Thus, it attempts to figure out the nature of electronic mail and other technologies as work tools, making difference from this same technologies in a personal context. / La presente entrevista gira en torno al correo electrónico del empleado como herramienta de trabajo y su interrelación con el derecho de la intimidad y el secreto de las telecomunicaciones.
