Le contrat de sécurité privée en droit français et émirati / The private security contrat in french law and emirati's

Al Mesaferi, Saif 07 May 2018 (has links)
The issue of private security is a hot topic. This rapidly expanding sector has been the subject of regulations in recent decades. Its peculiarity lies in the privatization of a sovereign domain reserved for state intervention. Private security then poses the problem of processing the security mission. We note that the private sector is investing more and more in the field of security while differentiating itself from the public sector. The participation of the private sector is done by contract which obeys most of its aspects in common law.

Transformações no "problema favela" e a reatualização da "remção" no Rio de Janeiro / Transformations in "slum problem" and the updating of the "removal" in Rio de Janeiro

Alexandre Almeida de Magalhães 16 December 2013 (has links)
This thesis aims to analyze the meanings reviving of the practices and discourses on the "removal" of favelas in Rio de Janeiro today. To perform the research that resulted in this work followed several relocation situations conducted by the city. Analytically, this thesis is articulated from three levels: first, I seek to trace the emergency conditions and possibility in the current situation, the term / action "removal" as a specific form of state intervention in the slums. In the second, I analyze how operated, specifically, these interventions, from the observation of numerous contacts between state and inhabitants of the localities in the relocation process. Finally, treatment of the dynamics of collective action constituted from the criticism that these residents as well as other actors, individual and collective, perform these processes.

Campos Elíseos no centro da crise: a reprodução do espaço no centro de São Paulo / Campos Elíseos in the center of the crisis: the reproduction of the space in the São Paulo downtown\"

Evânio dos Santos Branquinho 20 April 2007 (has links)
The main objective of this study is to approach the process of spatial transformation of Campos Eliseos, as condition to capital reproduction in the context of the metropolis of Sao Paulo. The basic problematic is the reproduction of the space, in which we emphasize the so called revitalization process, placed on the movement of valuation, devaluation and revaluation of capital. In the last phase, the state intervention is more direct, trying to induce and sustain a more dynamic reproduction of the capital, through the attraction of new investments. These strategies of revaluation create conflicts among several classes and social segments for the appropriation of this space, with a trend to expel the poorest population.

Vstup nové firmy do monopolního prostředí / The ability of new firms to enter the monopolistic enviroment

Diblík, Petr January 2009 (has links)
The present thesis deals with topic of monopolies and ability of new entities to enter mar-kets where such monopoly is present. For a deeper understanding of this field various views on monopolies in history of economic thinking are mentioned in introduction. In connection with possibility of new companies establishing themselves on the market there is analyzed creation and current practice of anti-monopoly legislation. In this part, certain arguments favoring protectionist policies are impugned. On particular examples it is dem-onstrated that more than privileges from the part of the state it is ensuring of free access to a given field which helps to a starting company. The state should be a guarantor of law enforcement and oversee observation of generally binging rules. In the conclusion of the work a difference is also shown between a situation where a monopoly originates in a natu-ral way as a result of exceptionality, which the clients positively value and a monopoly which exists due to support by state. A new company, as a continuous potential competitor, presents a good-quality feedback for a dominant entity and a driving engine for enhancing its efficiency. A free economic competition is shown also here as an effective tool for de-velopment of business, and it is the consumer who derives major benefits from such situa-tion.

Vývoj železniční infrastruktury v druhé polovině 19. století s důrazem na budování místních drah / The development of rail infrastructure in the second half of the 19th century, with accent on building local railways

Štípek, Vladimír January 2010 (has links)
The thesis is based on the development of the rail infrastructure in the Habsburg monarchy in the second half of the 19th century with regard to repetitive interventionist tendencies of the state in this area. Particular emphasis will be accentuated on spontaneous building local railways, the research uses available archival materials. Thesis includes an analysis of the state's approach to the construction of railways, which reflects the contemporary legislation and characteristics of the business environment. The thesis compares the activities of private companies (based on the profit calculation) and the activities of the state and local authorities (based on strategic targets: military, economic, or development objectives). The ratio of these activities, but also their intensity, was affected also by the phase of economic cycle and this cycle had its political and economic roots. The work also concerns the problem of public goods.

Industrial Nationalism versus European Partnerships: An Analysis of State-led Franco-German Inter-firm Linkages

Trouille, Jean-Marc 12 1900 (has links)
Yes / This paper examines the impact of state intervention in French-German inter-firm linkages and discusses the implications of conflicting national interests for the furthering of single market integration. It demonstrates that despite initial success in launching large-scale cross-border alliances in strategic sectors, France and Germany have remained divided by their own industrial nationalism. It argues that their respective attitudes towards industrial policy are less contradictory than would appear at first sight, but that transcending industrial nationalism by Europeanising the notion of economic patriotism would be an essential pre-condition for a more efficient EU-wide industrial policy within a better integrated internal market.

Komparace koncepcí elektromobility v České republice, Francii a USA / Comparison of electromobility conceptions in the Czech republic, France and USA

Kovalová, Lucie January 2010 (has links)
A quarter of CO2 emissions in the European Union currently comes from transport, which causes a significant deterioration of air quality. Therefore, it contributes to the deterioration of the health of people living in these areas. The number of cars on the roads continues to increase globally, and with them the increase in CO2 emissions. Alternative fuel in various forms began appearing on the market. Electric cars, with their emission-free operation, are trying to find their place here. Their wider use, especially in densely populated cities, could help people to a cleaner environment. Currently, there are some technical and economic problems with a wider introduction of electric vehicles. Technology and an associated high cost of storage of the necessary power are the main challenges. Nonetheless, experts believe that electric cars have future. Each country approaches the development of electromobility in a different manner.
