The thesis deals with depicting and analysis of changes occuring in 21st century which are determining commercial communications in hotel industry. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to reveal and analyze the changes in market and consumer's behaviour which hotel companies have to deal with. Consequently, on this basis, recent trends in commercial communication are analyzed. The second purpose of this thesis is to map and analyze communication activities of chosen hotel and find out whether the hotel communicates effectively and in accordance with the new trends. Finally the measures for improving commercial communications are suggested.

The thesis focuses on the industrial sector of the chinese economy that is important for its performance not only for the domestic but also for the international market. The first chapter is dedicated to liberalization processess and beginnings of industrialization after 1978. The following chapter, which starts with the accession of China to the WTO and ends with the year 2010, concentrates on five-year plans, statistics and recent trends that describe this period of time. The task of the last chapter is to present various expectations concerning the future development of industry in terms of contemporary and newly started changes to the chinese economy.

Srážko-odtokové vztahy v povodí Klabavy / Rainfall-runoff relations in the Klabava catchement

This thesis deals with rainfall and water runoff regime in the catchment area of river Klabava. The aim of this thesis is to find changes in the rainfall-runoff regime during the period of observations (1950-2014) and if so, were these changes caused by climate changes or human activities. The research part includes description of rainfall-runoff process and Klabava catchment area description. In the applied part there is an analysis of precipitation - runoff regime for long-term time series of average and minimal annual, monthly and seasonal discharges and annual, monthly and seasonal precipitations using single and double mass curves and statistical tests testing absolute homogeneity, relative homogeneity and trend (by Mann-Whitney-Pettit, Alexandersson, Mann-Kendall tests). The tests were performed by freely available software AnClim designed for these purposes. Mann-Kendall test was performed by MULTMK/PARTMK available as a MS Excel macro for free. Plus, there is basic discussion of floods in Klabava river basin and flood seasonality. The homogeneity tests haven't found many changes at all, most of the detected changes concern the minimal runoff time series. The precipitation annual amount was detected with a raising trend, while the runoff time series seem to have no trend at all. Achieved...

Cílem této práce bylo popsat a zdůvodnit hlavní trendy sňatkového chování v České republice po roce 1989. První a druhá kapitola je teoretickým vstupem do problému - zákon o rodině, ukazatele, kterými je možno postihnout vývoj v oblasti sňatkového chování, demografický přechod, literatura k tématu a vývoj sňatečnosti ve 20. století. Třetí kapitola se již zabývá samotnou analýzou sňatkového chování v ČR od počátku devadesátých let do současnosti. Čtvrtá část práce je zaměřena na sledování meziregionálních rozdílů a nalezení určitých souvislostí územního rozložení sňatečnosti s dalšími ukazateli. Poslední část práce se věnuje aktuálnímu tématu registrovaného partnerství. Je zde rozebrán zákon č. 115/2006 Sb., o registrovaném partnerství a také úpravy, které bylo, v souvislosti s novým zákonem, nutno provést v zákonech jiných.

The main part was about a phenomenon, which appears in the Czech Republic in the past few years -- english called twangoo. Not only between them, but also entrepreneurs and customer on this specific market, I was doing a questionnaire research, which helped me draw final conclusions.
