Heterogenní propojení mobilních zařízení v bezdrátových systémech 5. generace / Heterogeneous Connectivity of Mobile Devices in 5G Wireless Systems

Mašek, Pavel January 2017 (has links)
Předkládaná disertační práce je zaměřena na "heterogenní propojení mobilních zařízení v bezdrátových systémech 5. generace". Navzdory nepochybnému pokroku v rámci navržených komunikačních řešení postrádají mobilní sítě nastupující generace dostatečnou šířku pásma a to hlavně kvůli neefektivnímu využívání rádiového spektra. Vědecký přínos dosažených výsledků dokazuje fakt, že některé z principů představených v této disertační práci byly zahrnuty do celosvětově uznávaného standardu (specifikace) 3GPP Release 12.

Model dynamických kontrastních CT dat pro hodnocení lícovacích algoritmů / Model of dynamic contrast CT data for verification of registration algorithms

Kupková, Karolína January 2013 (has links)
This work is focused on the description of the dynamic contrast-enhanced CT examination and its contribution in the pneumooncology. It includes a program for creating a two-dimensional model of the scan from the thorax and for the perfuse examination simulation using the time-density curve. Real CT data are simulated more authentic using rigid geometric transformations and noise. The model will be used for the validation of registration algorithms that is used to suppress the spatial deformation generated by patient motions during the long time examination.

Sledování spektra a optimalizace systémů s více nosnými pro kognitivní rádio / Spectrum sensing and multicarrier systems optimization for cognitive radio

Povalač, Karel January 2012 (has links)
The doctoral thesis deals with spectrum sensing and subsequent use of the frequency spectrum by multicarrier communication system, which parameters are set on the basis of the optimization technique. Adaptation settings can be made with respect to several requirements as well as state and occupancy of individual communication channels. The system, which is characterized above is often referred as cognitive radio. Equipments operating on cognitive radio principles will be widely used in the near future, because of frequency spectrum limitation. One of the main contributions of the work is the novel usage of the Kolmogorov – Smirnov statistical test as an alternative detection of primary user signal presence. The new fitness function for Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) has been introduced and the Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) parameter has been used in the adaptive greedy algorithm and PSO optimization. The dissertation thesis also incorporates information about the reliability of the frequency spectrum sensing in the modified greedy algorithm. The proposed methods are verified by the simulations and the frequency domain energy detection is implemented on the development board with FPGA.

Vliv včasné diagnostiky na rodinu dítěte s PAS / The influence of early diagnostic on families of children with ASD

Čižmářová, Eliška January 2012 (has links)
The diploma thesis The influence of early diagnosis for family of children with ASD deals with problems with autistic spectrum disorders diagnostics. It is focused on families with ASD children. It also maps the period before the diagnosis. The main aim is to show the preceding situation and consequences after the diagnosis of one of the autistic spectrum disorders in the family. The thesis works with both, the psychic impacts influencing family members, but also many other factors. The acquired information is based on the narrative conversation with parents. It speaks about the first displayed symptoms and the attempt to solve the occurring problems. It also speaks about possible seeing doctors, and if so, what specialists and what approaches and diagnoses they met. Last but not least the thesis is interested in those who informed the family about ASD as the first, when it was diagnosed and the change of family life after the diagnosis.

Home Share jako alternativa institucionální péče / Home Share as an Alternative of Institucional Care

Vosická, Petra January 2020 (has links)
This work deals with the model of care Home Share in the world, especially in Ireland, and introduces its beginning activity in the Czech Republic for people with autism spectrum disorder. For many years, this target group has not found in the Czech system of social services affordable and suitable services, especially of the residential type, which it would need. Parents of these children are thus exposed to the burden of long-term care without the possibility of relieving them. Home Sharing is a way to complement this social system. The practical part focuses on mixed research, which aims to describe and critically reflect the current situation of Home Share in the Czech Republic. Through interviews, I investigated the beginning, course and possible future of organizations that are currently introducing Home Share for families with a person with autism spectrum disorder. Furthermore, I used interviews and a questionnaire to find out the opinions of experts who are in the field of support for families with autistic people.

Povrchem-zesílený resonanční Ramanův rozptyl Zn(II) porfyrinů v systémech s agregovanými a neagregovanými Ag nanočásticemi / Surface-enhanced resonance Raman scattering of Zn(II) porphyrins in systems with aggregated and non-aggregated Ag nanoparticles

Spáčil, Dušan January 2011 (has links)
In this diploma thesis, SERRS(Surface - enhanced resonance Raman Scattering) and SERS (Surface - enhanced Raman Scattering), surface of plasmon extinction spectra and TEM images of systems with tetracationic zinc porphyrin ZnTMPyP and silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were studied and interpreted. The systems with isolated nanoparticles and the systems with compact aggregates were investigated. The systems with isolated nanoparticles were prepared by addition of ZnTMPyP to hydrosol of Ag NPs. NaCl was added to this system and so compact aggregates were prepared. SERRS and SERS spectra of ZnTMPyP were studied at excitation wavelengths λexc= 441.6 nm a 532 nm. Firstly, stationary systems and secondly dynamic development of hydrosol Ag NPs → Ag NPs/ ZnTMPyP → Ag NPs/ ZnTMPyP/ NaCl systems for 680 s was investigated. Time evolution of SERRS and SERS spectra were analyzed by factor analysis (FA) and time evolution of spectra extinction plasmon were measured. FA showed a strong increase of the signal of ZnTMPyP after the addition of NaCl, i.e. after conversion of isolated nanoparticles to compact aggregates. In these systems with high concentration of ZnTMPyP the increase of signal was succeeded by its decreased. With help of FA the limit of SERRS spectral detection (λexc= 441,6 nm) and limit of SERS spectral...

Poruchy paměti a kognitivní koordinace u potkaních modelů neuropsychiatrických onemocnění / Memory and cognitive coordination impairment in rat models of neuropsychiatric diseases

Vojtěchová, Iveta January 2021 (has links)
The memory and spatial navigation are extremely important brain functions for humans, but they are often the question of life and death for animals. In humans, memory can be disrupted by various neuropsychiatric disorders. The patients suffering from Alzheimer's dementia (AD) have impaired working and long-term memory, spatial navigation, higher cognitive functions and social memory. The deficit of cognitive coordination (the skill to recognize the relevancy of incoming information) and disorientation belong to the symptomatology of schizophrenia. Intelectual disability appears in some patients with autism spectrum disorder. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cure these disorders efficiently because the etiology is not known in the majority of patients. The causes leading to development of these disorders could be revealed using animal models. This thesis contributes to the characterization of the cognitive skills disruptions - as well as other behavioral alterations - in selected rat models of AD (transgenic McGill rat, non-transgenic Samaritan rat) and schizophrenia (lipopolysaccharide model of early postnatal, or prenatal, bacterial infection). The thesis also discusses the validity and limitations of these models. Our results showed a severe deficit of spatial navigation, learning and...
