No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 23 / Nenhuma / Este estudo objetivou analisar os aspectos de formação e de gestão de seis Empreendimentos Econômicos Solidários (EES) incubados pelo Projeto Tecnologias Sociais para Empreendimentos Solidários (Tecnosociais) da Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS). Partiu-se de suas histórias de formação e analisou-se o apoio da UNISINOS para verificar seus processos de gestão do negócio, fundamentalmente: tomada de decisões, verificação de oportunidades de ampliação e prestação de contas interna quanto aos resultados. A metodologia da pesquisa incluiu visitas aos EES e entrevistas com seus participantes através de aplicação de questionário aberto. Esta investigação foi orientada por indagações acerca da viabilidade econômica desses EES e da sua caracterização enquanto empreendimento solidário. Os resultados da pesquisa apontaram afirmativamente para ambas as questões. / This I study planned to analyze the aspects of formation and of management of six Supportive Economic Undertakings (EES) incubated by the Project Social Technologies for Supportive Undertakings (Tecnosociais) of the University of the Order of Rio of the Bells (UNISINOS). It left of his histories of formation and analyzed itself the support of the UNISINOS for verify his trials of management of the business, fundamentally: decision-making, enlargement opportunities verification and installment of you count internal as regards the results. The methodology of the research included visits to the EES and interviews with his participants through application of open questionnaire. This inquiry was oriented by inquiries about the economic feasibility of those EES and of his supportive undertaking while characterization. The results of the research aimed affirmatively for both the questions.

Para tanto fizemos uma pesquisa de campo buscando averiguar possíveis impactos do Círculo de Cultura no cotidiano dos trabalhadores da Cooperativa de Catadores de Materiais Recicláveis de Assis e Região (Coocassis), que ocorreu com o grupo durante os anos de 2010 e 2011, e tinha como intuito potencializar os princípios da Economia Solidária. Para alcançar o objetivo desta pesquisa, realizou-se, nos anos de 2014 e 2015, um reencontro com o grupo de catadores em uma pesquisa de campo promovida pelo método etnográfico. Ao todo, foram dois anos de convívio com a Cooperativa durante a graduação, dois anos distante da Cooperativa e, por fim, mais dois anos de pesquisa. Dividindo didaticamente o trabalho em dois grandes encontros, temos: o primeiro com o passado, através do Diário de campo produzido lá e usado aqui como documento. E o segundo encontro no retorno à Coocassis, e no novo convívio com o grupo, realizado com visitas semanais. Como resultado disso vimos vidas reais que foram impactadas pela Economia Solidária, mas que mesmo trabalhando em uma cooperativa autogestionária, viviam grandes contradições pois ainda estavam submetidos a sociedade capitalista. Nesse sentido, pensar a Educação Popular e o Círculo de Cultura para o cooperativismo autogestionário e popular é fundamental para enfrentar as contradições que emergem das relações apresentadas ao longo do trabalho. / The purpose of this work is to investigate whether the Culture Circle, as a Popular Education tool, can contribute to the affirmation of the principles of Supportive Economy. To this end we did a field research seeking to investigate possible impacts of Culture Circle in the daily lives of workers from Recyclable Materials Collectors Cooperative of Assis Region(Coocassis), it happened to the group during the years 2010 and 2011, and it had the intention to enhance the principles of Supportive Economy. To achieve the objective of this research, in the years 2014 and 2015, a reunion with the collectors group was held in a field research conducted by the ethnographic method. In all, two years of living with the Cooperative during graduation two years away from the Cooperative and, finally , two more years of research. Didactically dividing the work into two major meetings , we have: the first with the past, through the Field diary produced there and used here as a document. The second meeting in the return to Coocassis , and the new association with the group , carried out weekly visits . As a result we have seen real lives that have been impacted by the Supportive Economy, but even working on a self-managed cooperative, lived great contradictions as they were still subject to capitalist society. In this sense, think of Popular Education and Culture Circle for self-managed and popular cooperativism is essential to face the contradictions that emerge from the relations presented throughout the work.

To achieve this aim, a discussion was held about the concept of supportive economy and networks. The principles of the supportive economy are the self-management and the solidarity between the members of the group, prioritizing the generation of work and income. For these groups to get stronger and enlarge themselves, they unite themselves creating supportive economy networks, whose principles are the appreciation of humans, their relationship with the environment and the good nutrition. After, there was the identification of the projects and the union in the networks, and was analyzed whether the projects fit the principles of the supportive economy. To perform the research, that has a qualitative approach of both exploratory and descriptive nature, a bibliographic and documentary research was made, by analyzing projectsundertaken in the last ten years, in the South Central region of Paraná. The analyzes were made from the protocols of projects, reports, support material, questionnaires and research with the Extension Section of Unicentro and from the participation in meetings, projects, interviews, and questionnaire at the Corajem Association. The dissertation is divided in four chapters. The first one presents the theoretical grounding about supportive economy and networks. The second chapter presents the city of Irati, Paraná, where the support bodies of the South Central region are located. The third chapter presents the Corajem Association and Unicentro, their projects, performances and partnerships. Lastly, the fourth chapter refers to the analysis of the projects and their performances in networks. The city of Irati supports the projects of Ecosol through the implementation of the current law and a forum, as well as the fairs, appreciating the quality and propagation of their products. The support bodies are integrated with other bodies in networks and their successfully completed projects are framed as Ecosol. / O objetivo desta dissertação é analisar as redes de economia solidária e sua atuação na região Centro Sul do Paraná, através dos projetos de extensão desenvolvidos pela Unicentro e pela Associação CORAJEM. Para alcançar o objetivo proposto foi efetuada uma discussão sobre o conceito de economia solidária e redes. Os princípios da economia solidária são a autogestão e a solidariedade entre os membros do grupo, priorizando a geração de trabalho e renda. Para que esses grupos se fortaleçam e se ampliem eles se unem formando redes de economia solidária, sendo que os princípios dessas redes é a valorização do ser humano, sua relação com o meio ambiente e a boa alimentação. Após houve a identificação dos projetos e a união em redes, em seguida foi analisado se os projetos realmente se enquadram dentro dos princípios de economia solidária. Para realizar a pesquisa que tem sua abordagem qualitativa, de natureza exploratória e descritiva, os procedimentos adotados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, através da análise dos projetos realizados nos últimos dez anos, e dentro da delimitação geográfica representada pela região centro sul do Paraná. As análises partiram de protocolos dos projetos, relatórios, materiais de apoio, questionários e pesquisa junto à divisão de extensão da Unicentro e através da participação em reuniões, projetos, entrevistas e questionário na Associação CORAJEM. A dissertação está dividida em quatro capítulos; o primeiro presenta a fundamentação teórica acerca do tema de economia solidária e de redes, no segundo capítulo uma apresentação da cidade de Irati no Paraná, município onde estão situados os órgãos de apoio e da região Centro Sul, o terceiro capítulo apresenta a Associação CORAJEM e a Unicentro, seus projetos, suas atuações e parcerias e por fim o quarto capítulo se refere a uma análise dos projetos e da sua atuação em redes. O município de Irati oferece apoio aos projetos de ecosol através da implantação da lei vigente e da instituição de um fórum, assim como as feiras, valorizado a qualidade e divulgação de seus produtos. Os órgãos de apoio estão integrados em redes com vários outros órgãos e seus projetos realizados com sucesso são enquadrados como de ecosol.
