Lysenko, Arseny, Norlin, Hugo January 2021 (has links)
A quantitative research was carried out using a web-based survey. Participation in the survey amounted to 207 people, from the sample of hockey supporters. Supporters' attitudes were measured and defined using the ABC model. To see the consumer behavior of supporters through its attitudes, the research used Hierarchy of effects. The results show that hockey supporters think that the Swish economy is a positive revenue model for Swedish ice hockey, however, that it must not take the form of "begging". Where the supporters' general attitude towards Swish economics is a positive thing. If it could be a long-term solution after the coronavirus pandemic, supporters note that clubs must offer something more in their offer to maintain the motivation for swishing. The results have also shown that supporters have gone through the different stages of standard learning, low engagement and experimental hierarchy in their consumption behavior linked to its attitude around the object.
