Hur kundlojalitet och legitimitet påverkas av en greenwashingskandal

Frågeställning: Hur påverkas H&Ms kunder och dess lojalitet som följd av greenwashingskandaler, med hänsyn till deras befintliga hållbarhetssyn och hur de generellt påverkas av nyhetsmedia och social media? Hur förändrar H&M sin hållbarhetsrapportering för att stärka legitimiteten som följd av en förändrad kundlojalitet på grund av greenwashingskandal? Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva och analysera kundernas lojalitet till företag till följd av en greenwashingskandal, med hänsyn till nyhetsmedia och social media samt kundernas hållbarhetssyn. Vidare undersöks om och på vilket sätt företagen förändrar deras hållbarhetsredovisning som följd av greenwashingskandalen som påverkat kundlojaliteten för att upprätthålla legitimitet. Studien fokuserar på klädindustrin med H&M som undersökningsobjekt. Metod: Studien var av en kvalitativ studie av deduktiv karaktär. Den baserades på tio intervjuer med studenter som sedan tidigare är kunder hos H&M. Insamling av information gjordes först genom en referensram och beskrivning av viktiga begrepp, vidare genomfördes intervjuer för att sedan sammanställa i ett resultat och analysera. Informationen insamlades successivt under arbetets gång och har till stor del hittats genom databaser och vetenskapliga artiklar Slutsats: Studien visar att kundernas hållbarhetssyn skiljer sig mellan de manliga och de kvinnliga respondenterna och att hållbarhet har större betydelse för kvinnor. Nyhetsmedia och socialmedia påverkar kundlojaliteten till viss del, respondenterna anser sig vara kritiska när det kommer till media men över hälften tillkännager att de trots det genomfört köp. 6/10 respondenter anser att deras kundlojalitet till H&M inte påverkats av greenwashingskandalerna utan att de kommer fortsätta genomföra köp där medan resterande kommer undersöka företaget mer innan ytterligare köp genomförs hos H&M. Vidare visar studien att kundlojaliteten påverkas olika mycket beroende på vad för typ av greenwashingskandal det handlar om. Respondenterna påverkas mer av sociala hållbarhetsskandaler än miljömässiga. Kundlojalitet påverkar företagets legitimitet och H&M har lagt ett större fokus på hållbarhet i deras rapportering för att på så sätt kunna stärka sin legitimitet igen efter tidigare inträffade skandaler. Studien tyder även på att hög legitimitet är viktigt för studenter men med fokus på andra faktorer än hållbarhet. Studien kommer fungera som ett tillägg till tidigare forskning och bidrar med en annan synvinkel än de tidigare. I enlighet med andra studier framkommer det även här att det finns flertalet faktorer som påverkar kundlojalitet som i sin tur påverkar legitimiteten hos företagen. / Question: How are H&M's customers and their loyalty affected as a result of greenwashing scandals, regarding their existing view of sustainability and how are they generally affected by news media and social media? How does H&M change its sustainability reporting to strengthen its legitimacy as a result of a changed customer loyalty due to the greenwashing scandal? Purpose: The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze customers 'loyalty to companies as a result of a greenwashing scandal, regarding news media and social media as well as customers' views on sustainability. It also examines whether and in what way companies change their sustainability reporting as a result of the greenwashing scandal that has affected customer loyalty in order to maintain legitimacy. The study focuses on the clothing industry with H&M as the research object. Method: The study was of a qualitative study of a deductive nature. It was based on ten interviews with students who are already customers of H&M. Collection of information was first done through a frame of reference and description of important concepts, further interviews were conducted to then compile into a result and analyze. The information was collected gradually during the work and has largely been found through databases and scientific articles Conclusion: The study shows that customers' views on sustainability differ between the male and female respondents and that sustainability is more important for women. News media and social media affects the respondents' loyalty to some extent, the respondents consider themselves critical when it comes to media, but more than half announce that they have nevertheless made a purchase. 6/10 respondents believe that their loyalty to H&M has not been affected by the greenwashingscandals but that they will continue to make purchases there, while the rest will investigate the company more before further purchases are made at H&M. Furthermore, the study shows that customer loyalty is affected to varying degrees depending on if the greenwashing scandal is about social or environmental sustainability. Customer loyalty affects the company's legitimacy and H&M has placed a larger focus on sustainability in their reports in order to be able to strengthen its legitimacy again after previous scandals. The study also shows that high legitimacy is important for students but with a focus on factors other than sustainability. The study will serve as a supplement to previous research and contribute with a different point of view than the previous ones. In accordance with other studies, it also emerges here that there are several factors that affect customer loyalty, which in turn affect the legitimacy of companies.

