Opálková, Jana January 2014 (has links)
Theme of the Diploma Thesis " Systems and methods for street alley tending -- model object Brno" is focused on the given issue of terminology and related literature summarization. There are factors included which limits alley appearance in an urban environment, negative and positive woody plant effect in a city, but also requirements for planting and following care. Part of the methodology is a tree inventory and methods proposal, how to evaluate the prosperity of street alleys. The methodology includes habitat characteristics as the characteristics of the street itself, which together with the used taxons gives information about perspective landing or suitability selected woody plants to environmental conditions. The results of this work show that the model object contains as causal examples of inappropriate alleys as well as alleys very prospective. To summarize this work, these examples will be discussed against the gain literature information.

BASTOS, A. C. S. 23 February 2017 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2018-08-01T20:28:06Z (GMT).

Böhmová, Martina January 2018 (has links)
The topic of my diploma thesis is Changes of microbiologic parameters of packaged mineral waters during non-starndard manipulation.Firstly is clarify what mineral water actually is and what is its dividing. Other chapters of literary summary are focused onpacked water from ordinance number 275/2004. After that it focuses on microbilogy of packaged water where are the microbiological contaminants and also impacts that growth and microbiological reproduction impact. There was made an experiment at the end of diploma thesis at chosen packaged water. In this experiment was made total number of microorganism which was in the process cultivated on 36 °C and 22 °C. Everything was done after its verification and after that were consumed. All the samples were kept in condition as is defined. This research was completed with questionnaire focused on consumation of packaged water and its further storing.

Dynamique de la jonction adhérente : rôle d'EPLIN dans la stabilité des contacts intercellulaires de l'endothélium vasculaire / Dynamic of adherens junction : role of EPLIN in intercellular contacts stability of vascular endothelium

Pétinot, Adeline 07 October 2011 (has links)
The endothelium forms the main barrier regulating the passage of macromolecules and circulating cells between the blood and tissue. Historically viewed as a passive vascular lining, vascular endothelium plays important roles in the regulation of vascular pressure, hemostasis, immune and inflammatory responses. In vascular endothelium, cell/cell adhesion is mediated by homophilic interactions of VE-cadherin molecules (= adherens junctions). Cytoskeleton and junction dynamics are important for intercellular junctions remodelling that occurs during angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and endothelium repair. So, determining the underlying molecular mechanisms is essential for the comprehension of pathologic phenomena such as angiogenesis, tumor progression or inflammation. We learn from the literature that EPLIN is involved in E-cadherin/α-catenin/EPLIN complex formation and cortical actin stabilization. Usually described as a protein specific of epithelial models, we wondered if EPLIN is able to link VE-cadherin complex to actin cytoskeleton. Furthermore, it seems essential to understand its cellular role since it is downregulated in many cancers while in contrast its overexpression blocks cell proliferation.
