Respaldada na pesquisa qualitativa, a recolha dos dados deu-se por meio de pesquisa documental, observações, questionários e entrevista – analisados com embasamento no corpus teórico delimitado no estudo. Compreender de que modo as ações efetivadas no estágio curricular interferem na formação e na atuação para a docência, nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, demandou conhecer como esse momento da formação é concebido em documentos institucionais, mas, sobretudo, apreender como as indicações são materializadas no cotidiano. Assim, o estudo apresenta, a partir do entrelaçamento dos dados coletados, ações indicadas como positivas e aquelas que podem ser revistas, além de pensar em maneiras de reinventar o cotidiano desse momento da formação inicial, de forma que ele proporcione ganhos a todos os sujeitos e a todas as instituições envolvidas. / In order to map the implications of the curricular internship in development and practice of teaching, this research was carried out during the Pedagogy course of a public university, situated in the north of Paraná state, in 2016. Backed by qualitative research, the collection of data was done through documentary research, observations, questionnaires and interviews - analyzed based on the theoretical corpus delimited in the study. Understanding how the actions carried out in the curricular internship interferes with the formation and performance of teaching in the initial years of elementary education, demanded to know how this moment of formation is conceived in institutional documents, but above all, to apprehend how the indications are materialized in everyday teaching life. Thus, the study presents, from the interlacing of collected data, actions indicated as positive and those that can be reviewed, in addition to thinking about ways to reinvent the daily life of this initial moment formation, that provides gains to all individuals and institutions involved.
