Title: Competency profile of sports manager from the perspective of students FTVS and TOP managers Targets: The goal of this work is to identify required competencies for the position of sports manager and then created the list of competences claims and build competence profile of sports manager. Method: To achieve the goals of this work were used study of literature in the field of management, personal management and psychology. For the final compilation of the profile method was used interview and interrogation. Results: The result of this work is to create a competence profile of sports manager, which includes competencies divided into several groups and their required level. Title: Identification of sport manager's role and creation of the type position of a sport manager in the Czech Republic and Germany Objectives: The main objective of the primary survey is to examine the job-side situation of "Sports Manager" on the labour market on the Czech Republic and Germany. Compare the differences between demands for sports managers and use the results of empirical research to introduce a sports manager. The partial goals, comments and recommendations were formulated as follows: 1) Determine which knowledge and skills are relevant to HR department (human recources department) and quantify them. 2) Verify that HR department requires education and practice, and specify the type of education, length and type of practice. Methods: The theoretical part is processed in the form of a research. From professional literature and publications. A comparison method was used to fulfill the scientific research objective. We have added the findings by formulating recommendations for the implementation of the recruitment and selection process in order to obtain the most suitable candidate for the position of "sports manager". Įvaldantis sporto vadybos pokyčius, suvokiantis savo atsakomybės ir kvalifikacijos reikšmę, turintis puikias kompetencijas bei derybinius įgūdžius, sporto vadybininkas - vertybė daranti sėkmingą įtaką savo ir kitų karjerai. Tyrimo objektas – atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmė sporto vadybininko karjeroje. Tyrimo tikslas – ištirti ir įvertinti atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmę atitinkančią šiandienos sporto vadybos tendencijas, sporto vadybininko karjeroje. Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo keliami tokie uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti ir apibrėžti atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmę vadybos teorijos kontekste; 2. Nustatyti atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmę sporto vadybininko karjeroje; 3. Identifikuoti atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmės ypatumus skirtingo tipo sporto organizacijų vadybininkų karjeroje. 4. Palyginti skirtingo tipo sporto organizacijų vadybininkų atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmės gautus duomenis bei pateikti rekomendacijas. Tiriamieji klausimai – Lietuvoje atsakomybės ir kompetencijos reikšmės sporto vadybininko veikloje, teorinis bei praktinis ištyrimas nepakankamas. Sporto vadybininko asmenybės kompetentingumas – vienas svarbiausių veiksnių, turinčių reikšmės vadybininko karjerai kaip profesionalo adaptacijai sporto organizacijose. The object of the research – responsibility and expertise ‘s significance in a sports manager‘s career. The aim is to investigate and evaluate the importance of responsibility and expertise in correspondence with today's trends in sports management and a sports manager‘s career. Kompetenční profil koordinátora dobrovolníků na sportovní akci / The competence profile of volunteers coordinator in a sport event

Title: The competency profile of the coordinator of volunteers at a sports event Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to create the competency profile of the coordinator of volunteers, primarily from the perspective of volunteers, for the needs of organizers of sports events especially in the Labe aréna Račice. The secondary tasks are to create the same profile from the perspective of managers, then from the perspective of volunteers and managers and to compare those particular perspectives. Methods: The thesis combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on expert literature studies and interviews with the coordinators of volunteers and other managers of sports events a list of competencies necessary for the effective work of the coordinator of volunteers was created. Then the importance of individual competencies was evaluated by written questioning of volunteers at the 2019 Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships. Results: The created competency profile includes 20 competencies that were evaluated by volunteers as the most important ones. These are competencies falling into the competency group personal characteristics: positive, trustworthy, responsible, diligent, friendly, mentally resistant, with natural authority, rational and calm.
