All these characters are part of the Association of Support for Children with Orthopedic Disabilities. The central thesis sought to learn the process of fighting for the right of access to treatment with botulinum toxin, which resulted in the implementation of the Reference Center of Botulinum Toxin in São José dos Campos. In this trajectory I have collected information through qualitative research and documentary. In this search I found singular and collective characters and their experiences and narratives, which allowed me to meet their daily realities and meanings attributed by each character, highlighting their political dimension that contributed to the process of guaranteeing the right for treatment experienced by each character. The narratives describe and reflect primarily the care that families have with their children and this generates a concern and commitment in the fight so that their children can enjoy a life trajectory that guarantees them autonomy, which must be experienced in everyday life. We will discuss the obstacles to this population caused by prejudices and difficulties to achieve the realization of basic social rights. We will also present the contribution of professional practice in connection with the characters, establishing a process of reflection of daily life and the construction of citizenship / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo propor e trazer para reflexão as experiências de famílias, profissionais partícipes e de um usuário do serviço de ortopedia. Todos estes sujeitos participantes da Associação de Apoio à Criança com Deficiência Ortopédica. O foco central da dissertação buscou conhecer o processo de luta pelo direito de acesso ao tratamento com a toxina botulínica, que resultou na implantação do Centro de Referência de Toxina Botulínica na cidade de São José dos Campos. Nessa trajetória coletei informações através de pesquisa qualitativa e documental. Nesta busca encontrei sujeito singular e coletivo, suas experiências e narrativas, o que me possibilitou conhecer suas realidades cotidianas, significados atribuídos pelos sujeitos, destacando sua dimensão política que contribuíram no processo de garantia do direito ao tratamento vivenciado pelos sujeitos. As narrativas descrevem e refletem primeiramente o cuidado que as famílias têm com seus filhos e este gerando uma preocupação e comprometimento na luta para que seus filhos possam usufruir de uma trajetória de vida que lhes garanta autonomia, a qual deve ser vivenciada no cotidiano da vida. Vamos discorrer sobre os entraves causados a essa população através de preconceitos e das dificuldades para se conseguir a efetivação de direitos sociais básicos. Também apresentaremos a contribuição da prática profissional na articulação com os sujeitos, estabelecendo um processo de reflexão da vida cotidiana e da construção da cidadania

Procurando alcançar esse objetivo, governos, autoridades e sociedade em geral, têm empenhado esforços para que a criança seja cada vez mais protegida. Historicamente, porém, percebemos que em outros períodos, como o medieval, a percepção da infância e de suas peculiaridades ainda não se apresentava de maneira clara para os integrantes daquelas sociedades. As crianças sofriam, juntamente com os adultos, as consequências de viver em uma sociedade com pouco ou quase nenhum controle de pulsões e emoções. Norbert Elias nos mostra que aos poucos a sociedade passa a exercer um maior controle sobre o indivíduo, fazendo-lhe exigências em relação aos comportamentos. Ao mesmo tempo em que isso acontece, o indivíduo modifica a sociedade e assim, numa relação recíproca um traz alterações ao outro sem que se consiga saber quem deu início ao processo. Faz parte da teoria dos processos de civilização de Norbert Elias a compreensão da importância do Estado e sua monopolização da força física e da tributação no controle dos indivíduos e de suas pulsões. Desse modo, o objetivo dessa pesquisa é compreender a importância do papel do Estado para proteção e o resguardo dos direitos da criança e do adolescente no Brasil. Historically, however, we noticed that in other periods, as the medieval, the perception of the childhood and of their peculiarities, still didn't come in a clear way for the members of those societies. The children suffered, together with the adults, the consequences of living in a society with little or almost any instincts and emotions control. Norbert Elias tell us that little by little the society starts to exercise a larger control on the individual, making her demands in relation to the behaviors. At the same time in that happens, the individual modifies the society and like this, in a reciprocal relationship one brings alterations to the other without it is gotten to know who led off the process. Esta investigação se propôs a fazer uma análise dos prontuários do ano de 2014 para verificar a realidade dos usuários atendidos, assim como, a concepção destes sobre o significado dos atendimentos realizados pela Unidade Auxiliar. Evidenciou-se a Instituição como espaço de formação profissional através do estágio supervisionado e destacou-se a mesma como tripé da Universidade, ao realizar: ensino – pesquisa – extensão. Salientou- se os desafios encontrados nos atendimentos aos cidadãos e os empecilhos cotidianos postos à profissão do Assistente Social inserido no contexto sociojurídico. A pesquisa configura-se como bibliográfica, documental e de campo, de abordagem qualitativa. A compreensão e interpretação dos dados ocorreram por meio da análise de conteúdo. Buscou-se explanar como ocorre o processo de efetivação dos direitos dos usuários da Instituição e entender o procedimento de acesso à justiça pelos usuários que recorrem à Unidade Auxiliar Centro Jurídico Social. Em suma, ao apreender as contradições do movimento do real, a ação do Assistente Social nos diversos espaços sócio ocupacionais deve estar em sintonia com o Projeto Ético Político Profissional em comprometimento com a garantia dos direitos humanos e sociais e condições dignas de vida da população que busca atendimento jurídico para viabilização dos mesmos. Pretende-se contribuir para o debate profissional no contexto da área sociojurídica. / The present work originated from the researcher's role as trainee of the Auxiliary Unit Centro Jurídico Social in the year 2013 and aims to highlight the significance of the work of the Institution's professionals to the user population of Franca / SP in the process of making social rights viable Under the interdisciplinary perspective. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical records of the year 2014 to verify the reality of the users served, as well as their conception of the meaning of the care provided by the Auxiliary Unit. The Institution was evidenced as a space for professional training through the supervised internship, and it stood out as the tripod of the University, when performing: teaching - research - extension. It was highlighted the challenges encountered in attending to the citizens and the daily obstacles placed in the profession of the Social Worker inserted in the socio-legal context. The research is configured as a bibliographical, documentary and field, qualitative approach. The understanding and interpretation of the data occurred through content analysis. It was sought to explain how the process of effecting the rights of users of the Institution occurs and to understand the procedure of access to justice by users who turn to the Auxiliary Unit Centro Jurídico Social. In sum, in apprehending the contradictions of the real movement, the action of the Social Worker in the various social and occupational spaces must be in harmony with the Professional Political Ethical Project in commitment to the guarantee of human and social rights and dignified living conditions of the population that Seeks legal assistance to make them viable.
