The objective was to identify the aspects that indicate the social, environmental, health vulnerability and the resilience of the residents transferred from the risk areas such as Northwest Region in Goiania Go, to neighbourhoods as Sítios de Recreio Estrela D alva e Residencial Recanto do Bosque . The criteria adopted to the inclusion in the research were: to be over 18 years old, an area of risk resident for at least 2 years in which was transferred to the two selected neighbourhood within less than a year. The information obtained was organized in different categories: Childhood, youth, family relationships, history of violence, drug abuse, affectivity, sexuality, health, schooling level, and the daily environment that they used to live and current live today, selected and identified in the tables and speech. The speeches were sharpened from the reflexive and comprehensive reading. They make reference to a low income population that are culturally poorly instructed, expressively youth and that counts with the State power within the housing program that in the first moment surpassed a social, environmental and health vulnerability, and yet does not mean that these residents are prepared to face the adverse social and environmental situations that are already being configured in this surroundings. The results will be presented to the local population so that they aknowloge their own reality and to the local authority so that it can be a reference for the politics and amendments for that area or city. / A dissertação sobre a vulnerabilidade e resiliência de população transferida de área de risco ambiental para área urbanizada - Região Noroeste de Goiânia / GO, é um estudo exploratório quali-quantitativo cujas informações foram levantadas por meio de pesquisa primária e de dados secundários. A pesquisa primária constituiu em entrevistas por saturação de informações a 10 sujeitos / mulheres, selecionadas intencionalmente. Teve como objetivos identificar a vulnerabilidade social, ambiental, de saúde e a resiliência dos/as moradores/as transferidos/as de áreas de risco de Goiânia/ Região Noroeste para a área da pesquisa - Sítios de Recreio Estrela D alva e Residencial Recanto do Bosque . Os critérios de inclusão dos sujeitos na pesquisa foram: ser responsável pela família, ser morador/a maior de 18 anos, ser ou não, originário do local, mas ter residido em área de risco no mínimo por 2 (dois anos), e que foram transferidos/as há menos 1 (hum) ano, para a atual área de estudo. Os dados obtidos foram identificados, selecionados e organizados em quadro, tabelas, gráficos e cruzados a partir da leitura reflexiva e compreensiva dos discursos identificados nas variáveis agrupadas nas seguintes categorias 1. Relato sobre a vivencia nas diferentes fases de desenvolvimento desde o convívio familiar e social e de seu cotidiano na área de risco e no ambiente em que vive hoje; 2. Acesso aos Serviços e Equipamentos Públicos; 3. Características do meio ambiente - área da pesquisa. Conclui-se que é uma população de baixa renda, com pouco nível de instrução, com um percentual expressivo de jovens e, que foi integrada à região, pelo Poder Público em programas de moradia. No 1º momento, a população superou uma situação de vulnerabilidade social, ambiental e de saúde o que não significa que estarão imunes às situações adversas sociais e ambientais que já estão se configurando no novo ambiente, na falta de monitoramento das diferentes Instituições Municipais. Os resultados serão apresentados à população local para que se aproprie do conhecimento de sua realidade e, encaminhados aos Gestores do Município, como informações preliminares para subsidiar Políticas Públicas.