When looking for the signs of printed and digital narratives in Brazilian literature, certain conclusions can be reached that show a poetry of invention and interaction, the influence of concrete poetry in cyberliterature as well as the marks of concretism in hyper digital short stories. As regards the teaching of literature, even in Distance Education, we have as our aim to observe the cognitive process of the students of Portuguese at university level, in private institutions, and their relationship with printed and digital narratives when studying Brazilian literature. This work also has as one of its hypotheses to prove the relevance of poetic works created by computers and having artificial intelligence as their starting point. This kind of literary works already foreshadows robots that tell stories, participate in scientific actions, and win chess matches, at the time that create meaningful narratives that will, eventually substitute poetic works, among other human actions and emotions. This part of the research was based on the works of theoreticians, such as John Searle who, with his metaphoric experience of The Chinese Room argued against strong artificial intelligence, and Roger Schank who, through the observation of children and, opposing Searle´s theories, believes in the learning process carried out by machines. The theoretical readings that vied the present research and conclusions on literature and the new technologies found inspiration, in particular, in the works of Lucia Santaella and her concept of “extended literature” and literature in the web, the works of contemporary literary theory critics such as Haroldo de Campos and Augusto de Campos, as well as the already canonical works on literary theory, for the analysis of printed works, prior to cyber literature by Alfredo Bosi, Antonio Cândido and Marisa Lajolo, among others, which waver in between the printed and the digital. It is to be expected that the discovery that creation, invention and interaction are inherent to poetical literary works will inspire teachers of Brazilian literature in their also inventive, creative and interactive interpretations done in class, in turn leading their students to surf the social medias, like blogs, magazines and literary sites, not only in search of entertainment but also of knowledge / O objetivo deste trabalho é colocar em destaque o percurso da literatura brasileira considerando escrituras, principalmente, a partir do século XIX, de caráter de invenção, como as Memórias Póstumas de Brás Cubas, de Machado de Assis, analisando diacrônica e sincronicamente obras e autores como Gregório de Matos, no Barroco, Tomás Antônio Gonzaga, no Arcadismo, e Oswald de Andrade, no Modernismo, observando qualidades de literatura de invenção; passando ao contemporâneo pela obra A festa, de Ivan Ângelo, apostando em sua interatividade ainda em livro impresso, à ciberliteratura de Clarah Averbuck, nas redes sociais, e à poesia concreta e digital de Augusto de Campos, aliada às novas tecnologias digitais. A buscar indagações sobre estilos de literatura impressa e digital, chegam-se a resultados que apontam criação poética de invenção e interatividade na literatura brasileira, da influência da poesia concreta aos fazeres da poesia ciberliterária, assim como de marcas do concretismo nos hipercontos digitais. Ao lado de questões acerca do ensinoaprendizagem, inclusive no ensino a distância de literatura brasileira, procuramos observar o perfil cognitivo dos alunos de cursos de Letras de instituições privadas e suas relações com o mundo impresso e digital quando trabalham a literatura brasileira. O trabalho também tenta alcançar a hipótese da criação poética feita por computadores a partir da inteligência artificial que já se prenuncia em instigantes trabalhos de robôs que contam histórias, participam de ações científicas e que ganham partidas de xadrez, mas que também constroem o sentido de que poderão substituir as criações poéticas, entre outras ações e emoções humanas, partindo de teorias como as de