La presente investigación determina el índice de sostenibilidad de 2.73 del sistema de agua y saneamiento del Centro Poblado Los Ángeles Ubiriki, utilizando la metodología de diagnóstico del proyecto PROPILAS CARE – PERÚ, La evaluación realizada ha permitido que relacionar el índice de sostenibilidad con la calidad de vida de los pobladores del Centro Poblado los Ángeles Ubiriki, para la toma de decisiones desde al ámbito público y privado. Los resultados de la sostenibilidad del C.P. Los Ángeles Uribiki, Distrito de Perené, Provincia de Chanchamayo, se presentan según su factor de evaluación, como: estado del sistema, gestión, operación y mantenimiento. / Tesis
