The aim of the thesis is an estimation of the market value of the company Mlékárna Hlinsko, s.r.o. as of 31st December 2010, using the DCF Entity method. For this purpose, the financial and the strategic analyses and a prognosis of the value generators were performed, followed by a financial plan.

The target of the diploma thesis is a market analysis of new and driven cars sales and its insurance process. The theoretical part is focusing on establishing and application of Wöhler's deterioration model, used for car valuation. The practical part evaluates and compares the price and value of new and driven car on a chosen model, Škoda Octavia 1,9 TDI and on three markets of EU member states: Czech republic, Slovak republic and Germany. In the 12 -- year - observing period, there is also a focus on a car compulsory insurance, for the chosen model.

The aim of this thesis is to discuss the issues of real-world company valuation. For this purposes a valuation of Shell Czech Republic a.s. in period from 1/1/2010 to 1/5/2012 is provided to inform a potential exogenous investor, who has no access to insider information. The valuation is based on yield methods built on present value of future cash-flows. These methods are FCFF (Free Cash-Flow to the Firm), FCFE (Free Cash-Flow to the Equity), DDM (Dividend Discount Model) or a method of flows connected to EVA (Economic Value Added). Analysis shows the future growth potential and discount rates have the main influence on the company value.

Callable bond is a type of bond which allows an issuer to redeem its bonds prior to maturity for specified price. Such a type of bond is very rare in Czech Republic. This scarcity is caused by undeveloped domestic bond market and also by domestic investors being conservative, preferring guaranteed income. Callable bond does not offer such certainty in cash flow. Therefore the aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a complex view on callable bonds, which is hitherto absent in Czech literature. This thesis starts with introduction of the general terms related to callable bonds. In the subsequent chapter, various uses of callable bonds follow. The third part analyses the biggest callable bond market in the world -- the US callable bond market -- and characterizes every particular sector of the market. The last part of the thesis deals with callable bonds' valuation and its advanced analytical measures that are constructed in connection with valuation models.

The thesis deals with the valuation of the Ferring-Léčiva, a.s.. The estimated value of the company refers to April 1, 2012. Financial analysis of the company, analysis of the macroeconomic environment and industry analysis are applied in the process of valuation. The methods which are applied for the company valuation are free cash flow to the firm and free cash flow to the equity. Both methods are applied with two-stage model. After delivery of the statement of the enterprise value the attention is focused on the comparison with the method based on the accounting property of the company which is based on difference of the total assets and liabilities of the firm.

The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. at 1. 1. 2012 for its sale. The thesis is divided into theoretical and pratical part. Theoretical part describes processes and methods used in valuation of the firm. Practical part contains strategic and financial analysis, value drivers part, financial plan and final valuation. The value of the firm is determined by method of discounted cash flows, as a complemetary method is used the method of discounted economic value.

It is important to know the value of the company because Le Montmartre business development will take a lot of owner's energy and personal time, so the future value of the business will be a good motivation for him.. This diploma thesis is divided into 2 sections, theoretical and practical. Practical part involved company's introduction, product portfolio, strategic analysis and finance analysis. Company was evaluated by Free cash flow to firm within two phases. Le Montmartre is analysed and evaluated like two separated entities. Le Montmartre is a patisserie and boulangerie and Le Montmartre as a catering company. The value of Le Montmartre as patisserie and boulangerie is estimated on 2 675 295 pounds and Le Montmartre as catering company on 3 739 700 pounds. Company was evaluated on 31.12.2011 in real prices.

The work is concerned with development of valuation principles in German accounting from the history to the present with respect to recent reform on the modernization of the accounting system. Emphasis is placed on international intervention in the internal accounting system with definition of the major influences that have on valuation. Furthermore, changes are captured in the approaches to the valuation methods for selected assets and liabilities. The aim is to provide information on the method of accounting regulation in Germany and to evaluate the current accounting system in terms of classical balance theories. The work focuses on the principles of valuation, first from a general perspective and then from the perspective of specific valuation procedures.

Neste trabalho fazemos uma investigação acerca de condições que, quando satisfeitas por um anel com divisão, sejam suficientes para garantir a existência de um subanel isomorfo a algum corpo livre não-comutativo, e também descrevemos famílias de anéis com divisão que satisfazem as condições encontradas. Os anéis com divisão que provamos conter um corpo livre são, em sua maioria, completamentos de corpos de frações de domínios noetherianos com topologia definida por uma valorização. / Let $D$ be a division ring, $K$ a subfield of $D$ and $X$ a set. The $D$-free ring over $K$ on $X$, $D_K\\langle X angle=D\\underset{\\ast} K\\langle X angle$, has an universal field of fractions called a free field and denoted by $D_K\\X$. In this work we look into conditions which, when satisfied by a division ring, are sufficient to guarantee the existence of a subring isomorphic to some non-commutative free field, and we also describe families of division rings which satisfy the conditions that were found. The majority of the division rings that we proved to contain a free field are completions of fields of fractions of Noetherian domains with topology defined by a valuation.

CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / PapilomavÃrus Humano (HPV) à um agente viral que causa doenÃa infecciosa, de transmissÃo freqÃentemente sexual, conhecida usualmente como condiloma acuminado, verruga genital ou crista de galo, à o principal agente causal do cÃncer de colo do Ãtero, podendo repercutir na vida do indivÃduo infectado e na saÃde da famÃlia. Os objetivos foram avaliar a estrutura, o desenvolvimento e o funcionamento da famÃlia composta por mulher acometida pelo PapilomavÃrus Humano, com base no Modelo Calgary; identificar possÃveis influÃncias causadas na estrutura familiar, em decorrÃncia da doenÃa; reconhecer influÃncias no desenvolvimento e funcionamento da famÃlia, em decorrÃncia da doenÃa; identificar fatores os quais a mulher relaciona com a causa da doenÃa. A pesquisa foi do tipo descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, tendo sido realizado um estudo de caso, no domicÃlio da participante, utilizando como referencial o Modelo Calgary de AvaliaÃÃo de FamÃlia. A coleta de dados foi realizada em janeiro e fevereiro de 2007 atravÃs de entrevista semi-estruturada com o casal, genograma e ecomapa da famÃlia. A famÃlia era composta por quatro membros, o casal: Josuà e Rosa; e seus dois filhos: Gabriel e Bela. Em exame ginecolÃgico de rotina foi diagnosticado em Rosa uma verruga externa e uma pequena lesÃo na junÃÃo escamo-colunar do colo uterino. Todos os membros da famÃlia mantÃm relacionamento saudÃvel entre si, hà um pouco de negatividade no vÃnculo entre Rosa e Gabriel, em decorrÃncia das cobranÃas com relaÃÃo aos estudos. O casal nÃo se distanciou da sua rede social em decorrÃncia do acometimento com o vÃrus. A esposa compartilhou o caso com o marido, culpando-o, mas posteriormente conseguiu conscientizÃ-lo da importÃncia dos hÃbitos sexuais seguros. O casal conseguiu superar a fase crÃtica vivenciada, deixando como melhor repercussÃo a mudanÃa de hÃbitos e maior afeiÃÃo entre a famÃlia. Com relaÃÃo ao tema HPV, verifica-se que muitas pessoas ainda o desconhecem, ficando a cargo dos profissionais difundirem o assunto com maior Ãnfase tanto entre as mulheres como os homens. Assim como tambÃm promover a educaÃÃo em saÃde, para que as pessoas reflitam a respeito da importÃncia de utilizar o preservativo. / Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is one viral agent that causes infective disease, of transmission frequently sexual, known usually as acuminated conduloma, genital wart or cockscomb, it is the main agent that causes the cancer of the uterus colon as sure as can be with repercussion in the life of the infected individual and in the health of the family. The aims were to evaluate the structure, the development and the function of the family composed by attacked woman by Human Papillomavirus, based in the Calgary Model; to identify possible influences caused within structural family due to disease; to identify factors that the woman relates with the cause of the disease. The search was the descriptive type with qualitative boarding, having been realized one case study, at the home of the informer making use of the Calgary Model as one touched topic of family valuation. Datum collection was realized in January and February from 2007, through interview semi-structured with the couple, genogram and echomap from family. The family was composed of four members such as: the couple Josuà and Rosa and their two children: Gabriel and Bela. By gynecological routine exam it was diagnosed in Rosa, one external wart and one small lesion in the scale-columnar junction of the uterus colon. All the members of the family maintain healthy relationship among them; there is a little bit of negativity in the entail between Rosa and Gabriel, due to charges with relation to studies. The couple didnât keep away from their social net, due to undertaking with the virus. The housewife shared the case with her husband, accusing him, but lately she got acquired him of the importance from safe sexual habits. The couple got over comes the grasped critical phases, overlooking as better repercussion, the changing of their habits and bigger affection among the family. With regard to the theme HPV, it had seen that many people unknown still, staying to the load from professional spread the subject with more emphasis as among women well as men. As well as to promote the education within health, in order to the people reflect to respect of the great importance in utilizing the prophylactic.
