This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the IEEE 802.11ah wireless communication system. For such a purpose, an appropriate simulation model in program environment MATLAB is created. The first part of thesis focuses on the IEEE 802.11 standard. Basic blocks of the transmitter and receiver are described. Attention is also devoted on the brief description of considered transmission channels. The second part contains the description of the proposed and realized simulation model in MATLAB. Individual blocks of the simulation model are described in details. Finally, the obtained simulation results are evaluated and discussed.

The aim of this thesis is to study the possibilities of spectrum calculations, as well as data transfer via USB 3.0 and data saving to a DDR3 memory via FPGA. The focus is also on design and realization of a spectral analyzer with a record of samples to DDR memory expnaded by a narrowband converter using gate arrays. The work is divided into two sections, the first one dealing with the theoretical background. The second part denotes the realization of the design. The result of this work is a signal analyzer in a FPGA controlled from a computer application via the USB 3.0 interface.

Attached to the CD are sample scripts for data processing from the resistance sensor.

The theoretical part of the thesis contains an overview of the methods, which were studied and an explanation of the basic principles connected with the quality evaluation of the ECG signals. The practical part deals with the implementation of three selected methods, one of which is the continuous evaluation of signal quality by means of SNR (signal to noise ratio) calculation. The results of these methods are further discussed and compared.

The first part is charcterize, the process of speech generating, from phonetic and psychological poin of view. For calculation fundamental Frequency it was used metod of central clipping, another used metod is formant frequency analyse and the last is metod of determinatin of nuber of thorns and planes. In the thirt part there are proccesesed results of measurements performed by particural metods. It was scorred five different emotional states: neutral, anger, happiness, sadness and surprise. At the end of this part there are discussed results for each metod.

Experimental material is epoxy resin NH91 LV filled by Al2O3 nanoparticles.
