A Study and Implementation of Match Problem

Shyu, Jin-Hong 14 August 2003 (has links)
Match problem is a very practical problem. For example, distribution system of united examination today is a kind of match problem. However, it is very inconvenient to hand over preference card now. Person must leave for designate place to hand over preference card. Besides, Internet is in widespread use now. A lot of work has accomplished and achieved conveniently by the use of Internet, such as Internet filing tax, electronic document and so on. After the work electronic-based, the work efficiency and personal convenience will be increased. Therefore, this study is constructing a system, which combines handing over preference card with Internet and considering that the security of Internet. This can simplify the procedure of handing over preference card.

Secure Communication in a Multi-OS-Environment

Bathe, Shivraj Gajanan 02 February 2016 (has links) (PDF)
Current trend in automotive industry is moving towards adopting the multicore microcontrollers in Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Multicore microcontrollers give an opportunity to run a number of separated and dedicated operating systems on a single ECU. When two heterogeneous operating systems run in parallel on a multicore environment, the inter OS communication between these operating systems become the key factor in the overall performance. The inter OS communication based on shared memory is studied in this thesis work. In a setup where two operating systems namely EB Autocore OS which is based on AUTomotive Open System Architecture standard and Android are considered. Android being the gateway to the internet and due to its open nature and the increased connectivity features of a connected car, many attack surfaces are introduced to the system. As safety and security go hand in hand, the security aspects of the communication channel are taken into account. A portable prototype for multi OS communication based on shared memory communication with security considerations is developed as a plugin for EB tresos Studio.

Proactive Command Proxy : Simplifying the use of Proactive Commands / Proxy för Proaktiva Anrop : Ett förenklande av användningen av Proaktiva Anrop

Nee, Amanda January 2023 (has links)
With phones becoming more and more advanced telecom operators findthemselves in need of interacting with the operating system of the customersphone more and more. They also prefer to do this with their own infrastructureinstead of through an app that relies on the operating system developer. Thesolution is called proactive commands which is a way for the SIM card to talkto the operating system among other things. This project explores two ways tomake it possible for an operator to through SMS secured by Secure Protocol80 send arbitrary proactive commands to the operating system of a device.Resulting in a JavaCard applet with a two command interface able to run andpoll the result of a proactive command.
