-se que aspectos relativos a divis?o sexual do trabalho se associaram positivamente aos n?veis de insatisfa??o com o trabalho. No segundo artigo, foi avaliada associa??o dos aspectos psicossociais do trabalho e insatisfa??o com o trabalho em sa?de,com base na combina??o de modelos de estresse ocupacional Effort-Reward Imbalance ? ERI (mensurado atrav?s da Escala Desequil?brio Esfor?o-Recompensa) e Modelo Demanda-Controle - MDC, (mensurado pelo Job Content Questionnaire - JCQ). A combina??o dos modelos revelou-se mais vantajosa na investiga??o do desfecho. O terceiro artigo analisou a rela??o entre insatisfa??o com o trabalho e ocorr?ncia de TMC, com emprego de modelagem de equa??es estruturais e estratifica??o da amostra por sexo. A insatisfa??o com o trabalho exerceu efeito direto e positivo sobre os TMC. Os achados refor?am o impacto dos aspectos psicossociais sobre a insatisfa??o com o trabalho e da insatisfa??o sobre a sa?de mental, sendo as mulheres o grupo em que essas rela??es foram mais expressivas, evidenciando maior exposi??o.

As repercuss?es dos servi?os hospitalares em diferentes contextos: uma an?lise de profissionais de sa?de

This is a descriptive study realized in Natal, capital of Rio Grande do Norte. Were collected 213 questionnaires. Concerning the evaluation of the health services, high averages had been verified in the philanthropic hospital, for example, quality of the customer service. At the state hospital was observed lowest ones: respect to the privacy of the patients. Similar results were found about work conditions. It was observed as central nucleus the categories Overcrowded and Humanized care, in the state and philanthropic hospital respectively, and as peripheral elements Low wages and Overcrowded. Being thus the conflicts in this scene are inevitable because of the poor structure of some public hospitals, however, these problems can be foresee and solvable if the hospital has a free expression channel accessible to all agents. The evaluation has to become integrant part of the culture of the organization, a time that this will guide the steps in direction to the best quality in the hospital assistance / O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral identificar como os profissionais de sa?de, que atuam em hospitais de diferentes categorias (estadual, filantr?pica, privada e universit?ria), avaliam os servi?os oferecidos por essas institui??es de sa?de; e objetivos espec?ficos: verificar como os profissionais avaliam as condi??es de trabalho, bem como detectar qual o significado que esses profissionais atribuem ?s referidas institui??es. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo realizado em Natal, capital do estado do Rio Grande do Norte. A popula??o amostral compreendeu 213 profissionais de sa?de. Na avalia??o dos servi?os, verificaram-se as maiores m?dias no hospital filantr?pico, a exemplo, Qualidade do atendimento ao usu?rio. No hospital estadual, verificou-se a menor m?dia no item Respeito ? privacidade do paciente. No tocante ?s condi??es de trabalho encontraram-se resultados semelhantes, as menores m?dias no hospital estadual e as maiores no hospital filantr?pico. Em rela??o ao significado atribu?do ?s institui??es observa-se como n?cleo central as categorias Superlota??o e Atendimento humanizado, no hospital estadual e filantr?pico respectivamente, e como elementos perif?ricos Baixos sal?rios e Superlota??o.
