Förändringar i affärsvärlden leder till att företag idag ständigt ställs inför nya utmaningar. Samverkan mellan affärsverksamheten och IT har därför blivit en viktig aspekt inom organisationer. Företag står inför problemet att hantera sina komplexa affärsprocesser, information och infrastruktur, relaterat till att IT bör ge maximala värden för affärsprocesserna. Det för att verksamheterna ska vara med i spelet bland de konkurrenskraftiga organisationerna, vilket leder till en av anledningar till att företagen kommer i kontakt med Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA kan ses som en helhetsbild av organisationen och dess information, applikationer och infrastruktur. Relaterat till EA, kan EA-ramverk vara till hjälp för att få ett strukturerat arbetssätt. För att förbättra arbetet med EA hjälper ramverket till att kartlägga verksamhetsmiljön, processer och IT. Existensen av ett stort antal olika ramverk och de olika perspektiven på om ett ramverk är ett måste eller inte för verksamheten vid EA-arbetet, kan problematisera processen för verksamheter att veta om det ska välja ett ramverk och vilka effekter det skulle ge. Vi ser därför ett behov att av undersöka ramverkets roll i ett praktiskt EA-arbete. Studien är baserad på antaganden av en empirisk studie bestående av sex stycken Enterprise arkitekter. Enterprise arkitekterna har delat sina vyer av deras arbete med EA och ramverk. Resultatet av den empiriska studien visar att ramverkets roll kan dras utifrån tre perspektiv. Hur ramverket har implementerats, kopplat till hur det används utgör grunden för vilken roll ramverket har i det praktiska arbetet. Forskningens slutsatser visar att ramverket kan ses som; ett hjälpmedel för arkitekten, en inkörsport för det övergripande EA-arbetet och slutligen som ett hjälpmedel för en personlig karriärutveckling. / Program: Systemvetarutbildningen

En el capítulo 1, se presentan los conceptos básicos y necesarios para conocer dos (2) de los más conocidos framework de arquitectura empresarial y los beneficios de implementarlos. Se complementa con la situación coyuntural por la que atraviesa el sector ambiente peruano, y los servicios que las principales entidades ambientales prestan a la ciudadanía. También se analizarán estos dos modelos de referencia con la finalidad de determinar cuál es que mejor se adapta a la realidad de la empresa seleccionada. En el capítulo 2, se presenta la situación actual, la problemática e importancia de la entidad seleccionada para la presente propuesta, llamada Senace. La cual es un organismo peruano público técnico y especializado en temas de medio ambiente. Se realizará un análisis externo e interno de esta institución a fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora. En el capítulo 3, se presenta una propuesta de mejora utilizando el marco de referencia TOGAF y tomando como alcance un (1) proceso operativo, considerado de entre los más críticos de la institución. En este capítulo también se realiza el análisis del proyecto considerando costos y tiempos, así como una valuación costo-beneficio de la etapa inicial de la propuesta para determinar el tiempo necesario para recuperar la inversión realizada. - Por último, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones encontradas para la organización a fin de implementar la propuesta de arquitectura empresarial. / In chapter 1, the basic concepts necessary to know two (2) of the best known AE frameworks and the benefits of implementing them are presented. It is complemented by the conjunctural situation that the peruvian environment sector is going through, and the services that the main environmental entities provide to the citizens. These two reference models will also be analyzed in order to determine which is best suited to the reality of the chosen company. In chapter 2, the current situation, the problematic and importance of the entity selected for the present proposal, called Senace, is presented. Which is a Peruvian public technical body specialized in environmental issues. An external and internal analysis of this institution will be carried out in order to identify opportunities for improvement. In Chapter 3, an improvement proposal is presented using the TOGAF reference framework and taking as a scope one (1) operative process, considered one of the most critical of the institution. This chapter also analyzes the project considering costs and times, as well as a cost-benefit assessment of the initial stage of the proposal to determine the time necessary to recover the investment made. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations found for the organization are presented in order to implement the business architecture proposal. / Trabajo de investigación

The purpose of the thesis is to conduct a case study for investigating change and release management at Catella Bank, within the context of IT Service Management (ITSM), by measuring and to provide suggestions for improvements. Incident and operations management is included to enhance the understanding of the historical performance at Catella. The case study is set out to answer the following research questions: 1. “How does a transition in change management structure impact the performance of successfully delivering both changes and releases of IT services at a financial institution?” 2. “What are the causes of delays in the delivering changes and releases?” 3. “How does stakeholder involvement alter the performance of implementing a successful change and release?” 4. “How do Information Technology, and the corresponding departments manage and control necessary changes and releases of software at present?” Research methodology utilized in the thesis includes both qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, participation in meetings and empirical investigation of internal material at Catella. The result from the research has provided a significant collection of issues, as well as suggested solutions for Catella to take to improve organizational maturity in enhancing the capabilities in performing work related to the four managerial disciplines within ITSM. The research culminated in the creation of the CHARM (CHange And Release Management) model, which consists of integrating change and release management into project management, split between three different components for the three organizational levels. The author has created the following components: Strategy matrix, a governance model, and a process model.

