The goal of this work is to create a website for the web agency Wampp Web&Photo. The company is still in the development phase and recently registered in the Swedish Companies Act. Wampp Web&Photo strives for a simple and useful website that includes presentation of the company, information about development of website, presentation of services and also calculator to calculate the cost of services. The graphic profile is important for the company. Pictures with good quality are in focus. For inspiration for the graphic profile and the construction of the application, surveys on the internet among competitors will be performed. During surveys, current prices for services in web development will also be noted. To perform the assignment, the CMS system Umbraco will be used. For the development, the programming language C # and development environment Visual Studio are used. The site should be built up to enable easy maintenance and updates. Unsplash and photo session are used for images. Great focus will be placed on the development of the calculator. It is important that the function is easy to use and works without errors. Calculator will be of help to customers and the company. Usability tests and other tests will be performed to check the website's functionality and usability. The work ends with the launch of the website in Umbraco Cloud. If the need for adjustments exists after tests, these are performed. / Målet med detta arbete är att skapa hemsida till webbyrå Wampp Web&Photo. Företaget är fortfarande i utvecklingsfas och nyligen registrerad i bolagsverket. Wampp Web&Photo eftersträvar en enkel och användbar hemsida som inkluderar presentation av företaget, information om utveckling av hemsida, presentation av tjänster och även kalkylator för att räkna ut kostnaden för tjänster. Den grafiska profilen är viktig för företaget. Bilder med bra kvalitet står i fokus. För inspiration till grafiska profilen och uppbyggnaden av applikationen, kommer undersökningar på internet bland konkurrenter utföras. Under undersökningar kommer även aktuella priser för tjänster inom webbutveckling noteras. För att utföra uppdraget kommer CMS systemet Umbraco användas. För utvecklingen används programmeringsspråket C# och utvecklingsmiljö Visual Studio. Sidan kommer att byggas så att den möjliggör enkel underhåll och uppdateringar. För bilder används Unsplash och fotosession. Stor fokus kommer att läggas på utvecklingen av kalkylator. Det är viktigt att funktionen är smidig att använda och fungerar utan felaktigheter. Kalkylator kommer att vara till hjälp för kunder och företaget. Användbarhetstester och andra tester kommer att utföras för att kontrollera webbsidans funktionalitet och användbarhet. Arbetet avslutas med lansering av hemsidan i Umbraco Cloud. Efter tester utförs eventuella justeringar.

Informationshantering på internet är ett växande fenomen. Ett sätt för företag och organisationer att få ut information på internet är via webbplatser. För innehållshantering och utveckling av webbsidor så kan man använda content management system. Sådana system förenklar informationshanteringen på webbplatsens olika webbsidor. Det finns en uppsjö av CMS-verktyg och CMS-verktygen har stöd för olika funktioner. Den här studien är genomförd som en fallstudie där fallet som studeras är kriterier vid val av CMS-verktyg. Data har samlats in via enkäter och dokumentstudier. Kriterier har identifierats och prioriterats med hjälp av MoSCoW prioriteringsmetod av redaktörer och utvecklare som arbetar med CMS-verktyg. Prioriterade kriterier har sammanställts och ett urval av CMS-verktyg har utvärderats mot kriterierna. Utifrån insamlade data ifrån enkäter togs en prioriteringsordning fram som beskriver prioriterade kriterier vid val av CMS-verktyg. Det går att utskilja att somliga kriterier är viktigare än andra för redaktörer och utvecklare. Även visade dokumentstudien att de urvalet av CMS-verktyg som utvärderats uppfyllde majoriteten av kriterierna. / Information management on the Internet is a growing phenomenon. One way for companies and organizations to get information on the internet is through websites. For content management and webpage development, you can use the content management system. Such systems simplify information management on the website's various web pages. There are a wealth of CMS and the CMS support different features. This study is conducted as a case study in which the case being studied are criteria for choosing CMS. Data has been collected through surveys and document studies. Criteria’s have been identified and prioritized using the MoSCoW prioritization method by editors and developers working with CMS. Priority criteria have been compiled and a selection of CMS tools has been evaluated against the criteria’s. Based on the collected data from questionnaires, a priority scheme was drawn up. It is clear that some criteria are more important than others for editors and developers. The document study also showed that the selection of CMS evaluated met the majority of criteria.

The goal of the thesis work was to give Softronic AB, a management and IT consulting company, an overview of strengths and weaknesses of the four content management systems Magento CE 1.6.2, Episerver Commerce 1 R2 SP1, Wipcore eNOVA 5.3 and Umbraco CMS, as platforms for ecommerce. The evaluation was to be made from a marketing perspective as well as from a user and in-house developer's perspective. Additionally, the goal was to provide an overview of how certain functionality from a current project could be implemented on the Magento CE platform. To be able to evaluate the platforms, a study of current evaluation and comparison models was performed. This resulted in the choice of the framework Domain-specific Architecture Comparison Model. A comparison framework was derived and defined from this model, and applied on the platforms. The choice of what was to be measured, and how, was determined from literature studies of the e-commerce domain, as well as studies of current e-commerce platforms. The demonstration of the capabilities of the Magento platform was solved by creating a new Magento store instance, implementing two components from a reference project, as well as parts of the graphical user interface, and deploying the solution on a cloud server. The evaluation resulted in a description of the platforms' strengths and weaknesses, and a table showing the properties of the platforms. The evaluation indicated that the platforms Magento CE and Episerver Commerce were the strongest when it came to functionality and market readiness. Wipcore eNOVA and Umbraco CMS's strongest side was performance efficiency, while none of the platforms were assessed as particularly strong in terms of maintainability. / Målet med examensarbetet var att ge Softronic AB, ett konsultbolag inom IT och management, en översikt över vilka styrkor och svagheter de fyra CMS-plattformarna Magento CE 1.6.2, Episerver Commerce 1 R2 SP1, Wipcore eNOVA 5.3 samt Umbraco CMS hade som e-handelssystem. Utvärderingen skulle ske dels utifrån ett marknads- och kundperspektiv men också från ett utvecklarperspektiv inifrån företaget. Målet var också att ge en översikt över hur vissa funktioner för ett befintligt projekt kunde implementeras på plattformen Magento CE. För att utvärdera plattformarna gjordes en litteraturstudie över befintliga jämförelsemodeller, vilket resulterade i valet av ramverket Domain-specific Software Architecture Comparison Model. Ett jämförelseramverk definierades utifrån modellen och applicerades på plattformarna. Vad som skulle utvärderas och hur det skulle mätas bestämdes utifrån litteraturstudier av affärsområdet samt studier av befintliga e-handelsplattformar. Demonstrationen av Magentoplattformen löstes genom att sätta upp en Magento-installation på en molnserver och implementera två komponenter samt delar av det grafiska användargränssnittet för ett referensprojekt. Evalueringen resulterade i en beskrivning över plattformarnas styrkor och svagheter samt en överskådlig tabell som kan vara till nytta för Softronic i inledningsskedet av framtida ehandelsprojekt. Evalueringen visar att plattformarna Magento CE och Episerver Commerce är starkast när det gäller funktionalitet och att snabbt få ut en lösning på marknaden. Wipcore eNOVA och Umbraco CMS har styrkor när det gäller prestanda, medan ingen av plattformarna bedömdes vara starka när det gäller egenskaper som underlättar underhåll och utveckling.
