Jakel, Roland 22 July 2016 (has links)
The presentation describes the underlying theory and software functionality of the finite friction contact model introduced with PTC Creo Simulate 3.0. It is being compared with the friction-free and infinite friction contact model used exclusively until Creo Simulate 2.0. It is being tried to demonstrate the mode of operation of the new model with help of two examples: A brake sword clamped by two brake pads and a bolted flywheel. Because of actual software quality problems, the usability of the contact model for the user is being rated (status Creo 3.0 M080 / Creo 2.0 M200). Furthermore, comprehensive feedback is given to the software developer PTC.

Βραχνός, Χρήστος 26 August 2009 (has links)
This specific project has to do with mathematical statistical graph theory. Our main target is to fit, simulate and diagnose models through exponential random graph models. In the first chapter we give a short presentation of the problem and the theory of exponential random graph models. The main idea is to consider each tie of a given network (graph) as a random variable. The general form of an exponential random graph model is defined from some relative assumptions that have to do with the dependence between those random variables. We present some different dependence assumptions and the corresponding models, such as Bernoulli graphs, dyadic-independent and Markov random graphs. We also examine the incorporation of the characteristics that a node may have in social networks. We also discuss the process of statistical estimation, including three new methods for the estimation of Monte Carlo maximum likelihood. Finally, we present new specifications for exponential random graph models, which Snijders et al. have proposed. These new specifications allow us to avoid the problem of degeneration. In the second, third and fourth chapter we apply the above methods in order to analyze Florentine network data, Faux Magnolia High data and IPred And Swpat data. In those chapters, we present the procedures of fit, simulate and diagnose exponential random graph models displaying the corresponding commands of statnet-ergm and sna packages that work in R. Finally we give a short introduction to R and to some relative commands.

MODEL-BASED SIMULATION OF AUTOMOTIVE SOFTWARE SYSTEMS

Kozhakenov, Temirzhan January 2020 (has links)
The car is the most common vehicle in the world. Millions of cars are produced annually. In order for each car to find its buyer, car companies are forced to constantly improve the design of the car. Modern models are emerging, new car systems are being developed and implemented. All this is accompanied by a huge flow of information, in which it is easy to get lost. This master’s work is devoted to the trace analysis and connection of two different files. The paper proposes a developed algorithm of trace analysis for some functions of the vehicle in the C++ programming language. The files that we use to trace analysis relate to the model and the final result of its simulation.EATOP is a tool with which a model based on the EAST-ADL language was developed. Adapt is an event simulator with which our model of automotive functionality was simulated. The purpose of the study is to identify possible ways to meet timing requirements. The work is carried out in collaboration with Volvo Group Truck Technology. This company provided the LogFile, which presents results of the simulation, and model. We get an analysis of performance, one of the ways to trace data and timing. The results of our implementation are presented and discussed.

Návrh, simulace a realizace funkčních modulů testbedu Průmysl 4.0 / Design and implementation of Industry 4.0 testbed functional modules

Podrabský, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
In this work I deal with the project of an automated robotic bartender, whose task is to show model concepts such as virtual commissioning, digital factory or industry 4.0. The work resolves two parts (cells) for the overall construction. Individual cells are solved from the design and realization of the construction through the virtual verification of operation to the design and realization of the control itself for the given cells. The construction solution was created in SolidEdge ST10. Virtual verification will be solved in the Tecnomatix Process Simulate program and the implementation of PLC and HMI control by Siemens is programmed in the TIA Portal. Wiring diagrams were drawn in the student version of the EPLAN design environment. Other colleagues work on other parts of the barman project.

Návrh experimentálního robotického pracoviště pro manipulační operace / Design of an Experimental Robotic Cell for Manupulation Operations

Bednář, Martin January 2018 (has links)
Final thesis is focused on design of experimental workplace with industrial robots for manipulation operations, that will be used for educational and demonstrational purposes. Integration of sub-systems and workplace layout are worked out in this thesis. Key factor is so called virtual commissioning. Unique solution, which is contained within final thesis, combines several software tools for the design of robotic workplace. Static 3D model created in Autodesk Inventor Professional is imported into Tecnomatix Process Simulate, where dynamic 3D model is made – simulation model respectively. The control element is softPLC by Beckhoff company created in TwinCAT software. The connection of simulation model and control element is realized using standardized communication protocol OPC UA. This combination proved to be a cheap tool for virtual commissioning in practice, because only one personal computer is needed for the job.

Návrh robotické buňky pro depaletizaci a založení railu do výrobní stanice / Design of a Robotic Cell for Depalletization and Placement a Rail to a Production Station

Novák, Adam January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis dealswith a design of a robotic cell for depalletization and the establishment of a rail into a production station. Pieces are weighed into the depalletizing unit in a shape-adapted crates otherwise known as blisters. Each blister contains five to eight pieces(depending on the type of a rail) and anti-corrosion paper. After removing the paper and the piece from the blister, an identification code is stamped on the piece. Then the finished piece travels to the next station. The aim of this thesis is to design arobotic cell that can handle all operations in a given cycle time and to create a simulation model in Siemens Process Simulate program to verify the cell functionality.

Virtuální dvojče pro testbed Průmyslu 4.0 / Virtual twin for testbed Industry 4.0

Husák, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The goal of my master‘s thesis is to create a digital twin of a testbed Barman. The Barman is a school model of autonomous mixed drinks production line that demonstrates the principles of Industry 4.0. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the choice of a suitable tool for virtualization is discussed. The Tecnomatix Process Simulate and the Mechatronic Concept Designer module integrated in the NX platform is compared. The practical part of the work is divided into two phases. The first phase was about looking for a way to integrate the robotic SCARA manipulator. The second phase was focused on the virtualization of the cell Shaker in the latter of the tools mentioned before. This work is designed as a guide for creating and verifying the concept of a digital twin.