The topic of this thesis is the introduction and use of the ArchiMate enterprise architecture modeling language. The main goal of the thesis is to describe the basic principles and elements of the ArchiMate language. Other objectives are creating of an overview of CASE tools which support ArchiMate and demonstration of the capabilities of the language in a practical example which deals with the modeling of enterprise architecture of a selected organization. The thesis is divided into four parts. Introductory part uses available sources to define basic concepts of the enterprise architecture. Second part introduces basic principles and elements of the ArchiMate language based on an official documentation. This part also includes a market research of CASE tools which support the ArchiMate language. The third part of the thesis describes an example of the ArchiMate language use for the modeling of enterprise architecture of a selected organization. The final part discusses pros and cons of ArchiMate and summarizes results of the entire thesis. The main contribution of this thesis is that it provides a manual for potential users of the ArchiMate modeling notation. Other benefits include creation of a list of available CASE tools supporting the language and a showcase of possible practical uses of the ArchiMate language.

This final thesis is dealing with the theme of outsourcing and its influence on company in connection with enterprise architecture as the main carrier of ongoing changes. Main focus of this thesis is to provide the overview of the area of Enterprise architecture and outsourcing as well as the description of the selected notation of Enterprise architecture modeling, which will be main instrument in describing the transformation. Theoretical part of the work is divided into three parts. Firstly there is description of the enterprise architecture and chosen connected areas, followed by description of the outsourcing process and description of the modeling language ArchiMate. Practical part of the work is composed of analysis, description and evaluation of the transformation of the selected company. Among the main contribution of this thesis there is description of the changes during the transformation using the ArchiMate modeling language and identifying of concrete impacts of outsourcing on Enterprise architecture of the company.

The aim of this thesis is to find the relationship between enterprise architecture (EA) and project management. This objective is achieved through two milestones - the first aims to answer the question whether EA can be controlled (in the case of this work represented an architectural framework, TOGAF), using the principles of project management (where this work represented CzNCB standard) and the second deals with issue of the outputs of EA (TOGAF) as a reference for development projects (controlled by CzNCB). The first - EA management and project management focuses on project management of one iteration of the process of building enterprise architecture process model according to architectural framework, TOGAF ADM. It examines whether the EA project manage the building and what is or should be in project management according CzNCB add to the building through the allow EA to drive. In the second of them - EA and project development objectives are achieved partial identification information, which adds to the architecture project and a comparison with the standard for project management CzNCB. The benefit of this work is the best link building practises used in the EA through TOGAF ADM and project management based on standard CzNCB. This work may be a practical benefit for the company that has implemented project management by IPMA and intends to build the enterprise architecture. Such enterprise content of this work will provide guidance on how to manage the building through the EA CzNCB and consequently help to apply EA outputs to development projects. In the first part of this work is to analyze the state of knowledge in project management and EA. The second part is devoted to characterizing concepts closely related to both areas. In the third part of the methodological basis set out analysis of the relationship of project management and EA. The following two chapters, which are separately engaged in sub-goals of this work - Management EA and the EA and project management and development projects.

