The issue of low energy construction is currently actual and often discussed topic. The main reason is continuously increasing consumption and price of energy. Additionally, projections show this trend is not going to rapidly change in the upcoming years. The construction of buildings in low energy standard should become one of the most significant sources in energy savings in European Union for the upcoming period. Low energy constructions in contrast with standard constructions are distinguished not only because of low energy consumption and lower operating expenses but also for its favorable impact on the environment. The main purpose of this thesis will be the assessment of economical effectiveness of current low energy constructions and underline the importance of energy saving constructions by using LCA method as one of the possibilities in increasing the quality of environment.

English abstract This diploma thesis deals mainly with identification of magmatic (respectively magnetic) fabrics, geodynamical aspects of emplacement and geochronology of the Eisgarn granitoids. For the analysis Klenov and Mrákotín pluton were chosen, which is placed in the eastern part of the Moldanubian Batholith. This thesis contains petrological and mezoscopic structural analysis of the host metamorphic rocks of the Moldanubian Unit and it includes calculation of P-T conditions of the main mineral assemblage. This is followed by petrological, geochemical and mezoscopic structural analysis of the Klenov and Mrákotín pluton and analysis of the anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility, geochronology of the Klenov pluton, gravimetry analysis and determination of the orientation of density interfaces in different depths. Granitoids of the Klenov and Mrákotín pluton are characterized as S-type granitoids, whose protolith were probably metasedimentary rocks. From the analysis it is also evident that the Klenov pluton records lower degree of magma fractionation than the Mrákotín pluton. The emplacement and crystallization of both studied magmatic bodies took place in cooperation with a development of regional metamorphic fabrics, which originate between 329 and 327 Ma. The work was focused on the current state of the object with high humidity from the ground in presence of fungi. The aim was to consider possible ways to restoration of it and to elaborate the final version of the restoration proposal. The semi-destructive methods in the construction survey were used. A humidity of endangered construction elements was measured, the degree of infestation and its intensity were determined. Results were entered into drawings supplemented by tables. Probable cause of damage and possible ways to eliminate it were in results also recorded. Such a combination of options to ensure the long-term solution to the problem with regard to maintaining the authentic appearance of the building by creating benchmarks and comparison of the results was chosen. This combination includes a drainage system, an insulation of lower structure against moisture and creating a vertical drainage, ensuring the floor and the interior ventilation with the help of horizontal openings in the foundation wall, roof structure repair, replacement of the roofing and ensuring stiffness of the truss. The results of this work provides the necessary documents to the contracting authority to take the necessary steps in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of timber structures, respectively, to award a professional company. It can also be applied to objects of a similar nature that are also threatened by high incidence of moisture from the lower building.

The diploma thesis deals with the economic evaluation of the investment into en-ergy- efficient concepts of buildings and with the economic evaluation of the op-timization of the current energic solutions. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a general tool in MS Excel for the economic evalution mentioned above. And consequently is to execute the test of this program in terms of application on the real case study. The results are simulated in Crystal Ball based on Monte Carlo method to eliminate the risk of uncertainty.

The goal of the thesis is to give a comprehensive view into dairy cattle breeding and reconstruction of agricultural buildings, specifically the reconstruction of two existing K-96 type cowsheds. Building are located in Jiřice village, Pelhřimov district. These buildings were a part of an agricultural area and while one of them is still used for its purpose, i.e. breeding of dairy cattle, the other is not. The Master's thesis has two parts, first one being a literary research, and second one being a project documentation for construction approvals for reconstruction of said buldings. The focus of the reconstruction is on the comfort of the stabled dairy cows and requirements on welfare of cattle are implemented in the reconstruction design. Fixed stabling in the building with stables for dairy cows is in the reconstruction design changed to free one bedding. A milking parlor is planned to be in the second building, including space for the cattle to wait in before milking, there will also be a cheese factory making hard cheese and storerooms. The reconstruction design for the agricultural buildings is in accordance with valid legal regulations requested by the EU and regional planning of Jiřice village.

This thesis analyzes the use of water resources, development of water supply and water management structures since the 60s of the 20th century to the present day. Background materials provided on request by Vodovody a kanalizace Hradec Králové a.s. from their archives. The materials consist of text and map outputs from master plans of water supply network. For the analysis were created maps of water network in the years 1973, 1981, 1994 and 2010, whose underlying maps are digitized material from the period. As graphical output was used ArcMap program. The analysis assesses the development and future of drinking water resources, water network and water management structures and can serve as a starting point for a more detailed examination of historical events and developments in and around Hradec Králové.

This diploma thesis deals with comparison of architectural development of rural municipalities in the selected regions of the Czech Republic. Assessment, which facts in history had an influence for origin buildings in a South Bohemia, but at two different regions, where subject of research was at Soběslavsko-veselská blata and Hlubocko-zbudovská blata. Also it was necessary to emphasize how exceptional and momentous importance has rural municipalities in a history of architecture, which can influence rural development in a future.

The thesis deals with the possibilities of use of construction and demolition waste in the Czech Republic and focus on the method of using recycled track ballast concrete in the SŽDC's construction. The theoretical part of thesis provides an overview of recycling methods used in construction. The practical part focused on how to use con-struction waste at a specific site and compare the alternatives construction waste management, from an economic and environmental point of view.

Diploma thesis deals with drafting the project documentation for building permit. In more detailed vision it is a reconstruction and modernization of the Šumava Forest lodge in forest district administration on a small pension solved at a particular site in Zdíkov, small village on edge of the Protected Landscape Area Šumava. Technical requirements for these buildings are recorded in the initial search. This initial search also describes items related to this topic. Each building in this area is associated with the environment of countryside and can significantly affect the appearance of the original buildings and living conditions. It is therefore considered that the proposed will serve purpose of place where is the building built or in another more attractive location. Everything is summarized in the SWOT analysis, which distinguishes strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For this evaluation is very important to know this specific area, which is characterized by three aspects, namely in cultural, natural and historical term.

Diploma thesis is focused on Žižkov freight station and its transformation to cultural center. It introduces its characteristics, operation and construction. It further explores the process of becoming a cultural heritage site. It describes various obstacles including complicated relations and interests of owner of the site, developers, municipality, politicians and at last but not least non-profit organisations and citizens' initiatives. It is a study of an environment, which requires to be understood prior to any further project planning. The thesis also includes concrete vision of the cultural center, introduces involved subjects - future inhabitants of the freight station and depicts the property and financial situation of the complex. This part of the thesis also includes one concrete project, which is to be organized and run by the author herself. Further on the thesis includes examples of similar cultural centers, which are already in operation both in the Czech Republic and abroad, and which prove to have positive impact on the society, art community and economics of its surroundings. Future of Žižkov freight station is merely a fraction in the issue of conversion of industrial spaces in general. Nevertheless it remains an unique opportunity to build up an extraordinary project in one of the most impressive industrial environments of Prague.
