This thesis aims to describe the activities of CzechInvest, the Investment and Business Development Agency, during the last six years with focus on the ongoing Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. CzechInvest has participated in administration of this operational programme for the last six years. This thesis is dedicated to the enterprise and enterprise promotion in the Czech republic. It describes the programme support from Structural funds (EU) and concentrates on the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. The analysis is aimed at the programme, sectoral and regional structure of the projects mediated by CzechInvest. It evaluates the size of the support and the programme structure of the support from the Operational programme, that was provided for the small and medium-sized enterprises.

This Master´s Thesis is aimed at grants from European Union. It propose to use the grant from the European Structural Funds to develop turism in Bruntal city and surroundings which is situated in Moravan - Silesian region. Utilization of these resources should further lead to an unemployment reduction and life status increase of town dwellers.

This master´s thesis „Proposal of utilization of the entrepreneurship support program in FEI Czech republic“ is focused on investment incentives and grants and their application on a particular investment project of chosen company. The first part of the thesis summarizes the relevant theory and describes offered entrepreneurship support programs in the Czech Republic. The second part is aimed at introduction of FEI Czech republic Ltd. For this company is in the third part of the work, chosen the suitable entrepreneurship support program, made a business plan and filled in an application for support.

The goal of this thesis is the analysis of small and medium enterprises financial support with respect to the Joint Regional Operational Programme as an bearer of regional support, which is financed from the European Union and the following list of recommendations within the frame of the realization stage of the project cycle that are generalized especially at the level of the final user as the beneficiary of the support.

Diploma work analyses the business systems in the Czech Republic and in the European Union with the view to small and medium-sized enterprises in broadcasting sector. There are proposals for execution of projects financed by grants, funds and programmes by EU and ČR policy at the close of the diploma work .

The main goal of this diploma work is to clear the possibility of financing human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o., operational programmes introduction in the frame of programming period of 2007 – 2013, with the aim to programmes, which are determined for human resources development financing. Main source is European social fund and above all operational programme Human resources and employment. Partial objective of the work is to introduce how to set plan of the human resources development in the company Lemon, s.r.o. on the basis of the question-form and workshop, therefore to educate employees in a complex and sytematic way. Further objective of the work is also identification of proposals preparation, above all proposal structure and contents of particular sections.

The goal of the thesis is to consider various ways how to finance education of personal staff of company Best Buy Investments a.s. with the focus on possibilities of financing project from the European Union funds. In the theoretical part are characterized individual forms of financing from source of the European Union and the practical part is attended to the company and possibility of financing from the EU. On the grounds of SWOT analyses are identified the project and the ways of its implementation considering financing from the European Union funds.

The diploma thesis is focused on choosing suitable method of funding purpose of village Březina. Possibility of obtaining grants is preferred. It summarizes knowledge about structural funds, operation program of Czech Republic and progress of obtaining grants. It includes specific proposal for obtaining grant and notice for potential barrier in the area request.

The master‘s thesis is focused on financing of non-profit organization project. There are particular concepts of financing and appreciation mentioned. The possibility of getting funds from EU is also one of the solutions for financing the project. Submitter of the project is the Technical High School Karvina. The subject of the project is revitalization of a sports stadium to comply with the highest standards.

The master’s thesis analyzes the possibilities of drawing financial resources from the European Union. It includes theoretical knowledges of the issues of grants and the EU structural funds, the current situation analysis of research company and in the draft part, there are the appropriate recommendations to solve this situation, proposals for improvement and their potential benefits for the company.
