Research methods used for verification of usability of 360řfeedback, are questionnaires and interviews. Work focuses on middle school teachers' competencies.

Para isso, elaboramos um conjunto de aulas sobre o tópico Movimento Circular Uniforme, dentro da perspectiva mencionada, e o aplicamos a treze alunos do ensino médio. Essas aulas foram gravadas em vídeo e posteriormente analisadas. Com isso identificamos três competências que se mostraram relevantes para o desenvolvimento da prática de um professor que busca promover um ensino baseado em situações-problema: 1) capacidade de mediar debates; 2) capacidade de articular a Física e a Matemática; 3) capacidade de promover a participação dos alunos / Abstract: In this work, we look for competences for teach Physics in a strategy supported by problematic situations. For this, we have elaborated some lessons about the theme ¿Uniform Circular Movement¿ that were applied to thirteen high school level pupils. These lessons were recorded in video and analyzed after that. This Thesis is focused on beginning teachers as absolvents of Charles University Faculty of Education with experience at most three years. There is explained what competences teachers have to individualize lessons at Primary school. This topic is very popular these days and doesn't cover only children with specific needs or children who are gifted, but it includes all pupils. This thesis tries to map this current situation with eight chosen teachers who respond to our requairments. The Teoretic part is divided into five chapters, which describe professional quality of teacher with deep focusing on personal characteristic, the term a beginning teacher and his most frequent problems. Next chapter is focused on pedagogical competences. Subchapters are conected with deep analyzation of teacher's competances to individualize his lessons and introduse some tendences in current preparatory education of teachers at primary schools. In penultimate chapter there is deeper describtion of preparatory education of teacher at primary school and personality. The last chapter of the teoretic part is focused on terms diferenciacion and individualisation. It introduces two alternative programmes know as Dalton plan and Winet system. Ideální učitel v pohledu žáků 2. stupně základních škol / The ideal teacher in the accordance with the pupils of the elementary school.

The diploma thesis is focusing on the topic of the ideal teacher and its viewing by students. The thesis is tracking the differences between pupils' perception and the theory basis; there are also described differences between girls and boys and their perception. The goal of the thesis is finding out how students imagine the ideal teacher. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the requirements for the teacher's job and then there are competences of teachers that are necessary for this job and are the important for reaching the state of the ideal teacher. The theoretical basis is fundamental for the following comparison with outputs of the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis presents the data that were gained by the questionnaire that was distributed in two primary schools on their upper level. The questionnaire shows preferences of pupils about the issue of the ideal teacher and his or her characteristics.
