Zavádění standardů kvality sociálních služeb v ÚSP Stod. / The Implementation of Quality Standards of Social Welfare Services in The Social Welfare Institution Stod.MALÍKOVÁ, Dagmar January 2007 (has links)
The aim of my extended essay is to map out a state of an introduction of quality standards of social services in Social Welfare Institition of Stod. Process of a standard formation and their division into three basic parts are described in the first theoretical part. This is followed by a detailed acquaintance with the content of all the standards which is complemented by some instructions how to distinguish their filling and the most frequent mistakes. We can also find an explanation of a new terminology here which is used in the standards most often. The results of my carried-out qualitative research are presented in the following part. These were obtained by means of evaluating the interviews with some users and providers of social services, by making a content analysis of documentation and an analysis of various situations arising during the formation and introduction of standards in Social Welfare Institution of Stod. In this part, there is also a SWOT analysis of the current state of filling standards in this institution. The valuable point of the whole research is a suggestion of a methodical procedure during the intruduction of quality standards of social services which can be an instruction for other institutions. In the closing part of my extended essay, some measures are suggested which should contribute to a faster implementation of the standards into practice.

The topic of this thesis is marketing of gastronomic travel agency. Gastronomic tourism is currently among the tourism trends. Based on the growing potential, in this paper will be presented fictitious gastronomic travel agency selling gastronomic tours. The main objective is to propose a marketing campaign of specific gastronomic tours. The marketing campaign will be set up to address, engage and make customers to purchase offered services. The campaign is therefore able to offer to potential customers exactly what they desire. The marketing approach is not the same to everyone, it reflects the consumer and media behavior of different target groups. Thanks to the proposed campaign the competitiveness of the company will be increased, profit will be gained, it means voluminous sales of offered tours and strong position in the market will be obtained.

vielen Christen bekannt. 1855 erschien erstmals das Neue Testament, 1871 die gesamte Bibel.
Von 1960 bis 1984 wurde eine umfassende Revision durchgeführt. Ihre Sprache gilt als
schwierig, gleichzeitig wird sie als sehr genaue Übersetzung wahrgenommen. Bis heute gibt
es keine umfassende Forschungsarbeit über die Elberfelder Bibel, obwohl sie mehr als 160
nach ihrer Ersterscheinung immer noch gelesen und neu herausgegeben wird. Die vorliegende
Arbeit möchte Ziele und Übersetzungsansatz der Erstübersetzung offen legen. Danach wird
die praktische Umsetzung dieses Ansatzes anhand von drei ausgewählten Kapiteln des Neuen
Testamentes untersucht. Dabei wird auch der Einfluss der Revision ab 1960 geprüft. Eine
Einordnung in die aktuelle Übersetzungsdiskussion und Vorschläge für die
Weiterentwicklung dieser Übersetzung runden die Arbeit ab. / The Elberfelder Bibel has had a big impact on the Brethren movement and beyond until
today. In 1855, the New Testament was published for the first time, followed by the whole
bible in 1871. From 1960 until 1984, a broad revision has been conducted. The Elberfeld
Bibel is said to be linguistically difficult; at the same time it is considered as a very accurate
translation.
Until today, no comprehensive research paper has been written about this translation, which
by now is more than 160 years old. This paper deals with the goals and the translation
approach of the initial translation. Furthermore, the practical implementation of this approach
is examined by means of three particular chapters of the New Testatment. In addition, the
impact of revisions starting from 1960 is going to be explored. Its placement in the current
discussion on translation and suggestions for further development of this translation will
