Shooting Target - Konstruktion : Product Development

Bergkvist, Marcus, Åkerblom, Christopher January 2014 (has links)
The shooting sport is one of the most widespread sports in the world and it is being practice in most countries. Based on their own experiences, in competition - and hobby shooting, the client M4Solutions found a demand and need for a shooting target that is manufactured in Sweden. The purpose of the project has been to develop, with the help of Marcus Walldén, two shooting targets from idea to finished product. These two shooting targets, Plate Rack Target and Dueling Tree, would each be equipped with a mechanical resetting system but will in the future have the ability to be provided with an electronic resetting system. The project from the client was divided into two theses. One of these two, written by Marcus Walldén, focused on the tripod parts and the overall design work for both Plate Rack Target and Dueling Tree. The thesis that is presented in this report have focused on resetting systems, the design of protective plates and other peripherals for both shooting targets. This work has primarily been in CAD environment where design, construction and development has been given free rein. Calculations, test shootings and choice of materials has been made in order to reach the best possible solutions. The thesis resulted in two complete 3D models and two full-scale prototypes of steel.

Angerbjörn, eran1804 January 2021 (has links)
Betyg 2021-07-16

Framtagning av en ny E-DUO-koncepttrailer : Ett hållbart koncept för framtida E-DUO-trailer / Developing of a new E-DUO-concept trailer

Sateei, Shiva, Fernvik, Lovisa January 2021 (has links)
Today the environment is a common question and how to reduce emissions into nature. With this more people are encouraged to have an environmental mindset. Mostly the environmental damage comes from the transport with different kinds of vehicles and their exhaust gas. Larger vehicles, such as trucks, travel long distances to deliver goods which increases fuel consumption and increases emissions. By increasing the load, per transported unit on the heavier vehicles, fuel consumption can be reduced. The company Parator Industry AB that designs truck-trailers is involved in an HCT-project (High Capacity Transport) together with other companies where the goal for the company is to achieve a more sustainable production material and have less impact on nature. The purpose of this study is to find a solution for a combination of the truck connected with a trailer which will later form the production basis for the company Parator. This by helping the company design a new DUO-trailer which will consist of two chassis to be joined and will transport containers with goods. Through action research with a focus on interviews and observations, scientific sources can be collected. This will be combined with modeling on the computer program SolidWorks where 3Dmodeling of the new design is performed.Estimated value of the design is done for the new attachments. The study also contains a production base with produced drawings and material list. The study also analyzes the relevance of the calculated values and if they will be sustainable in the future.

Analýza mechanického namáhání při zkratu ve vzduchem izolovaném rozváděči vn / Analysis of Mechanical Stress during Short Circuit in an Air-Insulated MV Switchgear

Bártů, Jan January 2017 (has links)
This Master thesis is based on problems of force effects of the magnetic field of short-circuit current. Firstly, I analysed the force action of the three phase busbars during the three-pole short circuit. The analysis was performed in the Ansys Maxwell program and I verified the correctness of the analysis by numerical calculation. The second practical part was executed for ABB company. The main task was to analyse the force effects of the short-circuit current in the HV switchgear with focusing on the arms and contact system of the circuit breaker. The simulations of the following configurations were performed in more details: three configurations of the simplified VD4 circuit breaker, two types of VD4 circuit-breaker contact systems and a linear circuit breaker configuration model. The objective was to calculate the forces acting on the current path of the arms and contact system of the VD4 circuit breaker during the three-phase short-circuit and to simulate the effects of forces on these current parts. For modelling of individual assemblies, calculations and simulations I used: SolidWorks 2014, Ansys Maxwell 16.0 and Ansys Workbench 14.5 programs. With SolidWorks 2014 3D CAD software were modelled simplified assemblies of circuit breakers and contact systems. These systems were imported into the Ansys Maxwell software, where the force effects of the magnetic field of the short-circuit current were calculated. In Ansys Workbench programme was simulated the effect of forces on the current circuit breakers. Moreover, the final deformations of the materials (with respect to the mechanical properties of the structure) were plotted. The analysis of force effects of the magnetic field was performed for the specified static short - circuit current value.
