Te lo cambio es una idea de negocio innovador dentro del mercado nacional (peruano), el cual consiste un aplicativo que brinde el servicio de juntar la oferta y la demanda de productos o servicios que se desean intercambiar, artículos que los usuarios consideren innecesarios o hayan tenido acumulado a lo largo de su vida y logren obtener otros que sí necesitan por medio del intercambio. Realizada la evaluación del mercado y sus preferencias, esta app busca ofrecer un servicio de calidad y seguridad además de ser el nexo de conexión entre las personas que lo usan, de esa manera el usuario tendrá la certeza con quién esté realizando la transacción y pueda estar más tranquilo, debido a que el aplicativo mostrará la información necesaria de dicho usuario. Se busca brindar contenido de valor para esta industria con información pertinente para el usuario. Cabe recalcar que mientras avance el tiempo y el desarrollo del proyecto, se irá entregando y ofreciendo distintas opciones de acuerdo a las necesidades que puedan ir surgiendo a lo largo del proyecto. Es así como esta propuesta de intercambio tendrá la posibilidad de variar o aumentar necesidades por nuestros clientes. Por otro lado, el modelo de negocio ha sido validado a través de diversos experimentos como entrevistas, encuestas, Concierge, entre otros más. Además, se ha desarrollado la planificación y presupuestación de aspectos de venta, operaciones, finanzas y recursos humanos necesarios para empezar la propuesta de negocio. Asimismo, con ello se puede corroborar que es un modelo de negocio rentable y con potencial en el mercado. / Telocambio is an innovative business idea within the national market (Peruvian), which consists of an application that provides the service of bringing together the supply and demand of products or services that they want to exchange, items that users consider unnecessary or have accumulated over their life and manage to obtain others that they do need through exchange. After evaluating the market and their preferences, this app seeks to offer quality and security services in addition to being the connection between the people who use it, in this way the user will have the certainty with whom they are making the transaction and can be more comfortable, because the app will show the necessary information of said user. It should be emphasized that as the time and development of the project progresses, different options will be delivered and offered according to the needs that may arise throughout the project. On the other hand, the business model has been validated through various experiments such as interviews, surveys, concierge, among others. In addition, we have developed the planning and budgeting of sales, operations, finance, and human resources needed to start the business proposal. This paper analyzes, from an auction design perspective, the results of the auction of renewable energy that the Peruvian State has initiated since 2008, allowing to show significant results such as the introduction of new technologies for power generation with low CO2 emissions, competitive prices and high levels of competition. Although they are also shown the outstanding issues as the lack of clear direction and heading for future of renewable energy, as well as the need to strengthen institutions to create areas of renewable energies to integrate synergies around the energy transition. / El presente artículo analiza, desde la perspectiva del diseño de subastas, los resultados obtenidos en las subastas de energías renovables que el Estado Peruano ha iniciado desde el año 2008, permitiendo mostrar importantes resultados como la introducción de nuevas tecnologías de generación de electricidad con bajas emisiones de CO2, precios competitivos y altos niveles de competencia. También se muestran los temas pendientes como la falta de dirección y rumbo claros para el futuro de las energías renovables, así como la necesidad de fortalecer las instituciones para crear áreas de energías renovables que integren las sinergiasexistentes en torno a la transición energética.

La presente tesis tiene como objeto de estudio a la empresa Fantastibox S.A.C que pertenece a la industria de la organización de eventos tales como onomásticos, graduaciones, eventos corporativos y alquiler de cabinas de fotos instantáneas. La principal motivación de este proyecto es abordar la problemática principal de la empresa que hace referencia a los tiempos elevados en la búsqueda y elección inadecuada de los proveedores; lo cual se produce por el manejo manual de información y una inversión de tiempo considerable para la aplicación de los criterios al momento de seleccionar al proveedor (precio, ubicación, años de experiencia en el servicio) necesarios para garantizar un evento exitoso. Esto conlleva, a que se produzcan pérdidas de oportunidades de negocio, una baja fidelización de sus clientes. Asimismo, no realizan el seguimiento adecuado a los proveedores con los que trabajaron en algún momento incurriendo en contrataciones fallidas. Después de identificar la problemática y analizar los procesos de la empresa se propone como objetivo del proyecto la implementación de un sistema web que logre la automatización del proceso de búsqueda de proveedores y la tendencia a la baja de precios con la subasta inversa. Asimismo, se plantea el uso de árboles de decisión para lograr elegir a los mejores proveedores por cada servicio solicitado por el cliente. La propuesta está alineada al objetivo de la empresa en cuanto a incrementar la respuesta al número de solicitudes de los clientes independientemente de la fecha del evento. / The present thesis has as object of study the company Fantastibox S.A.C that belongs to the industry of the organization of events such as onomastics, graduations, corporate events and rental of instant photo booths. The main motivation of this project is to address the main problem of the company that refers to the high times in the search and inappropriate choice of suppliers; This is produced by the manual handling of information and a considerable investment of time for the application of the criteria when selecting the supplier (price, location, years of experience in the service) necessary to guarantee a successful event. This leads to loss of business opportunities, low customer loyalty. Likewise, they do not adequately monitor the suppliers with whom they worked at some point, incurring failed contracts. Based on the identification of the problem and analysis of the company's processes, the project's objective is to implement a web system that achieves the automation of the supplier search process and the downward trend in prices with reverse auction. Likewise, the use of decision tree algorithms is proposed to be able to choose the best providers for each service requested by the client. Esta tesis doctoral examina las repercusiones de la llamada "Gran Depresión" de finales del siglo XIX sobre la sociedad rural catalana a partir del análisis del que puede ser visto como uno de los síntomas más característicos de cualquier crisis agraria: la pérdida de derechos de propiedad sobre la tierra o sobre otros inmuebles de carácter rural como consecuencia de reclamaciones de deudas, promovidas por particulares o por el Estado, que culminaron en subasta pública.El trabajo ha sido dividido en dos secciones. En la primera se analiza la desposesión causada por procedimientos ejecutivos impulsados por la Administración de Hacienda por impuestos impagados. En la segunda se ha estudiado la actividad judicial que concluyó en subasta pública de bienes inmuebles, y se han mostrado sus relaciones con la situación agraria, especialmente en los sectores del trigo y de la vid. / This Doctoral Thesis examines the repercussions of the Great Depression of end of the 19th century on the Catalan rural society from the analysis of the one that can be seen as one of the most characteristic symptoms of any agrarian crisis: the loss of property rights on the land or on other real estate of rural nature as a consequence of claims of debts carried out by individuals or by the State that culminated in public auctions.The work has been divided in two sections. In the first, the dispossession because of administrative executive procedures by unpaid taxes that took place in Catalonia in this period is analysed. In the second, we have studied the judicial activity that finished in public auction of real estate goods and we tried to relate it to the agrarian situation, especially in the wheat and the wine sectors.
