This diploma thesis elaborates project documentation for building a timbered family house including details and technical description, thermal technical assessment of cladding composition and technical preparation of building, which is needed for realisation. The timbered house is designed to have two-floors including residential attic and to be covered with sloping roof. The thesis deals with preparation of reconstruction for realisation from perspective of the technical preparator. The preparation of price offers on major building industry, associated construction production and determination of final price of the contract including additional budgetary costs.

This thesis objective is to design and realise a construction of a timbered wooden house. The timbered house is made from a solid wood and completed by a heat insulation so that all the thermal requirements are satisfied. First part deals with the history and construction of timbered wooden houses. Practical part suggests some procedures of processing wood. Particular details of construction are described as well as methods of construction of a wooden house, accompanied by manufacturing drawings.

The subject of the thesis is the design of the house for a particular investor. It is a framed timber house without a basement, which will be located on gently sloping land in the village Pěčín. A gable roof as a roofing of the house allows to use an under-roof space for permanent housing. The design of the layout and spatial, structural and technical solution went from legislative and normative requirements currently in force in Czech Republic. There also were respected the fundamental conditions of the Building/Planning Authotity for building in the selected location and future user requirements of the house, especially suitable integration of the building into the surrounding area. An integral part of the thesis is text part and blueprints, supplemented by visualization of structures, calculation of heat transfer coefficients of building envelope design and gross pricing of the construction according to informative prices of budget indicators SO according to JKSO valid for the beginning of 2017.

This doctoral thesis "The effectiveness of marketing activities in the preparatory phase of the life cycle of construction" deals with the possibility of more effective marketing activities in preparation for construction. The main goal of the thesis is, based on the analysis of the current state of the use of marketing activities from the view of a building contractor and building users, to propose a methodological indicators suitable for assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities in the preparatory phase of the life cycle of the building.The theoretical part is an overview of the current state of knowledge in areas related to efficiency, marketing, product life cycle and construction. In the practical part is to find out which marketing activities and effectiveness criteria are used in the preparatory phase of the life cycle of the building. The findings on the relationship to the use of individual elements of marketing activities and effectiveness criteria from the perspective building contractor and building users are summarized. Subsequently it is evaluated achieved financial efficiency of construction companies and assessed its link to relationship marketing activities. For a comprehensive evaluation are also used results of the analysis of selected financial indicators. Based on the findings is designed methodical indicator for assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities in the preparatory phase of the life cycle of the building. In conclusion, barriers and opportunities for application of the methodology of creation and use of indicators in practice are evaluated.

This doctoral thesis titled Effectiveness of marketing activities in preparatory phase of construction life cycle deals with the possibility of more effective marketing activities in preparation for construction. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the use of marketing activities from the view of a building contractor and building users, to propose a methodology of indicators suitable for assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities in preparatory phase of construction life cycle. Effectiveness is assessed from the perspective of selected entities operating in the Czech construction market - building contractor and building user.

This Master’s thesis deals with the analysis of the effects influencing the difference between projected and actual costs of the works. To obtain prices of supply and demand itemized budgets were compiled on the basis of the project documents of this object and firm pricing. The actual price is based on the outputs of in-house accounting. The result is an effort to define and describe all possible factors that might have a negative effect on the project's economic outcome.

The main subject of the thesis is the development of the architectural study of the new Zoo entrance pavilion in Dvůr Králové. This Zoo specializes in breeding of African animals. The emphasis is placed on wide program of associated functions, on exhibition and multipurpose premises with restaurants and facilities for the visitors. Prerequisite is usage of progressive and unconventional principles of exhibiting with application of newest technologies in order to inform visitors of the main theme - Africa, before they start the tour around the zoo.

English abstract This diploma thesis is concerned with the brief introduction to the structures and fabrics in granitoid plutons. In the next part of this work are sumarized results of structural analyses of Weinsberg-type granite intrusion (Prášily and Strážný pluton) located in the SW part of high-grade rocks of the Moldanubian Zone. This research proceeded based on a combination of field structural data and results of AMS (Anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility) method. The emplacement and crystallization of both studied magmatic bodies took place in cooperation with the final phases of S3-fabrics development. This "bavarian phase" has a character of heterogenous deformation with indications of the dextral subhorizontal shear (WNW-ESE strike). During this event, syntectonic emplacement and internal fabrics development of strážný pluton took place at ~322 Ma. The transpression was followed by the localized transtension tectonics in NE direction, probably in cooperation with exhumation of high-grade metamorphic rocks of Bavarian terrane. In this phase, at ~320 Ma, the granitoids of Prášily pluton were emplaced into the considerably exhumed crust of the Moldanubian region.

Fabrics and geodynamic evolution of Moldanubian orthogneisses English abstract The aim of this paper is a structural analysis of selected mostly Cambro-Ordovician orthogneisses cropping out in a part of high-grade rocks of western Moldanubian Zone. These rocks have been affected by HT-MP/LP metamorphism and the polyphase deformation during the Variscan orogeny. In the blaník orthogneisses, (Qtz + Kfs + Plg + Bt ± Ms ± Sill ± Ky) an early deformation banding dips steeply to SSE to ESE. These fabrics were overprinted by NW to N gently dipping foliation with well developed stretching lineations plunging to W. Rare kinematic indicators (e. g. fold and pressure shadows asymmetry) reveal a strong subvertical contraction and stretching in the ~N-S direction. Based on the microstructural analysis this contractional event was connected with the activity of "Grain Boundary Migration Recrystallization" (GBM). Ductile shear zones dipping to E, locally ESE or ENE were identified. Bechyně orthogneisses (Qtz + Kfs + Plg + Bt ± Ms) is a N-S elongated body with the presence of regional pervasive metamorphic foliation dipping homogenously under low angles from SSW to WNW . This thesis deals with notifying and permitting structures. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current legal regulation of regimes for the realization of structures, including outlining changes in connection with the amendment to the Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Town and Country Planning and Building Code (Building Act), as amended, and to compare notification and permission regimes from both substantive and procedural law. The thesis is divided into an introductory chapter, eight chapters and a conclusion. The introductory chapter covers an introduction to the realization of structures and its position within building law. The first chapter provides a historical excursion into the legal development of building law and describes applicable legal regulation of building law in the Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with the selected fundamental concepts essential to the realization of structures. The third chapter concentrates on the organization of public administration in the area of notifying and permitting structures.
