En nyckel som kan öppna många lås är en jättebra nyckel, och ett lås som kan öppnas av många nycklar är ett kasst lås : tre tonårsflickors syn på sex, hälsa och sambandet däremellan

Holm, Sandra, Zaar, Helena January 2012 (has links)
I undersökningen intervjuades tre flickor i femtonårsåldern först enskilt, sedan i grupp.

A study of social management of sex toy industry

Lo, Chen-yuan 02 September 2010 (has links)
For consumers in Taiwan, the aim of the study is to understand the social perceptions and the acceptance of sex toys, the development context of sex toy industry as well as the impact on society. Moreover, this study intends to evaluate the current and future development of the sex product industry and to call for the government attention on this industry so as to protect the rights and interests of consumers. I have individual interviews and focus group discussions with sex toy consumers, manufactures, sale traders, scholars and graduate students of sexology. In the study, I get the following findings: First, sex toys have no longer been regarded as obscene products. Gradually, they have been accepted by society, sometimes, they could meet a wide range of sexual activities. Even they have been regarded as important implements of preventing venereal diseases and AIDS. Second, the consumption of sex toys is in a state of privacy and ambiguity. Consequently, there is a flourishing channel of network sales even if the physical layout of the store also has considerable privacy. Without rent fees, full-time labor costs, and product inventory, network sales have the advantage that consumers can see and tough the products and the products are guaranteed. In addition, consumers can get appropriate recommendation and guidance from the salespersons. Also, consumers can increase the safety of using sex toys. Third, complex laws of sex toys don¡¦t have comprehensive management. Law enforcement is not stabile and doesn¡¦t limit the qualification for sale traders. The organizations of the authorities which monitor sex toy industry are not united. Thus, the industry position of the sex toys is ambiguous. There are no guarantees for consumer¡¦s benefits. Fourth, there are no clear associations doing self-restraint in the industry. Therefore, the government has the obligations to manage and counsel the industry of sex toys. Allow the storekeepers of sex toys to have a good business environment, so the consumers will be benefited from these measures.

The Relationship Between Team Sex Composition and Team Performance in the Context of Training Complex, Psychomotor, Team–based Tasks

Jarrett, Steven 2010 December 1900 (has links)
The objective of this study was to investigate the role of team sex composition in team training performance and team processes in the context of a complex, psychomotor, information–processing task. With the growing number of women in the workplace, the role of, and implications for, team sex composition is an important research question because there are performance domains, such as psychomotor tasks, where replicable sex differences have been documented. We used 92 four–person teams to investigate the relationship between team sex composition, team declarative knowledge, team–efficacy, team communication, team cohesion, and team performance on a complex, psychomotor, information–processing task. The results indicate that team sex composition was significantly related to team performance and team declarative knowledge. Furthermore, team performance and team declarative knowledge showed significant mean differences across the levels of team sex composition, such that teams with a larger proportion of males had higher scores on each of the variables. As hypothesized, team communication showed an opposite effect where teams with higher proportions of females reported larger amounts of communication, but none of the team sex composition pairwise comparisons were significantly different. The posited relationship between team cohesion and team homogeneity was not supported. Finally, there was no evidence for any of the process variables moderating the relationship between team sex composition and team performance. Team sex composition may be an important variable in training situations where past sex differences have been demonstrated on the performance task of interest. The findings suggest the need to consider instructional design strategies that may mitigate the negative effects of team sex composition on team performance. Future research is needed to determine the extent to which findings from this single study generalize to other psychomotor task domains and how all–female teams will perform under similar circumstances.

The Study of the Lower Graders¡¦ Sex Roles and Stereotypes in a Primary school

Hong, Sue-Min 21 January 2003 (has links)
The Study of the Lower Graders¡¦ Sex Roles and Stereotypes in a Primary school Sue-Min Hong Abstract The purpose of this study is to explore the lower graders¡¦ views on sex roles and stereotypes. In addition, this study aims to explore whether the attitudes of parents have influence on children¡¦s views on sex roles and stereotypes. And the research problem intends to examine the differences of boys¡¦ and girls¡¦ views. The subjects are twelve 2nd grade children (6 females, 6 males). The author would like to understand the lower graders¡¦ views on sex roles and stereotypes which relate to infer the correlation of parents and children in order to offer some implications on children¡¦s sex education in the future. The study adopts individual interview and focus group interview to collect data. The former of which is to use ¡§Pilot Questionnaire¡¨ to know individuals, and the latter of which is to employ ¡§Focus Group Interview Outline¡¨ after children have read picture¡¦s books on sex stereotypes. In addition, there are six mothers who are interviewed (3 females, 3 males). The final conclusions as following: (1) the lower graders don¡¦t think sex roles as distinctive in nature, which might be influenced by adults attitudes and their experiences of life; (2) the stereotypes of lower graders whose personality traits reveal frankly and strong for boys and dependent for girls; and children¡¦s interests are differently among both sexes; and in achievements boys are better than girls and girls catch hardly; (3) the relation of children¡¦s views on sex roles and stereotypes to those of parents reveals that parents¡¦ image is the best teaching materials, then the deviation leads children¡¦s stereotypes; (4) in comparison with boys¡¦ and girls¡¦ views, they tend to obey the adult¡¦s rules, and focus not alike as growing up in different world, and obtaining modification of behaviors and beliefs after reading. As for sex stereotypes, boys tend to be difficult to escape and girls intend to counter gender¡¦s bounds. This study offers some suggestions on children¡¦s sex education and future research.
