RAUMENŲ, ŠIRDIES IR KRAUJAGYSLIŲ SISTEMŲ SINERGIJA FIZINIŲ KRŪVIŲ METU Vytautas Poškaitis Biomedicinos mokslai, Biologija (01 B) Anotacija Aiškinantis centrinių ir periferinių ŠKS mechanizmus ir jų sąveikas žinoma daug tyrimų, tačiau integruojančių viso organizmo sistemų esmines funkcijas visdar trūksta. Aišku, jog didėjant atliekamo krūvio intensyvumui, prasideda širdies funkcijos apribojimai. Parinkus fizinį pratimą skirtingu laipsniu aktyvuojantį didesnę ar mažesnę kūno raumenų dalį taip pat skirtinga seka ir laipsniu aktyvuojami centriniai ir periferiniai kraujotakos reguliavimo mechanizmai. Jų tarpusavio sąveikos klausimas sveikatos stiprinimo srityje yra ypač aktualus. Fizinių pratimų metu aktyvuojant kūno raumenų dalį skirtingu laipsniu Aišku, jog didėjant atliekamo krūvio intensyvumui, prasideda širdies funkcijos apribojimai ar parinkus fizinį pratimą Skirtingu laipsniu ir skirtinga seka aktyvuojami centriniai ir periferinių kraujotakos reguliavimo mechanizmai ir vis tik lieka ypač aktualus jų tarpusavio sąveikos klausimas. Atlikto darbo tikslas – nustatyti sąsajas tarp centrinių ir periferinių ŠKS funkcinių rodiklių kaitos, atliekant globalaus, regioninio pobūdžio, ir lokaliuosius fizinius krūvius. Tyrime dalyvavo 27 savanoriai, praktiškai sveiki, neturintys nusiskundimų vyrai. It is clear, that during increasing of physical load occur limitations in heart function and it causes different sequence of activation of heart and peripheral systems. Here appear question how those systems interact, what kind of synergy they develop. It is very important in finding healthy individualized exercising way. The aim of the study was to establish the interaction in changes of central and peripheral indices of cardiovascular system while performing the global type, regional type or local physical workouts. Subjects of the study were 27 volunteers: healthy males who take a regular pat in health promotion groups two or three times per week at least two last years. Methods For the assessment of functional indices were used: Bicycle ergometry, Electrocardiography, measurement of ABP, near infrared spectroscopy, model of functional evaluation of body functioning during exercise. <p>Permanentno prilagođavanje trži&scaron;nim promenama ukupne turističke privrede Srbije, predstavlja njeno strategijsko prilagođavanje. U tom smislu sagledavane su dimenzije i strukturne odlike turističkog trži&scaron;ta, a posebno funkcionalne karakteristike tražnje i ponude. Analizirani su faktori&nbsp; konkurentnosti turističke ponude. Posebno su obrađeni procesi i složenost promena na turističkom&nbsp; trži&scaron;tu kao &scaron;to su:&nbsp; dugoročne promene u pokretačkim faktorima turističke traženje, dugoročne tendencije i promene u međunarodnom turističkom poslovanju,&nbsp; faktori i efekti globalizacije poslovanja u turizmu. U strategijskom prilagođavanju preduzeća turističke privrede, kao i ostalih učesnika u turističkoj ponudi promenama tražnje, po&scaron;lo se od procesa formulisanja strategije a potom od tehnolo&scaron;kog i trži&scaron;nog prilagođavanja usluga i ostalih instrumenata marketinga.&nbsp; Zatim je&nbsp; ukazano na prilagođavanje organizacione strukture preduzeća na turističkom trži&scaron;tu, a posebno na strategijsko i taktičko upravljanje tražnjom. Obuhvaćen je i koncept strategijskog upravljanja turističkom destinacijom. U daljem istraživanju obuhvaćene su strategijske&nbsp; osnove razvoja Srbije kao turističke destinacije.&nbsp; Naročito je ukazano na strategije transformacije preduzeća. Pobolj&scaron;anje ukupne organizovanosti turističke privrede Srbije podrazumeva unapređenje proizvoda i ostalih instrumenata trži&scaron;nog nastupa turističke ponude.&nbsp; To podrazumeva i strategijsko unapređivanje prodajno-promotivnih aktivnosti.&nbsp; Dati su elemnti perspektive razvoja turizma Srbije do&nbsp; 2010 godine, zajedno sa ekolo&scaron;kom komponentom turističkog proizvoda Srbije.</p> / <p>Permanent adjusting of the overall Serbian touristic economy to the market changes represent a form&nbsp; of its strategic adjustment. Dimensions and structural characteristics of the tourist market, and especially the functional characteristics of demand and offer have been perceived from that aspect. Factors of competitiveness of the tourist offer have also been analyzed. Processes and complexity of changes on the tourist market such as: long term tendencies and changes in motivating&nbsp; factors of the tourist demand, long-term tendencies and changes in the carrying of business activities in tourism, factors and effects of globalisation of the carrying out of business enterprises in tourist economy, as well as that of the other participants in tourist offer of to do schanges of the demand have been initiated by process of strategy formulation, followed by technological and market adjustments of services and other marketing instruments. At a later stage, adjustment of organizational structure of enterprises to the scanges on the tourist market, and especially strategic and tactical management of the demand have also been pointed out.</p>

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos Lietuvos elektros inžinerinių paslaugų sektoriaus įmonių verslo vertės valdymo problemos ir plėtros aktualijos. Atlikta išsami mokslinės literatūros analizė, numatytos inovacijų, rizikos valdymo panaudojimo galimybės teoriniu aspektu, nagrinėjami įmonių susijungimai ir įsigijimai: analizuojama sandorių samprata, pateiktos šių sandorių rūšys ir skirtumai, išskirtos pagrindinės sandorių priežastys, taip pat aprašyti susijungimų ir įsigijimų proceso etapai ir išanalizuoti pagrindiniai įmonių ir sandorio vertinimo metodai, bei pasiūlyti konkretūs sprendimai šio sektoriaus įmonių veiklos tobulinimui, įtakosiantys jų veiklos efektyvumą, teikiamų paslaugų kokybę ir konkurencingumą. Išnagrinėta verslo strategijų, rizikos valdymo, inovacijų reikšmė ir aktualumas įmonės veikloje. Išnagrinėjus teorinius bei praktinius verslo vertės valdymo įmonėje aspektus, parengiau rekomenduotiną vadybinių procesų ryšių ir tarpusavio sąveikos schemą. Atlikta sisteminė organizacijos esamos padėties analizė, praktinis įmonės įvertinimas. Apskaičiuota įmonės vertė ir tikėtina sinergijos nauda, įmonėms susijungiant. Darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados ir pasiūlymai. / This master theses analyses business value management problems in the enterprises in the sector of electrical engineering services enterprises in Lithuania. The author has performed a thorough scientific literature on the topic analysis and took it as the background for the identification of risk and innovation processes and determination of possibilities to use it in sector enterprises` business value management activities. This paper analyses processes of mergers and acquisitions, concept, types, differences and reasons of transactions. The author has analyzed the steps of merging enterprises process as well as the methods of transaction valuation and prepared a set of proposed decisions for the development of the activities of electrical engineering services sector enterprises that could enhance activity efficiency, services` quality and competitiveness as well. Strong emphasis has been put on the business strategies, risk and innovation management of the enterprises` activities. The author having analyzed theoretical and practical business value management aspects prepared a scheme of interaction of managerial processes, performed systematic analyses of the enterprise including activity valuation while estimating synergy benefit from the merging process of two enterprises and at the end presented conclusions and recommendations.
