Transformace z OCL do SQL / Transformace z OCL do SQL

Sobotka, Petr January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this Master Thesis named Transformation from OCL into SQL is to explore possibilities of enhancing Enterprise Architect by the ability of generating SQL code that implements OCL constraints of a Platform Independent Model, and to create a working prototype that demonstrates this capability. The thesis contains a brief introduction to the problem of Model Driven Architecture, why it would be useful to implement the specified constraints directly in the database, a description of the interaction with Enterprise Architect along with analysing how to get the needed data, the way OCL can be mapped onto SQL, and finally it describes the implementation of the OCLtoSQL plugin from its analysis and chosen architecture to its documentation.

En analys av steg och konsekvenser vid införande av MVC

Ericsson, Harald, Gertz, Alexander January 2012 (has links)
Abstract   The purpose of this essay is to find difficulties and risks in the re-engineering process when restructuring to Model-View-Controller (MVC). A thoroughly theory study has been conducted to be able to understand the important steps in the re-engineering process. The methods and concepts of this essay are re-engineering, UML, system development life cycle, design patterns and MVC. The science approach used is design science where the artifact being developed are a set of models. In the analysis phase of the process the system is analyzed. The result of the analysis is notes of difficulties found and models showing the structure of the system. The results from the analysis is used to answer the questions. The steps taken in the re-engineering process are identified and described. All risks and difficulties found when following these steps are described. The guiding knowledge of this essay is to show when it's worth the effort of re-engineering the system instead of starting over from the beginning. When the problems are overwhelming and to time consuming re-engineering is not the best option.

Att uppnå kvalitet hos processmodeller med ramverket ITIL : med stöd från modelleringsspråket UML

Pettersson, Emelie January 2011 (has links)

A Methodology for PIM Modeling

Chiu, Chih-Chen 11 July 2007 (has links)
Today, software development approach has been shifted from structure-oriented to object-oriented. UML has become a standard modeling language in object-oriented systems analysis and design. Over the past few years a considerable effort has been made in the model driven architecture transformation area. However, little attention has been paid to the issue of transformation from sequence diagram to class diagram for modeling platform independent model (PIM). This study, therefore, presents a systematic methodology, extended from Selonen et al (2003), for sequence diagram to class diagram transformation. A case is used to illustrate the concept, application, and advantage of using the proposed methodology. With this methodology, the system developer can construct PIM efficiently and thereby enhance the efficiency and quality of system development.

A Study for Software Component Modeling Methodology

Tseng, Kuang-Hui 15 January 2003 (has links)
Component-based software engineering has been championed because they can be used to shorten the development cycle of system and therefore lower the costs. This research presents a modeling method that integrates the principle of divide and conquer and the use case concept to help model component-based software effectively. A real-world case is modeled and a system is developed to illustrate the concepts, application, and the advantages of using proposed methodology.
