Įsigaliojus Lietuvos Respublikos darbo kodeksui, buvo suteikta tam tikų naujovių bei reglamentavimo aiškumo darbo santykių pasibaigimui, darbdavio iniciatyva nutraukinat darbo sutartį dėl darbuotojo padaryto šiurkštaus darbo pareigų pažeidimo (DK 136 str. 3 d. 2 p.), kai darbuotojas kėsinasi į nustatytą darbo tvarką (DK 235 str. 2 d. 8, 9 ir 10 punktai). Taigi šiame darbe atliekama trijų konkrečių šiurkščių darbo pareigų pažeidimų analizė yra aktuali praktine teisės taikymo prasme, siekiant išaiškinti DK 136 straipsnio 3 dalies 2 punkto ir 235 straipsnio 2 dalies 8, 9 ir 10 punktų tinkamo taikymo sąlygas, tuo pačiu suteikiant daugiau informacijos darbdaviams ir darbuotojams šių DK normų sampratos, jų taikymo bei su šiomis DK normomis susijusių teisės aktų tinkamo taikymo srityje. Pasirinktos temos aktualumas akivaizdus, nes mokslinių tyrimų ar publikacijų šia tema nuo DK įsigaliojimo beveik nėra. Darbo teisės teorijos šaltiniuose galima rasti tik bendras šiurkščių darbo pareigų pažeidimų charakteristikas, atskleidžiamas per teisės aktų reglamentavimą. Tuo tarpu detalios ir išsamios konkrečių šiurkščių darbo pareigų pažeidimų sąlygų susisteminto tyrimo ir analizės, kokią bandyta pateikti šiame darbe, nebuvo atlikta. / New edition of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter, the LC) has stipulated the reform of labour law and regulation of a number of labour relations. This LC has also developed and set some light on the regulation of termination of labour relations, in particular – termination by the employer of employment contract due to gross violation of labour duties (LC Article 136, Section 3, Subsection 2) whereas encroaching on the labour treatment by the employee (LC Article 235, Section 2, Subsections 8, 9 and 10). Therefore, analysis of three specific gross violations of labour duties provided herein is highly relevant in terms of legal practice, seeking to identify the provisions of appropriate application of LC Article 136, Section 3, Subsection 2 and Article 235, Section 2, Subsections 8, 9, and 10, and at the same time to provide employers and employees with more detailed information about the conception of these LC provisions, their implementation and proper application of the relevant legislation. Moreover, the relevance of this topic is supported by the fact that there are scarcely few researches or publications on this issue since the operation of the new LC. The sources of labour law contain only general characteristics of gross violations of labour duties, represented through the regulation of legislation. While so far there is no detailed or explicit analysis on the conditions of gross violations of labour duties.

Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas pedagogų požiūris į privalomuosius sveikatos patikrinimus ir mokymus. Tyrime dalyvavo 60 pedagogų, po 20 iš „Ringuvos“ specialiosios mokyklos, „Vijolių“ vidurinės mokyklos ir „Medelyno“ pagrindinės mokyklos. Tyrimas atliktas 2012 m. balandžio mėnesį. Anketinės apklausos metodu tirtos nuostatos į imunoprofilaktiką ir traumų profilaktiką, požiūris į profilaktinę sveikatos patikrą ir į privalomą profilaktinę saugą. / Bachelor work analyzes the educators attitude towards the mandatory health examinations and training. The investigation involved 60 pedagogues. Twenty of the "Ringuvos" special schools "Vijolių" secondary school and "Medelyno" basic school. The research was conducted on April in 2012. By using the method of the questionnaire the propertys towards vaccination and prevention of injuries were investigated. The attitudes of maintenance check-up health examinations and mandatory maintenance check-up safety was analyzed.
