This thesis deals with stress, strain and reliability analysis of synchronous generator stator including an inhomogeneous temperature field. Using the finite element method, stress and strain are calculated, and from these values safety against yield strength is determined, which is followed by the life calculation of the most stressed weld joint and the determination of its possible damage during the period required by the customer.

The diploma thesis describes design and assessment of foundation of tall building. Existing reinforced concrete slab-pile foundation structure was assessed as unsatisfactory at the ultimate limit state. Design of two new options was processed: slab-pile foundation with adjusted slab thickness and slab foundation without piles. Both options were assessed at the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state. Foundation options were designed as water-impermeable structure of white tank and meet requirements for this type of structures.

The diploma thesis deals with the design and assessment of reinforced concrete structure supporting two-storey building of the underground garage for cars. In the space above the garage is designed open area with public space. This thesis will deal with social support perceived by intensive care unit nurses (from colleagues, family, friends and superiors) and its impact on job satisfaction, depersonalization and subjectively experienced health condition. Foreign research suggests that social support has crucial effect on amount of perceived stress, coping and quality of provided health care. Lack of support can also contribute to the development of psychosomatic diseases like headache, back pain and others. Main attention will be paid to the influence of social support on depersonalization (emotional hardness, apathy towards the patient), job satisfaction and intensive care nurses subjectively experienced health condition. Basic concepts, terms, constructs and variables will be defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. Current scientific findings about effects of social support on work and various aspects of intensive care nurses' lives will be summarized. Diagnostic methods and test used by author of this thesis will be also described. There are many studies about problematic of sleep connected with shift work. However, only few studies devoted to the conditions for good rest and sleep in patients hospitalized in intensive care units. Insufficient or poor quality sleep and relaxation are the most common problems reported by patients that were hospitalized at intensive care units (ICU). Sleep is one of the basic biological needs of human. Sleep deficit can lead to psychical and psychological dysfunction that can affect the healing process. The diploma thesis is dealing with sleeping issues of patients hospitalized especially at intensive care units. The aim of the study is to determining the opinions of nurses that work at intensive care units on meeting the needs relating with sleep and rest of hospitalized patients and mapping, what interventions they use to prevent of occurrence of difficulties in this area. The theoretical part at first describes physiology of sleep and biological rhythms, then sleep disorders, then factors affecting sleep along with the consequences of the lack of sleep and last nursing process for patients with sleep disorder. The present thesis analyses the proposal of CubeHash with spe- cial emphasis on the following papers: "Inside the Hypercube" [1], "Sym- metric States and Their Improved Structure" [7] and "Linearisation Frame- work for Collision Attacks" [6]. The CubeHash algorithm is presented in a concise manner together with a proof that the CubeHash round function R : ({0, 1}32 )32 → ({0, 1}32 )32 is a permutation. The results of [1] and [7] con- cerning the CubeHash symmetric states are reviewed, corrected and substan- tiated by proofs. More precisely, working with a definition of D-symmetric state, based on [7], the thesis proves both that for V = Z4 2 and its linear subspace D, there are 22 |V | |D| D-symmetric states and an internal state x is D-symmetric if and only if the state R(x) is D-symmetric. In response to [1], the thesis presents a step-by-step computation of a lower bound for the num- ber of distinct symmetric states, explains why the improved preimage attack does not work as stated and gives a mathematical background for a search for fixed points in R. This master degree thesis is focused on the rights and obligations of agricultural land owner from the perspective of right. Land belongs to most important sources of planet. Human being cannot alive and exist without agricultural land and cultivation of agricultural land helped to developed modern human civilization. Soil has been threatened on area and as well as quality especially by human, therefore is needed effective legal regulation with a balanced respect for property rights and the public interest in protecting of agriculture land and the environment. The main goal of thesis should be critically analyze on legislation (especially Laws, but also Government Regulations and Notices), regulating the ownerships of agricultural land. After general part of thesis, analyzing ownerships in general follows the interpretation of the ownership of land parcels, supplemented by the system and the development of land registration. The content of this Master´s Thesis is creating of dynamic models of distributed energy sources in PSCAD and their validation in chosen operation regimes. In the introduction of this thesis is summarized theoretical knowledge about methods for power systems analysis and there is a comparison of static and dynamic methods for power systems analysis. Static methods are used to calculate electric variables in grid nodes. In compare with them, dynamic methods are used to study instantaneous electrical and mechanical variables not only in grid nodes, but also at components of power system. Secondly, we individually designed distributed energy sources in according to requirements, we made a topology of distribution grid and we integrated these energy sources to the distribution grid. Finally, we chose some operation regimes, and studied a behavior of energy sources during these operation regimes.

The method for environmental risks assessment in case of accidents with presence of dangerous chemical substances and the concept of the problem solutions in connection with the dangerous goods transport on routes in order to protect environment and inhabitants was proposed in the dissertation thesis. The method was applied in the location of Brno city to estimate possible impact on the environment and inhabitants. ADR accidents and technical conditions of ADR vehicles were statistically evaluated. The new unique code list for accident causations was proposed and will be used in practise. The dissertation thesis includes overview of the valid legislature and the legislature before 1989, overview of harmful substances dispersion in the environment and their decontamination and system of accidents treatment.
