Nové trendy v evropské železniční přepravě carga / New Trends in European Rail Freight Transport

Hinčica, Vít January 2011 (has links)
The dissertation has focused its attention on rail freight transport in the EU where it tried to identify trends that have accompanied that transport in the last decades. The identified trends are: intermodality, interoperability, creation of railway corridors and harmonization of legal norms for transport of goods. Each trend has been judged from the perspective of the so-called "common transport policy". The complexity of the analyzed environment as well as the interest in the depiction of the situation in the Czech Republic have led to the setting of three goals and three scientific questions. The result of the author's scientific investigation is a completely original work that should contribute to better understanding of changes of structural-systemic nature that happen in the rail cargo transport in the territory of the EU. Such a work is also an evaluating mirror for the reform of the railway sector undertaken by the same institution.

Trendy v oblasti podnikových informačních systémů / Trends in enterprise information systems

Cmunt, Václav January 2012 (has links)
This thesis introduces trends in information systems mainly focusing on Green ICT. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. At first, the objectives, structure of work and research based on available domestic and foreign sources are defined. The following chapter is devoted to concept of trend and its impact on the ICT sector along with a presentation of past and current trends. The key part of the first half of the work is a chapter concerning sustainable ICT. It contains a definition of the concept, reasons of devising, opportunities for greater usage, current state in the world, rankings of suppliers and "green" companies. The practical part describes the questionnaire distributed as well as a presentation of hypotheses for verification. It is followed by analysis of gathered data together with an intercomparison of several selected questions. The chapter concludes with evaluation of the stated hypotheses. The last section mentions important findings, assesses a level of fulfillment of the objectives and present possible future extension of the topic.

Analýza současného stavu společenské odpovědnosti podniků v ČR / Analysis of the current situation of CSR in Czech Republic

Krasnikova, Daria January 2012 (has links)
Over time, enterprises are more often turning to socially responsible business. Companies are doing so by various reasons: management decision, market and state requirements, efforts to raise the image on the market etc. However, CSR covers a wide range of activities and allows many different options of implementation. This thesis contains the analysis of the specifics of CSR in the Czech Republic, detection of the most advanced and omitted spheres. To achieve the goal of the thesis a survey was carried between companies that operate in the Czech Republic and have experience with social responsibility. Evaluation of the results brings out some positive changes in fundamental areas of CSR. Also the survey discovered the shift to more realistic perception of benefits arising from the implementation of accountability and sustainability in business activities.

Moderní trendy v třískovém obrábění - soustružení, frézování a vrtání / Modern manufacturing trends in chip machining - turning, milling and driling

Moravčik, Jaroslav January 2019 (has links)
Chip machining has strong historical foundation. First innovations in machining were created long ago and next Innovations appeared sporadically. The Industrial revolution and then the second half of 20th Century meant start of self–driven, programmable machines used in machining. This led interest of engineers to machining process itself. The aim of this Diploma thesis is to characterize most interesting modern trends from last few years and unite them in electronical database which will be included in this thesis. Main attention is aimed for innovations in chip machining in general and also in specific branches – turning, milling and drilling. Thesis also includes discussion about economical aspect of application of modern trends in chip machining.

Trendy vývoje upínání řezných nástrojů / Trends in development of cutting tools clamping

Servus, Tomáš January 2009 (has links)
This master’s thesis defines and closely specifies actual trends in clamping systems for shank tools, especially used for milling and drilling operations. The project describes possibilities of application of clamping systems for shank tools for particular types of machining and briefly defines their principles. Experimental part is focused on material analyse of hydraulic and thermal clamping system. Comparing of clamping systems in term of their technical properties and their initial costs is included in technical and economical conclusion.

Globální změny ve stratosféře středních šířek / Global changes in the midlatitude stratosphere

Kozubek, Michal January 2014 (has links)
Several phenomena in the middle latitude stratosphere are studied in the thesis. The reanalyses are utilized as a source of data for our study. Different reanalyses are compared each other and with observations and problems of reanalyses are shown. We are interested in connection between ozone, dynamics and other phenomena (Sudden Stratospheric Warmings, solar cycle, NAO etc.) in the stratosphere, mainly from 1979 to present using ERA-Interim, NCEP/NCAR reanalyses or satellite observations. The linear connection between total ozone difference and 100 hPa eddy heat flux is found in winter middle latitudes. Ozone trends in Europe and China are analysed. The meridional and zonal wind is also studied using MERRA reanalysis and model output (CCM SOCOL v3.0). The comparison of geographical distribution of geopotential height and meridional wind is done. Differences between MERRA and CCM SOCOL v3.0 has been observed for geopotential hight and meridional wind for winter season.
