Master’s thesis describes project documentation of a multifunctional house in Velké Meziříčí. It is the four storey basementless detached house. There are two shops, cafe and flat facilities on the first floor and 10 flats on the other 3 floors. The brick-built building consists of Diton and Heluz brickwork system insulated with Baumit external thermal insulation system. The house is covered by single ply roofing.

The project designs the new building of football club with one unit on the second floor and gym that is open to the public. The building has a flat roof. It is designed as a wall construction system with a contact thermal – insulation system. The project will also include the parking and pavements.

This thesis deals with improving thermal properties of contemporary ceramic fittings for external walls using built-in thermal insulation. In the practical part, PUR foam and PUR granulate waste mixes were designed. Based on insulation, mechanical and physical properties and estimated price, the best mix was chosen. Using the chosen mix as integrated isolation, the resulting ceramic block was simulated.

Subject of master´s thesis is an apartment building in Uhersky Brod. Subject is designed on a sloped site in central urban area of the city. Apartments are placed on three floors above the ground level, in underground floor is situated a garage. Vertical load-bearing structures in lower floors are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, upper floors are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. Whole building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof is partly mono-pitched, partly double-pitched truss roof.

Thesis deals with options of use waste from insulating materials. Theoretical part of thesis describes waste and insulating materials used in civil engineering. Practical part of thesis describes utilization of waste from mineral wool. Its output are options of use waste from mineral wool and selected physical properties of recycled material.

This diploma thesis deals with insulation of the house and it's costs. First part relates to the developement of the construction, the current trends in the construction of houses, prices of energy and heating options. Next part relates with insulation system Etics, the way of it's implementation and thermal assessment with basic names. Thermal insulation is designed in three variants. The work includes thermal assessment in original condition and the assessment of new condition modified by adding thermal insulation with it's economic return. In conclusion, the diploma thesis evaluates the payback period of insulation options and the effect on price of this house.

This master´s thesis deals with insulation of the house and it's costs. First part describes the energy performance of building, different methods of thermal insulation and types of thermal isolation. This thesis evaluates the influence of thermal insulation of residential building design for expenses associated with operating the property. This thesis uncludes thermal technical assessment of the condition of the house and then heat the assessment of the options for the thermal insulation on its economic return. In conclusion, the assessment of individual variants insulation is calculated as a simple payback period and the effect on price of this house.

This diploma thesis solves design of the building for temporary accommodation - hotel in the city of Brno Lisen street Novolíšeňská on plot no. 5049/24. The land is gently sloping and its area is 41,546 square meters. The outer dimensions of the building are 49.0 m x 28.3 m. The hotel has four floors and a basement. The roof is designed single-layer flat. The building is of brick construction of two-way system of Porotherm blocks based on reinforced concrete footings. Ceilings consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The hotel is equipped with 27 rooms for 50 guests.

The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. The cladding is designed as a contact insulation system ETICS.

The introduction of theoretical part deals history of floor heating. Here is an overview of the technology, which was for centuries used for floor heating. Further included in the introductory part of the aggregate materials used, which are used for floor heating, and used. In the next part of the theoretical introduction we are given the best known ecological heat source. These are mainly heat pumps and solar collectors. The last part is made in the proposal which are important values calculated for the design and seamless use of central heating system.
