The thesis contains is to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction at the base of theoretical knowledge, to make an analysis of the working satisfaction in the chosen company and to identify working factors, which evoke satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Correctional measures are proposed at the base of the outcomes of the research. For the research is used a questionnaire survey and the respondents are asked about the satisfaction with the remuneration, the content of work, the human relations, working conditions, possibilities of further education and personal development and career growth. They are also asked about their personal opinion of the company and the reasons for working in there.

The aim of thesis was summed up the basic theoretical knowledge, to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction, to analyze working satisfaction to identify the factors of working satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Based on the results of research propose new measures how to improve dissatisfaction. In this thesis was used a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. A questionnaire was used for technical-economic employees and workers. Structured interviews were conducted with five top managers. Respondents were asked about satisfaction with the content of work, remuneration, promotion of personal development and career growth, the human relations and working conditions. In conclusion they were asked about their relation to the company in which they work.

The aim of diploma thesis was to summarize the theoretical knowledge of working satisfaction and factors which influence the working satisfaction of employees. After that, this theoretical level was transferred to practical parts of thesis. On the basis of results which were found out from research were suggested improvement measures. In this research was used a method of questionnaire survey and discussion with the top management. The top management could change and adjust the questionnaire. The research was filled out by all employees, except of company executives. The questionnaire was focused on factors of satisfaction that are related to the content of work, remuneration, the atmosphere in the workplace, working conditions and environment, executives managers, relationship to company and personal development. At the conclusion was followed by question as why the employee remain in the company and what are the reasons of leaving.

Research and develop (R&D) can expand scope and depth of the products for enterprises, and extend the life of products, in order to keep the growing up continuously forever of enterprises. Which factors does R&D performance come from? Through References find the research structure whose are ' Internal Service Quality ', ' Working Satisfaction ' and ' Knowledge Management '. And then design the questionnaire, investigate, analyze, and get the real example result. This research regards R&D department of M company of the vehicle curtain industry of Taiwan as the target of check, collect interviewee to above-mentioned four dimensions approval degree, use SPSS software to analyzing, the conclusion is as follows: 1) Knowledge Management is positive influence to R&D performance, but explain that strength is on the low side. It shows it is on although Knowledge Management it is real reason, it have not probing into otherly importantly really (such as patents, R&D ability). 2) Working Satisfaction is positive influence to R&D performance, but explain that strength is on the low side. Shows Working Satisfaction although real reason, have other probing into really important factor (such as marketing ability). 3) Internal Service Quality is positive influence to Working Satisfaction, it is very good to explain strength. Shows that Internal Service Quality is an important real reason, the company should improve Internal Service Quality of R&D department, could improve better Working Satisfaction. 4) Knowledge Management is positive influence to Working Satisfaction, it is good to explain strength. Shows that Knowledge Management is an important real reason, the company should improve Knowledge Management of the R&D department, could improve better Working Satisfaction. 5) Knowledge Management is positive influence to Internal Service Quality, it is good to explain strength. Shows that Knowledge Management is an important real reason, the company should improve Knowledge Management of the R&D department, could improve better Internal Service Quality. Due to the access to international financial market is open and globalization is inevitable, the fluctuation of financial market and the competition among banks are getting fierce. Emotion is an essential part of a bank employee¡¦ job and it is closely related to working pressure. Therefore, this paper is to investigate whether working pressure will affect job satisfaction and then affect the tendency of resignation. Based on the research motives, the purposes of this research are as follows: 1. To understand the current situation of financial employees¡¦ job satisfaction factors and resignation tendency. 2. To investigate how job satisfaction factors are related to resignation tendency. 3. This paper provides companies reference of human resource development such as how to reduce resignation intention in order to cut unnecessary recruit cost. Conclusion¡GBased on the result of simple regression analysis,¡uworking pressure¡v,¡udegree of satisfaction to salary and benefits¡v,¡ucommitment to organization¡v and ¡uassignment fairness¡vindeed influence working satisfaction. 首長警衛工作滿足之研究

本研究目的在探討首長警衛人員之工作滿足,並以人格特質、工作特性為自變項探討其整體關係模式。本研究採問卷調查法,針對首長警衛全體人員192人發放問卷,共回收175份,有效問卷計151份,有效問卷回收率為78.6% 。研究問卷內容包含首長警衛個人基本資料、人格特質量表、工作特性量表及工作滿足量表。問卷調查所得資料運用電腦統計套裝軟體SPSS for Windows 10.0版以描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異素分析、Person積差相關係數、中位數及sheffe多重比較檢定等方法進行分析研究。 本研究主要發現如下: 一、不同性別、年齡、學歷、婚姻狀況、職務序列、首長警衛年資、職務之首長警衛人員,工作滿足有顯著性差異;不同工作類別則無。 二、就人格特質而言,傾向內控人格特質之首長警衛,工作滿足較高;反之,則工作滿足較低。 三、就工作特性而言,工作特性越強,則工作滿足越高;反之則越低。 四、就首長警衛整體滿足而言,滿意度3.09,僅略高於中間值,顯示滿意度尚待提昇。 本研究並依據文獻探討及實證研究結果提出建議,供首長警衛專責單位及未來相關研究之參考。 關鍵詞:首長警衛、工作特性、人格特質、工作滿足 / The purpose of this research is to discuss the working satisfaction of security to high-ranking government officials, and discuss the entire relation model by using personality feature and working feature as independent variable. Total 192 questionnaires were issued to all security to high-ranking government officials, and there were 151 valid questionnaires out of 175 returned questionnaires and the valid questionnaire return rates were 78.6%. The contents of the questionnaire included their personal information, personality inventory, working feature inventory and working satisfaction inventory. The SPSS for Windows 10.0 was applied to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire by descriptive statistic, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, Person’s coefficient of production-moment correlation, median and Sheffe's multiple comparison tests. It is discovered that: 1. Different gender, age, education background, marriage status, career sequence, seniority of security, and career Of security to high-ranking government official has significant difference in working satisfaction; different working category does not have difference. 2. In terms of personality feature, security tends to with personality feature of internal control has higher working satisfaction, and vice versa. 3. In terms of working feature, working satisfaction increases with the working feature, and vice versa. 4. In terms of overall satisfaction of security to high-ranking government officials, the satisfaction is 3.09, which is only higher than medium value, and means the satisfaction needs to be improved. This research also addresses suggestion according to literature review and empirical research results as references for department of security to high-ranking government officials and future researches. Firemní klima a stav podnikové kultury / Corporate climate and estate of corporate cultur

The objective of this diploma thesis was to diagnose the estate of corporate cultur and specify the influences on corporate clime in a chosen company. Through the use of questionairs and TBSD test was confirmed the hypothesis, that the estate of corporate clime is affected by working satisfaction, by method of motivation, by method of stimulation, by way of communication and by compatibility of virtue concept of person with virtue concept of company, and this all in context with micro-, meso- and macro space. Thrue the analysis of dates it was identify, that there is a good corporate cultur in chosen company, which is blunted of existence of subcultures in single centres. In terms of study of special literature and of own knowledge it was recommend, that the company should expand the corporate cultur through the use of better informedness of employees about main scheme and objectives of the company. Other recommendation for improvement the corporate clime is individual acces to the motivation and coordination of emloyees, more emphasis on their further education and better care intendet for virtue concept and objectives of employees at their selection.
