Galerie letecké techniky a tradic letectví na letišti Medlánky v Brně / Gallery aviation technology and traditions of aviation at the airport Medlánky in Brno

Rebrova, Tatiana January 2016 (has links)
Area of the airport Medlánky is situated on the border of city districts Brno-Medlánky and Brno-Komín near the nature reserve "Medlánecké kopce". The designed gallery of aviation is a two-storey building, which consists of three parts. The main part is the exhibition space for airplanes, which is formed of a single-storey long-span hall, with the two-storey entrance part of the complex of buildings connected to it, in which are situated the area of the entrance, the training center (detached workplace of the institute of aviation FS BUT in Brno) and the administration. In the building of the original hangar, which is located along the street Turistická are located restaurants and aeroclub. Exhibition hall of the building of the gallery is formed by the structural system of the arched wooden glulam beams. The load-bearing wooden structures are visible and form the elements of the interior of the exhibition space. Two-storey extention of the entrance part of the building is structurally designed as a skeleton wooden structure. The material exception is the area of the entrance, which is made of monolithic concrete.

Multifunkční centrum v Hodoníně / Multipurpose centre in Hodonín

Zbořil, David Unknown Date (has links)
This diploma thesis solves with the design and static assessment of a multipurpose center in Hodonín. The structure is divided into three statically separated parts. The two structural units, consisting of steel frames with composite reinforced concrete slabs, are symmetrical and the middle part, formed by wooden frames made of glued laminated timber. The construction was solved using a computational 3D model. The model was created in the program RFEM 5.21.01. Using the model, the internal forces and dimensions of the usual elements were calculated. The construction was assessed in the program RFEM 5.21.01 and in MS Excel 2010. The outermost buildings have 7 floors and are designed for residential and office space. The maximum height of the structure is 27.60 m, including the attic. The central multifunctional hall is roofed by a walkable green roof. The maximum height of the middle part is 12.50 m. The largest floor plan dimensions of the building are 49,050 m x 24,000 m.

Bestämning av lastvägar för en KL-träkonstruktion / Determination of loadpaths for a CLT structure

Halilovic, Ervin, Lotinac, Seid January 2020 (has links)
There are researches going on about timber as a construction material and how typical joints are affected by the loads. In this study an office building with a primary load- bearing structure of timber is being studied. The building has four floors and is located in Växjö. The aim and purpose of the study is to identify relevant load effects that are affecting the building. In order to calculate the horizontal load effects, a computer program called FEM- Design was used and the vertical load effects were calculated by hand. The results of the study show relevant load effect data that the building is being exposed to. The results also show that there is a linear relationship between the vertical load effects and the number of floors in the building. However, the relationship between the horizontal load effects and the number of floors is instead exponential. These relationships only apply to geographical locations where the snow load and the basic wind velocity are the same as in Växjö municipality.

Stavba v krajině - Winery / Architecture in Landscape - Winery

Zelenková, Jitka January 2016 (has links)
The project designs a small family winery near Strachotín, on the bank of Nové Mlýny. The land area is 35,9 hectares and the height difference is about 30 metres. There are a beautiful views of the Pálava Hills. One of the basic ideas was to link the vineyards with the embankment. Therefore, the proposed buildings are divided into two parts - the Wine Center ( including production, presentation and sales) and a restaurant with a pension. The buildings are based on the traditional archetypal shape - a rectangle and a gable roof. The asymmetrical roofs evoke panorama of Palava. Offset the production hall and the visitor centre allows free passage and the building does not act as a barrier.

Galerie letecké techniky a tradic letectví na letišti Medlánky v Brně / Gallery aviation technology and traditions of aviation at the airport Medlánky in Brno

Blahová, Dagmar January 2016 (has links)
This thesis describes design gallery of aviation technology and traditions at the airport in Brno Part of my thesis is focused on urban solution of area layout its interconnections with near districts “Komín“ and “Medlánky“. There is new pedestrian, cycling paths, operational and logistic roads inside the complex layout. This design supposed to keep the two existing historic hangars and demolishing remaining buildings with subsequent completion of necessary objects. Priority and the main idea is to keep compositional and visual axis to ensure visual contact with all airport operational parts to ease of orientation. According to this principle is mass and platform solved with object “gallery”. This object in addition to the exhibition space is also used for administration and operation department of the gallery. In separate part there is ensured catering in form of restaurant with associated technical, operational and sanitary facilities. The gallery is designed to visually and physically separate section used by pilots and airport vehicles from visitors to avoid dangerous situation. Other buildings I have designed in my project are “the clubhouse”, airport administration, emergency accommodation, social activity space mainly designed for aircraft-model pilots and the air traffic control tower. These objects creates border between premises restricted for aero club and visitors.

Lesní vyhlídková věž v Beskydech / The Forest Viewtower in Beskydy

Kamrádová, Michaela January 2018 (has links)
Topic of this Master's Thesis is a design and a statical evalution of a load bearing structure of an observation tower in Beskydy mountains. Ground plan of this structure is in a shape of a nonagon with a non-roofed interior space. Height of the observation tower is 38,5 m, the shape of a ground plan doesn't change with a radius of a circumscribed circle of 12 m. The structure is designed from glued laminated timber, solid wood and steel. Columns bear horizontal beams and their stiffness is ensured by horizontal and inclined reinforcing beams. Main load bearing columns, upper and lower beams are designed from glued laminated timber GL24h. Upper beams and beams of a gallery are designed from glued laminated timber GL36h. Horizontal stiffener is designed from solid wood C24. Central column, inclined beams, stairway, water slide cantilevers, rod and central rod are designed from steel of a strength class S235. Cantilever for gallery is designed from steel of a strength class S355. Connections are designed from steel elements. Statical evaluation, technical report and construction drawing are included
