Detekce útoků cílených na webové aplikace / Detection of attacks targeted at web applications

This thesis is dealing with vulnerabilities of web applications. The aim of the work is to create tools for attack detection of certain attacks, specifically Same Origin Method Execution (SOME), XML Signature Wrapping attack, XPATH Injection, HTTP Response Smuggling and Server-Side Includes (SSI) injection. Another aim is to create logs that display detected attacks. In the first part, the theory is analyzed and vulnerabilities of chosen attacks are described including their misuse. In the next section there are web application implemented which contain vulnerabilities for successful execution of the attacks. Furthermore, in Python language detection methods are designed and developed for these attacks, which are accompanied by a log entry.

Návrh experimentálního robotického pracoviště pro manipulační operace / Design of an Experimental Robotic Cell for Manupulation Operations

Final thesis is focused on design of experimental workplace with industrial robots for manipulation operations, that will be used for educational and demonstrational purposes. Integration of sub-systems and workplace layout are worked out in this thesis. Key factor is so called virtual commissioning. Unique solution, which is contained within final thesis, combines several software tools for the design of robotic workplace. Static 3D model created in Autodesk Inventor Professional is imported into Tecnomatix Process Simulate, where dynamic 3D model is made – simulation model respectively. The control element is softPLC by Beckhoff company created in TwinCAT software. The connection of simulation model and control element is realized using standardized communication protocol OPC UA. This combination proved to be a cheap tool for virtual commissioning in practice, because only one personal computer is needed for the job.

Nástroj pro práci s Objektově orientovanými Petriho sítěmi / Object Oriented Petri Net Tool

This work deals with the development and use of a graphical editor of object-oriented Petri nets implemented in the PNtalk language. First, Petri nets that expand over time are described here. They are followed by a description of the object-oriented paradigm. Next, the structure of object-oriented Petri nets in the implementation of PNtalk is described here. Further work presents a description of the application design, which shows the entire structure of the application from the perspective of views. The main motivation for creating this tool is the effort to make object-oriented Petri nets accessible to their users. The application was implemented in the JavaFX framework and the whole procedure is given in the following chapter together with testing. The result of the work is presented in the examples contained in the last chapter, which also contains detailed manuals for controlling the application. The tool in cooperation with the PNtalk server enables users to work more pleasantly with OOPN and their visual appearance.

El presente trabajo propone el desarrollo de un sistema de monitoreo que permita supervisar la pérdida de cobertura celular de las antenas móviles bajo la tecnología UMTS y LTE. Este trabajo permite encontrar huecos de cobertura en donde la señal no está llegando correctamente utilizando herramientas desarrollo libre. El sistema se compone de un aplicativo desarrollado en Android Studio, base de datos MySQL y un servidor web, asimismo se utilizará un codificador y compresor de datos en base al algoritmo de compresión, el cual reduce en un 30% la trama original. La validación de este sistema fue realizada por especialistas del campo de telecomunicaciones. / The present work proposes the development of a monitoring system that allows to supervise the loss of cellular coverage of mobile antennas under UMTS and LTE technology. This work allows finding coverage gaps where the signal is not reaching correctly using free development tools. The system consists of an application developed in Android Studio, a MySQL database and a web server, an encoder and data compressor will also be used based on compression algorithm, which will reduce the original frame by 30%. The validation of this system was carried out by specialists in the telecommunications field. / Tesis

This diploma thesis focus on transmiting multimedia over computer network. There are detailed informations about protocols RTP and RTPC in a first part because a transmition over a network is realized by using these protocols. Some basic multimedia terms, FFmpeg codecs and SDL library are described in next chapters. A multimedia player using FFmpeg and SDL is implemented in a second part of thesis. The player is console application and it has basic user interface. The player reproduces video and audio from a given file. RTP communication is described in next chapters of the second part. RTP server and client are implemented there too. They are console aplications and they use data coded by Theora or Vorbis. There are summarized results in a conclusion.

The dissertation deals with a design of an intelligent transmitter of a standard current signal with an Ethernet output port, an implementation of a web interface and Modbus TCP protocol for providing data protection. The introductory part describes standardized analogue technical signals with their possibilities, and characteristics of industrial Ethernet. The subsequent part provides an overview of alternatives to connect analogue signals to Ethernet while using various modules. The thesis continues with a suggestion of an analogue input side of the transmitter in connection with a digital module of Ethernet based on the Rabbit processor in connection with the RCM3200 module. The key part of the dissertation puts forward a proposal of the firmware transmitter and control web interface, shows ways of providing figures measured by the current loop via Ethernet interface for further processing. The final part is devoted to a description of current transmitter ultimate measurement.

The objective of this master’s thesis is monitoring and management of computer networks via SNMP protocol and its practical application. The main part describes working with SNMPc program in an experimental network through implementation of its parts into the network and configuration of SNMP agents on routers, switch and end station. This thesis includes the results of traffic testing, disconnected links, effects of traffic load on QoS parameters, making longterm statistics, baselines and alarms. The thesis also includes parametres obtained with SNMP protocol from network nodes and end station.
