Objective: The project aims to find out whether pupils with extended physical education will achieve better results in functional muscle tests than children with standard two-hour physical education lessons per week. Methods: This is a pilot study where the quantitative nature of the research based on a comparison of the results of six functional muscle tests on shortened muscle groups predominates. Pupils were divided into two groups according to the number of physical education hours per week. Pearson's chi-square test was used to determine the level of muscle shortening, the significance level was set at α <0.05. Results: In the individual tests of functional muscle tests, pupils with three hours of physical education per week were better in most cases. Statistical analysis of the prevalence of individual types of muscle group weakness revealed a significantly better result (p ˂ 0.05) in three functional muscle tests. Specifically in postural stereotype according to Mathias, Thomayer exam and lateral flexion exam by pupils with extended TV. The diploma thesis focused on the issue of coping with separation from the family. Specifically, it focused on so-called homesickness in children of younger school age when participating in a several-day stay at school in nature. The aim of the work was to map the risk factors contributing to a worse experience of separation child from the family and to compile basic recommendations for teachers on what measures they should take together with the family to make it as easy as possible for the child to stay outside the family. Based on a study of the literature and research reports, a questionnaire for parents was first prepared and then submitted, which could help teachers find children at risk, but also draw attention to parents' risky behavior, which could exacerbate difficulties in coping. Records of risk factors were compared with records of children's experience and behavior during school stays in nature. These were obtained through a pupil questionnaire survey and a structured questionnaire for accompanying teachers. The diploma thesis managed to determine the positive activities that parents should choose before the child leaves for school in nature. The results of the research confirmed a significant connection between longing and the factor of previous experience with staying away from...

Prokofjev, Igor 20 June 2014 (has links)
Objektas: jaunesnio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų hiperaktyvumo ir fizinio pajėgumo sąsajos. Tikslas: Įvertinti jaunesnio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų hiperaktyvumo ir fizinio pajėgumo sąsajas. Uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti jaunesnio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų (11-12 metų) hiperaktyvumo simptomus. 2. Įvertinti jaunesnio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų (11-12 metų) fizinio pajėgumo rodiklius. 3. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Reserach object: correlation between hyperactivity and physical fitness of younger school age children Research problem: adolescents are more susceptible to environmental chantes due to their rapid physiological changes of the body, unformed psychological and social maturity. Results: one of the hyperactivity symptoms – restlessness, inability to stay quiet for a longer time – typical for 23.5 perc. of girls and 14.3 perc. of boys (p>0.05). A large part of respondents - 70.6 proc. of girls and 71.4 proc. boys denied that they were angry or demonstrative (p>0.05). 57.1 proc. of the boys were quickly distracted. Goals:The goal of the thesis is to teach young children (6-9 years old) breaststroke swimming style by usage a dolphin wave. Methods:The thesis is mainly descriptive multi-case study. In the same time we teach another group of six children by standard breatststroke didactics method, so we were able to compare both methods. Results:The application of dolphin wave method into didactic of breaststroke swimming style has advantages and even disadvantages. The advantage is mainly freedom of movement, so children can use their creativity and sence to find the optimal movement. On the other hand the freedom is also disadvantage, since it can cause a little chaos at the beginning of the training. The successfulness of both methods was same. In both groups four children learnt the breaststroke and two did not. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
