The first deals with the development of the Correction System over four stages and the analysis of six expert judges. The first stage included the analysis of the methods of correction of national and international instruments that evaluate the written production. From the results of this analysis, in the second one the guiding criteria were defined for the construction of the preliminary version of the Correction System, being proposed categories for the classification in micro and macro-structure of the word. In the third stage, the preliminary version of the Correction System was constructed, based on the parameters of step 2. The fourth step was the last analysis of the preliminary version. After that, two correction screens were created: one for students from 1st to 4th year (Version A) and another for students from 5th to 9th grade (Version B), as well as a manual with guidelines for the evaluators. The second study tested evidence of validity, of the convergent type, of the Writing Subtest. 160 students from public and private schools in Porto Alegre / RS and metropolitan region participated. The results showed that the scores of the two versions presented moderate and strong correlations with the tasks of oral language, reading and writing. The dissertation was completed resulting in the Correction System of the Writing Subtest of the TDE-II, as well as obtaining evidence of convergent validity of the Writing Subtest of the TDE-II. / Esta disserta??o de mestrado ? composta por dois estudos que objetivaram a constru??o de um Sistema de Corre??o e a busca de evid?ncias de validade do Subteste de Escrita do TDE-II. O primeiro aborda o desenvolvimento do Sistema de Corre??o ao longo de quatro etapas e a an?lise de seis ju?zes especialistas. A primeira etapa compreendeu a an?lise dos m?todos de corre??o de instrumentos nacionais e internacionais que avaliam a produ??o escrita. A partir dos resultados dessa an?lise, na segunda definiram-se os crit?rios norteadores para a constru??o da vers?o preliminar do Sistema de Corre??o sendo propostas categorias para a classifica??o em micro e macroestrutura da palavra. Na terceira etapa houve a constru??o da vers?o preliminar do Sistema de Corre??o, com base nos par?metros da etapa 2. A quarta etapa constituiu a ?ltima an?lise da vers?o preliminar. Ap?s, originaram-se dois crivos de corre??o: um para estudantes de 1? a 4? ano (Vers?o A) e outro para estudantes de 5? a 9? ano (Vers?o B) al?m de um manual com orienta??es aos avaliadores. O segundo estudo testou evid?ncias de validade, do tipo convergente, do Subteste de Escrita. Participaram 160 estudantes de escolas p?blicas e privadas de Porto Alegre/RS e regi?o metropolitana. Os resultados apontaram que os escores das duas vers?es apresentaram correla??es moderadas e fortes com as tarefas de linguagem oral, leitura e escrita. A disserta??o foi conclu?da tendo como resultado o Sistema de Corre??o do Subteste de Escrita do TDE-II, bem como a obten??o de evid?ncias de validade convergente do Subteste de Escrita do TDE-II.
