Diploma thesis deals with drafting the project documentation for building permit. In more detailed vision it is a reconstruction and modernization of the Šumava Forest lodge in forest district administration on a small pension solved at a particular site in Zdíkov, small village on edge of the Protected Landscape Area Šumava. Technical requirements for these buildings are recorded in the initial search. This initial search also describes items related to this topic. Each building in this area is associated with the environment of countryside and can significantly affect the appearance of the original buildings and living conditions. It is therefore considered that the proposed will serve purpose of place where is the building built or in another more attractive location. Everything is summarized in the SWOT analysis, which distinguishes strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. For this evaluation is very important to know this specific area, which is characterized by three aspects, namely in cultural, natural and historical term.

The main aim of this thesis was creating a business concept based on theoretical and practical knowledge. It will serve as the basis for the creation of a new facility providing wellness and fitness services in Litoměřice. The business concept of the wellness hotel, which will provide quality accommodation, catering, fitness and wellness services, was created based on the situational analysis, competitor analysis and analysis needs of the potential customers using questionnaires.

This thesis analyzes the conditions for providing services in the destination Českokrumlovsko and Lipensko, then process control and hard and soft factors in the management of the accommodation facilities in selected areas. First part of this work contains the objectives and the methodology of work, after the bibliographic search, in which is explained the concept of tourism, accommodation and food services, leisure time, destination and an outline of the organizations involved in tourism. Than follow own work, where are characterized selected destination, comparison accommodation services in these areas in terms of number, category, bed capacity and ancillary services. Next chapter is devoted to evaluation of questionnaire on which basis, field investigations and personal experience was selected accommodation as an example of good practice for others and with owners made author controlled interviews. At the end of the work is given the possibility of support from EU funds.

The main aim of the thesis was the analysis of the services provided in the spa home TOSCA in Karlovy Vary. After that the evaluation of customer satisfaction with the services provided. and it was ascertained their interest in the expansion of services. The thesis was based on the study of literature, the practical part of this thesis was based on the survey and direct interviews on their basis was proposed service innovation.

This thesis deals with business concept of business accommodation in the village Dobrá Voda in Českých Budějovic. The aim is to develop a business concept of accommodation that reflects current mark conditions. Furthermore, this concept should serve as a basis for the development of new facilities providing ccommodation and catering services in the village of Dobrá Voda. The work will be also included analysis of the current supply of accommodation facilities in the study area, the analysis of the need of potential customers and direct interview with the owners of the property suitable for the establishment of accommodation.

The presented thesis deals with rural tourism in the Třebíč area. The main goal is to build a business concept of accommodation in rural tourism which will serve as a treasure for the emergence of a new facility. To achieve the main objective will be utilized secondary objectives: analyze of the potential of the Třebíč area as a tourism region for rural tourism, evaluation of supply of existing facilities in rural tourism and determine the requirements and wishes of potential customers. On the basis of the obtained data will be processed synthesis of data which will serve as a basis for the actual processing business concept.

The main task of project is build a accommodation with a miniature zoo for tourism development in the area. For these purpose it is necessary reconstruction of a building which will further serve as a suite accommodation. There should be three suites and in each of them two rooms for sleeping, one room with double bed, one room with separated beds, a usefully equipped kitchenette connected to the living room, and bathroom with WC. As for the garden, there should be pens or cages with sheep, goats, horses, turtles, parrots, pheasants, peacocks, emus and kangaroos.

There is proposed the business concept of accommodation and catering facility, which corresponds with the specific customers' requirements in the diploma work.

The phonological phenomenon which will allow us to check the accommodation effects is the realization of coronal fricative /S/ in coda position by the fact that this segment clearly marks the difference between the dialects under study. The corpus was constituted by 9 paraibanos informants residing for at least two years in Recife. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The quantitative analysis enabled us to identify statistically the factors that are contributing to the accommodation, while the qualitative analysis enabled us the interpretation of subjective data that contributed to the accommodation of the new dialect or the preservation of the dialect of origin. The statistical treatment realized through Goldvarb X (SANKOFF, TAGLIAMONTE & SMITH, 2005) showed, in increasing order of significance, which the most relevant variables were: permanence time, amount of exposure to dialect, following phonological context, the style and the frequency of visits. The qualitative analysis developed through the participants speech allowed us identify the linguistics attitude of the informants. We realized that positive evaluation influenced the linguistic accommodation even as the negative evaluation led them to preserve their dialect of origin as a way of distancing. / O presente estudo visa compreender o processo de acomodação dialetal de paraibanos que vivem em Recife (PE), com base na Teoria da Acomodação da Comunicação (GILES et al., 1987) e nos aportes teórico-metodológicos da Teoria da Variação Linguística (LABOV, 2008; 1972). O fenômeno fonológico que nos permitirá verificar os efeitos da acomodação é a realização da fricativa coronal /S/ em posição de coda silábica, pelo fato de que esse segmento marca claramente a diferença entre os dialetos em estudo. O corpus foi constituído por 9 informantes paraibanos que residem há no mínimo dois anos em Recife. Os dados coletados foram analisados quantitativamente e qualitativamente. A análise quantitativa possibilitou identificar estatisticamente os fatores que estão contribuindo para a acomodação, enquanto a análise qualitativa possibilitou a interpretação dos dados subjetivos que contribuíram para a acomodação do novo dialeto ou a preservação do dialeto de origem. O tratamento estatístico realizado através do Goldvarb X (SANKOFF, TAGLIAMONTE & SMITH, 2005) mostrou, em ordem crescente de significância, que as variáveis mais relevantes foram: o tempo de permanência, o contato diuturno com falantes recifenses, o contexto fonológico seguinte, o estilo e a frequência das visitas. A análise qualitativa desenvolvida através das falas dos participantes permitiu-nos identificar a atitude linguística dos informantes. Percebemos que a avaliação positiva influenciou a acomodação linguística, assim como a avaliação negativa levou-os à preservação do seu dialeto de origem, como forma de distanciamento.

This project will markedly contribute to the development of the town of Horní Stropnice and as well as the whole South Bohemian Region in the area of tourist trade. Tourist trade is one of the key areas of the economic developement of the region. From the findings of the particular chapters of this paper it appears, that necessary organisational, technical and financial conditions for the implementation of the given capital assets and for consequent running of the planned project facilities will be created. The implemented project and its operation will generate a trading income exceeding the costs.
