La presente investigación fue elaborada con la finalidad de evaluar el impacto tributario y financiero del Sistema de Detracción en las empresas de Acabados Textiles del Cercado de Lima. En consecuencia, el presente trabajo se desarrollará sobre la base de la legislación vigente del Sistema de Detracciones, su mecanismo de aplicación e implicancias, temas que serán desarrollados en el presente trabajo, para lo cual la investigación se orienta de la siguiente manera: En el primer capítulo, elaboramos el marco teórico, en base a información de diversas fuentes relacionadas al tema, que será de utilidad para describir nuestras variables. En el segundo capítulo, se plantea el desarrollo de la problemática, los objetivos y la hipótesis. En el tercer capítulo, se define el tipo de investigación a utilizar, así como las variables para la investigación. En el cuarto capítulo, se realiza el desarrollo de la investigación a través de las entrevistas a profundidad, encuestas y el caso práctico. En el quinto capítulo, se realiza el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, los cuales se evalúa conjuntamente con las hipótesis y los objetivos determinados. Finalmente, tras el análisis de datos, hemos concluido que el sistema de detracción impacta tributariamente y financieramente, en las empresas de acabados textiles en el Cercado de Lima. / The present investigation was elaborate with the purpose of evaluating the tributary and financial impact of the System of Detraction in the companies of Rendering of Services of Lima. For this reason, the development of the work is based on the current legislation of the Detraction System, its application, mechanism and implications, topics that will be developed in the present work, for which the research is oriented as follows: In the first chapter, we elaborate the theoretical framework, based on information from various sources related to the subject, which will be useful to describe our variables. In the second chapter, the problem, the objectives and the hypothesis are raised. In the third chapter, the type of research to be used is defined, as well as the variables for research. In the fourth chapter, the development of the research is carried out through in-depth interviews, surveys and the case study. In the fifth chapter, the analysis of the obtained results is carried out and we evaluate together with the hypotheses and the determined objectives. Finally, after the analysis of data, we have concluded that the deduction system impacts tax and to a certain extent financially, in the companies providing services in the Cercado de Lima. / Tesis

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de los precios de transferencia y determinar el impacto tributario y financiero de las empresas vinculadas del sector textil, ubicado en el distrito de Ate, año 2017. Los aspectos tributarios y financieros se evalúan mediante análisis de consistencia estadística y pruebas de hipótesis cuyos resultados se observan en las conclusiones. El trabajo de investigación consta de cinco capítulos que son: Capítulo I Marco Teórico, se realiza una investigación a través de diversas fuentes, desarrollándose los conceptos de precios de transferencia, antecedentes, definiciones, lineamientos de la OCDE y legislación peruana. Capitulo II Plan de investigación, se estable el problema principal y los específicos de la tesis, las hipótesis y los objetivos de la investigación. Capitulo III Metodología, se define la población, la muestra para la investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, la recolección y el procesamiento de los datos. Capitulo IV Desarrollo, se exponen los resultados obtenidos en la investigación a través de la entrevista de profundidad, las encuestas realizadas y el desarrollo del caso práctico. Capítulo V Análisis de Resultados de los instrumentos y caso práctico. Concluyendo con la validación de la hipótesis general y específica en base a los resultados obtenidos en las tablas cruzadas y el CHI cuadrado. Se utiliza el coeficiente del alfa de Cronbach para validar el grado de confiabilidad de las encuestas obteniendo como resultado la categoría de “Excelente”. / The objective of this research is to analyze the transfer prices and determine the tax and financial impact of related companies in the textile sector, located in the district of Ate, 2017. Tax and financial aspects are evaluated through consistency analysis statistics and hypothesis tests whose results are observed in the conclusions. The research work consists of five chapters that are: Chapter I Theoretical Framework, an investigation is carried out through diverse sources, developing the concepts of transfer prices, antecedents, definitions, OECD guidelines and Peruvian legislation. Chapter II Research plan, the main problem and the specific ones of the thesis, the hypothesis and the objectives of the research are established. Chapter III Methodology, the population is defined, the sample for qualitative and quantitative research, the collection and processing of the data. Chapter IV Development, the results obtained in the investigation are exposed through the depth interview, the surveys carried out and the development of the practical case. Chapter V Analysis of the results of the instruments and practical case. Concluding with the validation of the general and specific hypothesis based on the results obtained in the crossed tables and the square CHI. La presente tesis tiene como objetivo levantar información sobre el funcionamiento de las medianas empresas del sector textil, rubro confecciones en Lima, mediante artículos de información, encuestas, entrevistas, etc; para así identificar las mejores prácticas utilizadas en la planificación y control de la producción para proponer un modelo de gestión de la producción que garantice el éxito a dichas empresas. La hipótesis que se propone es la Implementación y Aplicación de un Sistema de Planificación y Control de la Producción en una empresa mediana del rubro textil confecciones, teniendo como consecuencia el aumento de la eficiencia productiva y la rentabilidad, a través de la mejora de sus procesos productivos y logísticos. La hipótesis se demostrará a lo largo del siguiente contenido el cual está dividido en seis capítulos. / This thesis aims to gather information on the operation of medium-sized companies in the textile sector, clothing sector in Lima, through information articles, surveys, interviews, etc; in order to identify the best practices used in production planning and control to propose a production management model that guarantees success to these companies. The hypothesis that is proposed is the Implementation and Application of a Production Planning and Control System in a medium-sized company in the textile apparel sector, resulting in an increase in productive efficiency and profitability, through the improvement of its processes productive and logistic.
