Zimní příprava orientačních běžců v tělocvičně / Winter orienteering training in a gym

Voborníková, Alena January 2019 (has links)
Title: Winter orienteering training in a gym Objectives: The main goal is to create a book of orienteering games and exercises for pupils and adolescents, which lead both to improving orientation skills and improving physical and mental fitness during winter training in a gym or in a club house. Methods: In this thesis I used the method of literary research, which analysed methodological documents of Czech and foreign orienteering federations. I also analysed bachelor and master theses and created a collection of games, which I also enlarged with my own games. I then tested these games on children attending orienteering trainings as their free time activity. Results: The main outcome of this thesis is a collection of games, which also includes printable material. Keywords: orienteering, training, games, winter training, gym

Změny motorické výkonnosti adolescentních a dospělých fotbalistů výkonností úrovně v průběhu zimního přípravného období. / Changes in motor performance of competition level adolescent and adult football players during winter training period.

Frčka, Michal January 2018 (has links)
Title: Changes in motor performance of competition level adolescent and adult football players during winter training period. Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to confirm the efficacy of winter training on changes of motor performance by measuring and comparing topical condition of the players with the help of initial and final somatic and fitness parameters diagnostics of two football teams (adult men and adolescents) that compete in football competitions at similar amateur level and by comparing the achieved results. Methods: The methods used were measuring, comparison and data analysis. The assessment of motor performance of individual players was based on the series of tests UNIFITTEST 6-60 that was complemented with tests of specific football skills: long distance kick and heavy ball throw. Results: The conclusion is that during the winter training period that took 8 weeks included 16 training sessions and several training matches, the proposed training plan affected positively the motor performance of the tested players. The most substantial advance was recorded in 2 km run and long distance kick tests in which 96% of players significantly improved. The Bílé Podolí players improved their run time by 27 seconds on average and the Vrdy players improved by 21 seconds on average. In the...

Formy a metody výuky snowboardingu na základních a středních školách na Táborsku / Forms and methods of snowboarding at primary and secondary schools in the region Tabor

Zamrzlová, Alena January 2015 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the issues of snowboard teaching of children at older school age. The master thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the ride techniques and two fundamental but very different snowboard styles - freestyle and alpine. This part also presents the methodology of teaching and single elements of snowboarding methodical streak, that are acquired by motor learning. The motor abilities, skills and other factors that are related to snowboarding are explained here, too. Because this thesis is aimed at the snowboard teaching at elementary schools, the theoretical part is focused on integration of snowboarding into School Education Programme and on qualifications of teachers. The method of questioning used in the practical part tries to find out, if the snowboarding lessons for children at older school age are part of the school education in the region Tabor and what are the conditions of such an education. This part also deals with its technical and material provision. On winter training courses of one elementary school a research was done using the observational method and experiment. This research is aimed at snowboard teaching of pupils - beginners, who had different type and level of equipment and observes, how quickly are they...

Teknisk utbildning inom Försvarsmakten : Var ligger tyngdpunkten?

Hocke, Peter January 2010 (has links)

/
This work is about the technical training of the Armed Forces. It is a closer description how a course description for system mechanics and turret mechanics are implemented in practice and how it should be done theoretically. The essay will not treat the full training, it will only deal with the smaller part of the training, the soldier training. The purpose of writing this work is to show how the technical training is conducted in a qualitative way and check whether a mechanic can operate in a subarctic environment after the training is completed. This paper will be structured as follows. First, I conduct a qualitative content analysis to provide a foundation, this will be followed by qualitative interviews to discover how training is conducted in practice. Finally, I will discuss the issues I have set out, from my own points of view. The conclusions which have been drawn from this paper are that there are gaps in training and in curricula of turret-system mechanics. The shortcomings of the education that became obvious are that educators do not always deliver, "cold weather". This is because the trainer views this part of the training as taking away time, and would rather focus on the technical training. The shortcomings in the course description that developed from my report are that the turret and system mechanic training are not in sync with each other, it means that courses are not always pursuing the same objectives. Turret mechanics implement curriculum as a "cold weather" training, but not the system mechanics and for this reason it may be difficult for them to cooperate after their education is complete.
