El turismo de naturaleza, en los últimos tiempos, es una tendencia en crecimiento. El interés de visita en la categoría de parques nacionales es motivado por la necesidad de estar en contacto con la naturaleza y vivir nuevas experiencias. El Perú tiene quince parques nacionales de los cuales dos se han incluido en la presente investigación: El Parque Nacional del Manu y el Parque Nacional Huascarán. El propósito de esta investigación es describir algunos de los criterios más importantes que sostienen a los parques nacionales como el perfil de los turistas que los visitan, la gestión administrativa, sostenibilidad y, finalmente, la calidad de servicio que se brinda en los mismos. En primer lugar, se encuentra preferencias en cuanto al perfil de turistas acerca del interés de visita y motivación. En segundo lugar, se ha evidenciado en cuanto a la gestión administrativa que una buena administración comprende el trabajo en conjunto entre los gestores del parque y las comunidades indígenas. Sin embargo, se identifican algunas dificultades para una gestión coordinada. En tercer lugar, se describe las dos categorías que determinan la condición legal y usos permitidos de un área natural protegida: uso directo y uso indirecto. En cuarto lugar, se describe la calidad de servicio en los parques nacionales y su importancia para que el turismo contribuya a la conservación y desarrollo comunitario. Finalmente, este trabajo ha sido realizado para proporcionar información relevante acerca del turismo de naturaleza en parques nacionales del Perú y el mundo y motivar a futuras investigaciones. / Nature tourism, in recent times, is a growing trend. The interest in visiting the category of national parks is motivated by the need to be in contact with nature and live new experiences. Peru has fifteen national parks, two of which have been included in this research: Manu National Park and Huascaran National Park. The purpose of this research is to describe some of the most important criteria that support the national parks, such as the profile of the tourists that visit them, the administrative management, sustainability, and finally, the quality of service provided in them. In the first place, there are preferences in terms of the profile of tourists regarding the interest and motivation to visit. In the second place, it is evident from the administrative management that a good administration includes working together with the park's managers and the indigenous communities. However, some difficulties for a coordinated management are identified. Third, it describes the two categories that determine the legal status and permitted uses of a natural protected area: direct use and indirect use. Fourth, it describes the quality of service in the national parks and their importance for tourism to contribute to conservation and community development. Finally, this work has been done to provide relevant information about nature tourism in national parks in Peru and the world and to motivate future research. / Tesis

Parallel to the social and economic situation, where the experience economy is a reality, new tourist typologies are emerging in line with this demand experiential. Tourists are looking for sensations and emotions, so tourism sector has diversified its offer adapting to this desire. Active tourism appears, mode belonging to a larger field, nature tourism, a booming tourist type today by the increase of tourists interested in its activities. Therefore, this paper takes from this concept to below detail the types that are part of it, and finally it does an analysis of the active tourism offer of the Spanish territory, territory that is appropriate for this type of activity. / Paralelamente a la evolución social y económica actual, en la que la economía de experiencias ya es una realidad, emergen nuevas tipologías turísticas acordes a la presente demanda experiencial. El turista busca sensaciones y emociones, por lo que el sector turístico diversifica su oferta adaptándose a este deseo. Aparece así el turismo activo, modalidad perteneciente a un campo mayor, el turismo de naturaleza, en auge el día de hoy por el incremento de turistas interesados en las actividades que lo componen. El presente artículo parte de dicho concepto para a continuación, detallar las tipologías que forman parte del mismo y finalmente realizar un análisis de la oferta de turismo activo del territorio español, territorio que a priori se presenta favorable para este tipo de actividades.