John Searle, que com sua metafórica experiência O quarto chinês argumenta desfavoravelmente à inteligência artificial forte, e Roger Schank que também com experiências na observação de crianças, contrário a Searle, aposta na aprendizagem pelas máquinas. As leituras teóricas que propiciaram as indagações e os resultados sobre literatura e novas tecnologias partiram, notadamente, das obras de Lucia Santaella a respeito de “literatura expandida”, de literatura nas redes sociais, assim como no apoio de contemporâneos da teoria literária como Haroldo de Campos e Augusto de Campos, sem deixar de percorrer os cânones dessa teoria literária para a análise de obras impressas e anteriores à ciberliteratura, como Alfredo Bosi, Antônio Candido e Marisa Lajolo- que navega entre o impresso e o digital-, entre outros. A descoberta de que a criação, a invenção e a interatividade são motes das obras poéticas literárias, esperamos, possa incentivar o trabalho de professores em suas análises também inventivas, criativas e interativas em suas aulas de literatura brasileira, incentivando seus alunos a perscrutarem os caminhos das redes sociais não apenas em busca de entretenimento, mas também de estudo em blogues, revistas e sites literários

A presente dissertação teve como tema as lesbianidades no espaço da web. Assumido o lugar de importância que as mídias e redes sociais têm alcançado na contemporaneidade, optou-se pelo tumblr como lugar de análise. Assim, esta pesquisa foi guiada pela seguinte questão: como se constituem as lesbianidades nos tumblrs selecionados? Para a pesquisa, foram escolhidos quatro tumblrs com interesse nas lesbianidades: love-my-girlfriend, lovee-fuck-you, butchlife e n-surtesorria. Em acordo com a perspectiva pós-estruturalista, a abordagem foi teóricometodológica, compreendendo os estudos foucaultianos, estudos da Cultura Visual e permanecendo na esteira do pensamento de Judith Butler e Beatriz Preciado, principalmente seus escritos sobre gênero, sexo e sexualidade. O enfoque recaiu sobre as imagens compartilhadas nestas páginas. A partir do contato com os tumblrs, foram eleitas três instâncias de análise: corpo, amor e sexo lésbico. Com base nos escritos de Foucault e nos estudos da Cultura Visual, as imagens foram analisadas enquanto produto de discursos e, neste processo, tais imagens produziram modos de ser lésbica, exercendo Pedagogias Culturais. Por vezes as lesbianidades aproximaram-se do ideal heteronormativo – e por vezes afastaram-se –, assim como corresponderam à performatividade de gênero (ou não). Contudo, neste processo, desconstruíram verdades e discursos sobre gênero, sexo e sexualidade nos tumblrs analisados. / The theme of this essay is lesbianisms on the web. Realized the importance that social media has reached in the contemporary world, we chose tumblr as place of analisys. Thus, this essay was guided by the following question: how are constituted the lesbianisms in the selected tumblrs? For this essay, were elected four tumblrs with interest in lesbianisms for analysis: love-my-girlfriend, lovee-fuck-you, butchlife and n-surte-sorria. In accordance with the poststructuralist perspective, the approach was theoretical and methodological, comprising studies of Foucault, Visual Culture studies and remaining in accordance with the ideas of Judith Butler and Beatriz Preciado, mainly their works about gender, sex and sexuality. The emphasis was on the images shared in these pages. By the contact with the tumblrs, were elected three analytical instances: body, love and lesbian sex. Based on the writings of Foucault and of Visual Culture studies, it was realized that the images were produced by discourses and, in this process, they produced ways of being lesbian, effecting Cultural Pedagogies. Sometimes, the lesbianisms approached the heteronormative ideal – and sometimes they diverged –, as well as they corresponded to gender performativity (or not). However, in this process they deconstructed beliefs and discourses on gender, sex and sexuality in the analyzed tumblrs.