El presente trabajo profesional desarrolla la propuesta de una Arquitectura Empresarial para cubrir la necesidad de mejora del proceso de compras en la empresa Adecco Perú. Para concretar este análisis, se desarrolla una estructura estratégica definida en los ámbitos relacionados a la práctica de Arquitectura Empresarial, Métodos Ágiles y la Gestión de Servicios para TI. La necesidad del estudio, análisis y desarrollo del trabajo profesional se sostiene con la puesta en práctica de las habilidades académicas adquiridas por los autores y con el apoyo de metodologías, herramientas y buenas prácticas para proponer una solución a la problemática identificada en el objeto de estudio. El planteamiento del objetivo general y los específicos del proyecto sostienen la propuesta de cambio en la forma actual de ejecutar el proceso de compras, identificando mejoras, incrementando el grado de satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos de la organización y brindando el soporte tecnológico a las soluciones planteadas. El cumplimiento de estos objetivos determina el éxito de la presente propuesta y de su relevancia dentro del objeto de estudio. Acerca del desarrollo, el primer capítulo abarca la fundamentación teórica de la propuesta e información de la organización objetivo. El segundo capítulo cubre el desarrollo de Arquitectura Empresarial bajo el marco de trabajo TOGAF. El tercer capítulo define el análisis necesario para cerrar las brechas identificas en el capítulo anterior mediante un software cuya propuesta se apoya en una metodología ágil. El cuarto capítulo establece el diagnóstico de la gestión de servicios de TI para soportar la propuesta de un producto software con la aplicación de las mejores prácticas de ITIL. El presente proyecto de investigación es una Propuesta de Arquitectura Empresarial para la Entidad Financiera CRAC Raíz aplicada a los procesos de negocio Captación de Crédito en Campo y Prospección de Cliente por Campaña pertenecientes al macro proceso de Gestión de Productos Activos de la Organización con la finalidad de direccionar el desarrollo de los productos y/o servicios de CRAC Raíz a la entrega temprada de resultados tangibles, y a la respuesta ágil y flexible, necesaria para trabajar en mercados de evolución por lo que, se esta proponiendo un modelo de arquitectura alineado a los objetivos estratégicos de la organización, una propuesta ágil para el desarrollo de software y una propuesta para la Gestión de los Servicios de TI que contribuyen al cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos. Para la elaboración de la presente propuesta y el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados se utilizó el marco de TOGAF para analizar la situación actual (AS-IS) de los procesos de negocio seleccionados y con ello proponer una situación deseada (TO-BE). Adicionalmente, para la propuesta del proyecto de desarrollo de software se utilizó SCRUM como marco de trabajo para la definición de los equipos de trabajo y los entregables del proyecto y para la propuesta de los servicios de TI que darán soporte a los procesos de negocio se utilizó ITIL como marco de trabajo para la gestión de los servicios de TI. Esta propuesta ha permitido entender la estrategia empresarial, realizar un análisis de la organización a través de modelos y/o técnicas como: CYNEFIN, FODA, el documento de definición de arquitectura del marco de trabajo de TOGAF y los procesos de los servicios de ITIL; y a partir de ahí definir oportunidades de mejoras que generen valor para la organización. De la investigación realizada se concluye que actualmente Raíz requiere una mejora en la gestión de las tecnologías. En ese sentido, el proyecto propuesto se presenta como una importante solución que es factible tanto financieramente, puesto que está basado en una Arquitectura Empresarial como eje central de la presente investigación. / Tesis

This master's thesis deals with modeling of processes of the selected framework for complex management of business informatics using ARIS Designer tool. The reader is introduced into problematics of process approach to business management and process modeling. The next part of this master's thesis introduces some notations and approaches to process modeling and then closer describes the ARIS methodics and tools. The next part of this document focuses on a few frameworks for business IT management and closer describes the ITIL framework and its processes. The second half of this master's thesis describes creation of the model of ITIL framework processes.

El presente trabajo de tesis expone la propuesta de una arquitectura empresarial para la mejora operativa de una empresa del sector de contact center en el marco de la norma COPC CX, particularmente enfocada en lo concerniente a la implementación de clientes, servicios y programas. El primer capítulo presenta la información del Grupo 3eriza así como el planteamiento del problema, los objetivos y la planificación del proyecto. El segundo capítulo describe los logros de los student outcomes planteados por la universidad como objetivos que deben alcanzarse en el presente proyecto profesional. El tercer capítulo desarrolla los fundamentos teóricos para la solución propuesta, los cuales permiten sustentar adecuadamente los aspectos conceptuales y definitorios de nuestro documento. En el cuarto capítulo se analiza el proceso empresarial con la finalidad de alinearlo a la norma COPC CX, el cual dará el sustento necesario para la implementación de la solución propuesta en el presente trabajo. El quinto capítulo desarrolla el proceso de diseño y definición la arquitectura empresarial propuesta haciendo uso del método de desarrollo de la arquitectura o ciclo ADM definido por el estándar TOGAF. Finalmente, el sexto capítulo presenta el portafolio de proyectos definidos a partir de los bloques de construcción identificados en las fases anteriores, así como el plan de implementación y migración que aborda los aspectos relacionados de cómo moverse de la arquitectura de línea base a la arquitectura destino. / This thesis work exposes the proposal of a enterprise architecture for the operational improvement of a company in the contact center sector within the framework of the COPC CX standard, especially focused on the concern to the implementation of customers, services and programs. The first chapter presents the information of the 3eriza Group, as well as the problem statement, objectives and project planning. The second chapter describes the achievements of the student outcomes set by the university as objectives that must be achieved in this professional project. The third chapter develops the theoretical fundamentals for the proposed solution, which allow us to properly support the conceptual and defining aspects of our document. In the fourth chapter the business process is analyzed in order to align it with the COPC CX standard, which will provide the necessary support for the implementation of the solution proposed in the present work. The fifth chapter develops the design and definition process of the proposed enterprise architecture using the ADM cycle development method defined by the TOGAF standard. Finally, the sixth chapter presents the portfolio of projects defined from the building blocks identified in the previous phases, as well as the implementation and migration plan that addresses the related aspects of how to move from the baseline architecture to the destination architecture. / Tesis