Several potential benefits arise from the adoption of such technologies, but however, few studies consider them in the project management context, which is also a discipline of recognized strategic importance for organizations. Even more, it is not known if the professional members of project teams or even project managers have knowledge of the collaborative technologies and intend to adopt them in their tasks. Therefore, this research aims to identify the factors that influence the intention of adoption social medias in projects tasks, for indeed, to extract better benefits of one technology, it is necessary to understand the factors that motivate acceptance of the targeted users. To reach this objective, a conceptual model is proposed, based on existing literature, hence being such model a theoretical contribution of this study. The applyed method for development of this research is quantitative, using structural equation modeling through partial least squares. As result, four significant factors to be observed for a better promotion of the use of collaborative technologies in projects are shown. Complementarily, the study also presents the types of social medias best applicable in each of the project management knowledge areas, in accordance to the perception of professionals. / As tecnologias de informação passaram por uma grande evolução conceitual na virada do segundo milênio, ao incorporarem aspectos de colaboração, de criação dinâmica de conteúdo e tendo como base a plataforma web, dando origem ao conceito de tecnologias web 2.0 ou mídias sociais. Diversos potenciais benefícios decorrem da adoção dessas tecnologias, porém, poucos estudos as consideram no contexto de gerenciamento de projetos, que também é uma disciplina de reconhecida importância estratégica para as organizações. Mais ainda, não se sabe se os profissionais membros de equipes de projetos ou mesmo os gestores de projetos, têm conhecimento das tecnologias colaborativas e se pretendem adotá-las em suas tarefas. Assim sendo, esta pesquisa visa identificar os fatores que influenciam a intenção de adoção das mídias sociais nas tarefas de projetos, pois de fato, para se extrair melhores benefícios de uma tecnologia, se faz necessário compreender os fatores que motivam a aceitação dos usuários em potencial. Para alcançar este objetivo, um modelo conceitual é proposto, tendo como base literatura existente, sendo consequemente tal modelo uma contribuição teórica deste estudo. O método aplicado para desenvolvimento desta pesquisa é de natureza quantitativa, utilizando modelagem de equações estruturais, por meio de mínimos quadrados parciais. Como resultado, são apresentados quatro fatores significantes a serem observados para uma melhor promoção do uso das tecnologias colaborativas em projetos. De forma complementar, o estudo apresenta ainda os tipos de mídias sociais melhor aplicáveis em cada uma das áreas de conhecimento de gerenciamento de projetos, de acordo com a percepção dos profissionais da área.

A Multi-label Text Classification Framework: Using Supervised and Unsupervised Feature Selection Strategy

Text classification, the task of metadata to documents, requires significant time and effort when performed by humans. Moreover, with online-generated content explosively growing, it becomes a challenge for manually annotating with large scale and unstructured data. Currently, lots of state-or-art text mining methods have been applied to classification process, many of them based on the key word extraction. However, when using these key words as features in classification task, it is common that feature dimension is huge. In addition, how to select key words from tons of documents as features in classification task is also a challenge. Especially when using tradition machine learning algorithm in the large data set, the computation cost would be high. In addition, almost 80% of real data is unstructured and non-labeled. The advanced supervised feature selection methods cannot be used directly in selecting entities from massive of data. Usually, extracting features from unlabeled data for classification tasks, statistical strategies have been utilized to discover key features. However, we propose a nova method to extract important features effectively before feeding them into the classification assignment. There is another challenge in the text classification is the multi-label problem, the assignment of multiple non-exclusive labels to the documents. This problem makes text classification more complicated when compared with single label classification. Considering above issues, we develop a framework for extracting and eliminating data dimensionality, solving the multi-label problem on labeled and unlabeled data set. To reduce data dimension, we provide 1) a hybrid feature selection method that extracts meaningful features according to the importance of each feature. 2) we apply the Word2Vec to represent each document with a lower feature dimension when doing the document categorization for the big data set. 3) An unsupervised approach to extract features from real online generated data for text classification and prediction. On the other hand, to solve the multi-label classification task, we design a new Multi-Instance Multi-Label (MIML) algorithm in the proposed framework.
